I ordered the bowl with everything $28.00 and was delivered. It weighed a ton and was like soup, totally disgusting. It was all liquid!! How can they think that it was right, I have never ordered delivery or eaten there in years. Shame on you!! And I’m starving!!

We ordered 2 burrito bowls. The Restaurant was out of grilled veggies and seemed to brush me off when I asked if there would be more. The food quality was poor and I found a long hair in my food. I tried to do the live chat when I got home to see if I could get some sort of a refund because I did not get to finish my meal but the live chat fails to work correctly.

gave us no food asked for steak gave some for the person in front of me left some in there and clearly had a serving left and said they’re were out. then why don’t you give the rest of the steak in there. just horrible services

Tried Chipotle for the first time , & this is why my taste buds aren’t expanded bc of BS like. I started with something simple i ordered a kid’s quesadilla. The meat tasted real burnt & overcooked, as if it was charred. I’ve never been so pissed i wasted money on such terrible food. I’ll stick to McDonald’s bc no😭

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I ordered two bowls, but the quality wasn’t good as other Chipotle . After a few bites, my wife first when we ordered she had not guacamole and she wanted to add guacamole if it make some tase change for the food and was told it would cost extra. Price Gougers and very Disappointing.

Got an eye roll’d and loudly rudely told by manager or a shift lead infront(employees were asking her questions) of other people I couldn’t get my burrito made a certain way due to “it takes to long and I’m wasting time” when I got it made 2 days ago the exact same way I asked for it at that location. If I could’ve given them ZERO stars, trust me, I would’ve! It was the WORST experience ever!!! My husband order a burrito and I ordered a kids meal (as I’m on a diet). When it was time to pay for our meal, my husband asked for a side of salsa to go on his burrito and was told, by the manager, that he’d have to pay $0.40 extra because he ordered a kids meal on the same ticket. We were told that if there was not a kids meal on the ticket, he would be able to get it with his burrito for free. OMG!!!! Seriously???? Look, we are aware that we live in an affluent area, but that does NOT mean we should be nickeled and dimed just because “we have it”. IT’S THE PRINCIPAL!!! After we tried to politely recon with her, she became very curt and surly about her stance.

Was not impressed at all. Food in the pans were dry old like they had been there for some time. Nothing was fresh. This was very disappointing since I was really looking forward to trying their chicken al pastor. Well, I got the scraps. No veggies were added only because they were all dry and caked to the pan. Never again. For the money charged, we could have gone to a better place.
