5 days a week I'm there ordering breakfast. Amazing. Their service is excellent and the guys there are super nice. Best bagels you can possibly get on Staten Island, hands down. I'll argue that till I'm blue in the face. Go there for your bagels! Fresh NON stop, always coming out of the oven. So good.

They need to make more room in there maybe get rid of the iles and shelves n put a seating aka waiting area with a table n Nice to sit down and have a big screen TV and play QUICK DRAW!! Also more important it would be nice if they had a ticket order number machine so they can yell out a number when a order is ready and one person at a time can go to the register and pay instead of everyone hanging around on top of each other like animals lol...best bagels ever . Get rid of the shelves n stock and focus on the take out gold mine ..

I went early in the am and got a toasted 🥯 sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and jelly. Bagel was fresh and served hot. A container orange juice. The store is small and narrow but they have plenty of food items to choose from.

I've been here many times. The food is decent but there a few issues. For one, it is not particularly clean in the store. You can tell they haven't made an effort to move a shelf or clean up high anytime this decade. Secondy, the layout of the store is terrible and creates a tight space for customers to squeeze through. Finally, the cashier always short changes you by anywhere from a few cents to a quarter. Every sigle time. Now the issue is that he either can't count, or is intentionally stealing from customers. Whichever it is, he certainly shouldn't be employed here any longer. I've decided not to come anymore. Plenty of better businesses nesrby.

This used to be my favorite place to get a great sandwich! But lately they fallen off you charge $10 for a sandwich that looks like this you thought I wanted to have a sandwich that the bread was toasted to this capacity where is burnt Kawse come on let’s face it. You knew that you overheated the bread so why not get another bread and try again Instead you’ll make a sandwich on bread that’s burnt and then have the nerve to charge me $10. Then you use a tomato that’s so old that it doesn’t even have the color it should have like I’m about to cancel them

I wanted a sesame bagel and the guy grabs a plain bagel and dips it in seeds and expects me to pay full price for half-assed service like that.. go anywhere else for a decent breakfast.

THE GUY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS TERRIBLE! I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I GOT THERE MY FOOD STILL WASNT READY! I HAD TO ORDER AGAIN! I ASKED FOR A EGG BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND BACON. THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED! WHEN I CALLED THE STORE REGARDING THE ISSUE, I KEPT GETTING HUNG UP ON! IVE BEEN COMING TO THIS PLACE FOR A WHILE AND ITS ALWAYS AN ISSUE ! I wouldn’t not recommend this place ever again. Everyone here is RUDE! If I could give NO STARTS I WOULD !!

The customer service here sucks. I placed an order through Uber Eats and when I got my food they missed an item I ordered. Didn’t have any condiments for my food and when I called them to see what happens the phone just rings until it eventually disconnects from the call. Why have a business line if you’re not going to answer it. I’ve been calling for an hour now. *forgot my grits and no syrup or anything for my waffle.

I have been ordering with bagel land for a long time through Uber eats and they always followed my instructions until today, I ordered a roast beef hero with provolone cheese lettuce tomatoes Mayo and onion for 15$ before any taxes and fees and all I get is a roast beef sandwhich with just Mayo it’s common sense if you are paying 15$ for a sandwhich it should come with what the instructions stated.. the worker tells me that’s how it is and it doesn’t come with anything else, but yet you put Mayo on the Sandwhich which was part of the instructions but failed to add anything else, this is pure price manipulation and price gouging they are a bunch of thieves and I will never go back there ever again I will be sure to tell all the locals and spread the word on bagel land. I am immensely dissapointed. This place will rob you blind.

Terrible customer service. We placed an order online and it didn’t give us options for bagel choices etc so I called and told the man to please put the sandwiches on toasted everything bagels. We went over it four times. Food comes and the tuna salads are on cold plain I toasted bagels. I called and spoke to the gentleman who I spoke to earlier and he insisted his guy put them both on toasted everything’s. THEN he said that they gave the order before us the everything toasted bagels and we got theirs. He then proceeded to say they are busy and when I asked what I should do with the wrong order he said they are very busy again! I told him they are no good and will have to go in the garbage and he said fine. No offer to bring us the correct order. Nothing. Very disappointing. We order at least four times a week for the office and spend hundreds of dollars. They won’t be getting our business.

Fresh bagel from 2 days . They gave up and raised the white flag. I don't know if the workers that work there or it's the management or it's the owner telling the workers to serve old bagels but whatever it is whoever it is it's a disgrace you should eat your own food once in awhile trust me why don't you bite into one of your stale bagels you won't you won't have two day ol bagels anymore. you got it.

All I can say is disappointed. This place used to have better service but unfortunately they don’t acknowledge customers anymore. Not only did I wait a good amount of time on line, but the person behind me had their order placed before asking for my order. At this point I didn’t waste my time waiting and drove to a better bagel spot, even though it was a further drive. Will never go there again, please improve your service.

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE OR PHONE ORDER: You're better off going in person to order. Around 7:30-8:00am it gets very full in there Monday to Friday. Don't bother placing an online order, they have no idea about handling orders online and you'll receive your order wrong. I've lived in the same area for 20 years now, they were fine before and we've always ordered here in the past. However, they are rude in person and over the phone, don't be surprised if they hang up on you because they have zero communication skills or manners. Half the time they're talking amongst themselves instead of taking orders. The food isn't anything to brag about either, many years ago it actually used to taste good. Now it's bland, the bread is always burnt and you're lucky if you get your eggs the right way (the eggs were overcooked). I know they know who I am since this incident happened recently, I honestly don't care. "We never received your order" is not an excuse for "We don't know how to use the platform that we advertise we use and have made no effort to contact said platform about any mistakes we might be receiving because we don't care about our customers". I could excuse the food but not the service, definitely on my list of "Places to never eat from again".
