Delicious Carne Asada Burrito. Lots of Guacamole in a perfect sized Burrito. Good flavor and great service!

Was on my way to Fosters Freeze when I realized I was clean outta cash, and stumbled upon this gem. Here they were hustling to get their orders out and keep the customers happy and they are busy. Ordered my breakfast burrito and they hit it outta the park. I’m picky about my hot sauce, as I think it could make or break a taco shop. Fire roasted green sauce and the red was GOOD. I’d definitely look forward to stopping here when working in this area.

Located in a run-down strip mall next to a thrift store. No AC Hole in the wall family owened entie family works here. Place is a little rundown. Definitely made for the blue collar. Hard-shelled Shreded beef tacos were extra crispy, flavorful will definitely return when I am in the area. Love it

I personally go there for the Pico de Gallo Frutas. So fresh and so good!!! My husband and daughter shared a Turkey and Ham sandwich and a Supreme Carnitas Quesadilla. They all loved it! I also love their frijoles and tortillas too! Their Agua Frescas is wonderful, light but filling! Sandia and Mango are our favorites . My normal is to have cut up fruit and Limon with Pico de Gallo. I love it!!! My daughter gave me her cut up fruit too because I plowed through half in zero flat! (Oh yeah, we keep coming back!)

Walls are colorfully painted adorned with pictures of Mexican revolutionary hero, guitars, and Aztec heritage. Ample parking outside, and seating inside. No public restroom, although they let us wash our hands in the kitchen. Gonna have to try their fruit smoothie next time.

I've always got tortas at Lucys next door and decided to give Hectors a try. Not disappointed, breakfast burrito and rolled tacos are good. Also the green and habanero salsas are really good.... Gonna give it a solid 4.3 👌

Definitely not what I expected, the place is dirty and old. If thats what i can see i cant even imagine what there kitchen is like, there salsas taste like there old about to go bad I don’t recommend coming here…

This was the worst shredded beef taco I have ever had! It was tiny (like at Del Taco,) the meat was hard and burned, and it was broken up when they gave it to me. They charged $4. The lady was really irritated that I didn't speak spanish! I'd recommend Don Jilberto's at 9569 Jamacha Rd, spring Valley, Ca 91977. The food is better, the portions are bigger, and the prices are a lot cheaper! Also try Graciela's Taco Shop at 8300 Paradise Valley Rd, Spring Valley, CA 91977 for the same reasons. (At Graciela's you get a Carne Asada Burrito AND 3 rolled tacos for $10.49.)

I’ve been here a few times before and never had an issue with the food before until now. I ordered 2 burritos and a chilaquiles plate to go. When I got home I noticed the order was wrong. I called to ask if I had not ordered the right thing and Maria said I did have the correct order and read it back to me so I told her what I was given and she said I was describing a rancheros plate. When we cleared that up she then switched up and said that’s not possible because she gave the rancheros plate to a man who had ordered it before. Moral of the story she kept saying I was lying and claimed that I did receive my correct order and wouldn’t replace it until I showed her a picture of the wrong item. Instead of simply admitting she mixed my order with his she kept arguing with me, calling me a liar and insisting a picture. Mix up shouldn’t happen but I understand they can. I was calling to let her know so I could go back and get my correct meal. My issue was Maria’s attitude and response to the situation. She ruined my experience here and won’t return ever again. When we arrived, she had someone else check the wrong plate to see if I was telling the truth and had someone else give me the right one. She also refused to tell me who was the manager or supervisor when I had called earlier. She said no one was in charge that day. She also never apologized. We had to drive back which already is an inconvenience, we expected our orders to be correct. But returning there we were treated like it was our fault they gave us someone else’s order. We did not order the wrong thing. We were given the wrong thing and were treated horribly to something that could have easily been corrected.

I went in with my brother today and I love this place but the woman that was working there around 3:30 on May 18 was rude and had no sense of customer service. I believe in 2019 that customers should ALL be greeted and thanked for coming in because it wouldn’t be a business without us. She went out of her way to greet and thank MEN coming in but not me, I guess I wasn’t a guy for her to go out her way today. Then to top it off she can’t even tell us our chamango was ready I had to look at her for her to say something. My brother doesn’t even want to go back because of it, the sad thing is that I came from Chula Vista just for them and the customer service is what WONT make us come back. Chamango was good but customer service is horrible, unless your a guy then you’ll get fabulous service, other than that sour attitude. Thanks but I rather not even waste my gas.

Spoiled Shrimp, had gone bad and bad smell. Plus ALWAYS LOOK AT EXPIRATION DATES. On the crackers that they served was expired since APRIL. Im a DIALISYS AND CANCER patient. This gotten me real sick. When we informed this, after 4mins trying to get her attention, my mom got up and walked up to her and i could hear my mom from acrossed. The only thing the lady said: "... No wonder they had a funny taste to them...huh.. ..." Poor service, poor cleaning or customer service, the salse area just added the "fresh" over the containers that were almost out without rinsing or washing.
