Known for their bagels, but don’t sleep on the sandwiches—this place nails both! The Monte Cristo is my usual favorite, but the Reuben totally surprised me with how incredible it was. Plus, the owners are super friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

My favorite bagel place in Staten Island and I’ve been everywhere - the bagels are fresh are made on premises, all the ingredients are always fresh and good quality too, the prices are good and the bagels are always loaded. I also love their customer service, they’re attentive and really funny. Roy will go above and beyond for you. Highly recommended to anyone, stop by and you will love it!

Walk into this fine establishment on any given morning, and you will be greeted by the smell of bagels, baked fresh on the premises. You will also notice that everything — from the floor, to the meats, cream cheeses, and lunch items, are meticulously displayed. You could eat off the floor here. That is saying a whole lot. But it is not nearly the whole story— everyone who comes in here gets greeted as a neighbor. Most have a story or two to impart to the guys behind the counter. And these guys are listeners. And everyone leaves with a smile. That is not just a great business— that is the power of human interaction. It is called kindness, and kindness, dear friends, is everything.

Best bagels on Staten Island without a doubt. I've tried many other bagel stores on Staten Island but, no one comes close to their bagels taste and crisp bagels. They also have a variety of different cream cheeses. Lastly, their coffee is the best as well. You won't regret it.

This place is my favorite bagel place out of every borough in nyc and I grew up on bagels. They make it a point to get to know each and every person that comes in to their store. They will remember your face, your order, your family. Everything. Their bagels are consistent and delicious. Their egg sandwiches never disappoint. I will go out of my way entirely just to get my breakfast from them. I love you guys!

First time to this shop. Great fresh bagels, so many great options when it comes to their cream cheese and cold cuts. Definitely would go back again as I loved their freshly baked muffins and friendly staff.

Reading previous reviews, I'm areslly confused how this place thinks they can be hours late with an order and then threaten a patron. The Soup Nazi reference is hilarious, if this is true. So often, small business owners do some pretty interesting mental gymnastics to kill their own business. Decent bagels, ok prices, nice interior.

Nothing negative to say about the food. Fresh fluffy and lot’s of delicious cream cheese. The service however was awful. I was asked three times which kind of bagel i wanted and then asked again what i wanted inside.

Ive been coming here for years. Usually on Sunday mornings. My wife usually heads in with my daughter for breakfast. When family comes over i usually spoil them with bagels on the bay. Today i went in ordered 3 egg plain bagel. I was given 3 everything bagels. Simple mistake. But to the older gentleman in the glasses it wasn't. It was the end of the world. He told me he shouldn't take them back because i “touched” them and he shouldn't replace them, he knows I ordered everything bagels.” It’s a shame cause i really enjoy coming in with my daughter and wife. Their breakfast is amazing not taking that away. But the employee was extremely disrespectful and i cannot support that. All the workers here usually amazing. Such a shame all this over 5 dollars.

Man that works the counter with white hat at 11am on 6-17-2025 was absolutely rude to me over a plastic bag. As a uber driver I didn’t expect him to act so rudely infront of customers and other employees. Owner should have a talk with him over respect to people in the community. Makes the business look horrible.
