Amazing Service and Flavorful Dishes! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Athena, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and helpful with menu recommendations. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen and the Kid’s Meal, which was surprisingly generous and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy yet tender—and the ramen had a rich, balanced broth with just the right amount of spice and umami. Overall, both the food and service were outstanding. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The food at JINYA Ramen is always excellent, we’ve ordered takeout multiple times, but this was our first time dining inside, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great, and the experience was even better thanks to our server, Anthony. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service, which really elevated our visit. Overall, it was a great experience for our first time sitting in, and we’ll definitely be back.

JINYA Ramen Bar - Oviedo is a great spot for flavorful ramen in a modern, cozy setting. The Tonkotsu Black is rich and well-balanced, and the appetizers are perfect for sharing. I loved the downtown location when I went years ago. This one did not disappoint! Food was DELICIOUS, atmosphere is comfortable, and the food came out fast. Staff is friendly and attentive. If you want great ramen, come here! They also have Asahi Super Dry on draft, a tasty and hard to find Japanese beer.

I came here for a friends birthday , not knowing what to get , you can never really go wrong with a rice bowl . I had the pork chashu bowl w/ unagi inari-sushi ( grilled eel ) . My first time trying eel and being my first experience 5/5 ⭐️ The interesting thing about my pork chashu bowl was the egg it was way better than I had expected . My server Kim was great as well .

I saw an ad on Instagram that I immediately fell in love with, so I decided to come with my boyfriend. The place is super cozy, our server was super friendly, and we ordered some giozas as appetizers that were incredible. The soy sauce had a delicious flavor, as did the sauce that came with our tempura shrimp. We then ordered two ramen dishes, one with pork and one with chicken. The flavor of the broth in each ramen was incredible, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. Their cocktails are delicious too. I will definitely come back to try more things on the menu.

Have been here twice and this place is worth every cent. The ramen is delicious and plan on coming back when my wife and I get a crazing for ramen. My personal favorite has been the Tonkotsu Black and getting extra seasoned eggs is a plus that is worth the extra cost. Just as the food as been out-of-this-world good out service has been equally amazing. Our waiters of Louis and Hannah were top notch! With both servers being personable and easy to talk to, speaks to how well this restaurant puts on service being a top priority.

The ramen was genuinely good — flavorful broth, well-cooked noodles, and clearly the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet the same standard.The wait times were difficult to overlook. There was a significant delay throughout the visit, and waiting about 30 minutes just to receive dessert and the check felt excessive and poorly managed.The chicken chashu was underwhelming (2/5) — it lacked tenderness and depth of flavor. The matcha tiramisu was very disappointing and not something I would recommend. The matcha lychee lemonade was decent (3.5/5), but not memorable.I hope the service timing and consistency across the menu improve, because the ramen itself shows real potential.

Natalia was such a great server to us!! she made sure we were well taken care of and was so patient! it was my first time there and she offered help with the menu if i needed it. drink refills came at the perfect pace, i could tell she was paying close attention to us! thank you Natalia for the excellent service and kindness 💗 the food was great! i ordered the house salad and it was very delicious with the japanese dressing. i also got the jinya chicken ramen and while the broth and noodles were phenomenal, the chicken was a bit tough. altogether though, it the meal was so good and filling!

First time coming to this location, and I'm nervous about returning. Review is for service on 11/16/25 - We went in at 2pm, for a table for two. We waited about 10minutes to be seated. What set us on the wrong path was that the party who walked into the restaurant after us were served first. And they were a group of 4. They were seated right next to us so it was hard to ignore. As I had clear sight to the entrance I started to notice other tables who had just been seated were being served drinks. Mind you, we still didn't even know who our server was going to be, as we had yet to be acknowledged. It felt very weird to see multiple other groups be taken care of, all while we were sitting there looking hopeful that maybe the next one will be us. It was about 20minutes until Carlos (who was indeed very nice and knowledgeable of the menu btw) came by and asked if we've been helped yet. I said "no not at all" and he took our drink orders to start us off. If it had been much longer I think we would have left. I do wish we hadn't been ignored for so long. It doesn't feel good to see other tables who came in minutes after you get their drinks and food first. Our orders were fine. Taste was a direct mirror to the winter park location's standard. All in all fine, but hopefully to you reading this, you have a more loose sense of time so it doesn't bother you as much to be forgotten.

One thing that really disappointed me about this place, especially since ramen is their main focus, is how they handle their broth. For a restaurant that wants to be known for ramen, the approach feels careless and surprisingly lazy. I was told that shrimp and other shellfish are cooked directly in the same main broth pots that are used for all the ramen, That means every bowl of ramen contains shellfish. For a restaurant that specializes in ramen, this feels like a very customer-unfriendly and lazy approach. Broth is the foundation of ramen, and most ramen shops take great care to keep their broths distinct. Cooking shellfish in the main stock means the chicken broth is really chicken and shellfish, the beef broth becomes beef and shellfish, and even the vegetable broth isn’t really vegetable anymore. That’s like going to a great pizza place and being told every pizza has anchovies mixed into the sauce. Beyond the flavor issue this causes, this also creates problems for people who can’t eat shellfish (like me) or simply don’t want seafood flavors in their chicken, beef or vegi ramen. Because of this, I couldn’t order any of the ramen at all and have no reason to go back. What I ended up ordering instead was a chicken rice bowl, and it wasn’t very good. It was dry, flavorless, had zero sauce, and the chicken was in strange, tiny grinds that were so small and dry I just had to take their word for it that it was actually chicken. For a place built around ramen, it’s disappointing that the broths aren’t kept separate so everyone can order the Ramen.

I asked for my soup to be boiling hot, but it wasn't hot at all. In fact, it was lukewarm. What a letdown. Raw onions are trendy in Japan now, but the ones in this dish were so strong they threw off the whole balance. It felt like they skipped the prep work. Karaage（crispy fried chicken) is good.
