We have been ordering from empire for at least 10 years!! The food is always so good. Hot and delivered quickly! Love them only thing is they have gotten pricey but still worth it.

One of the finest take out Chinese restaurants on the island. Quality compares to sit down restaurants on most dishes. Service is prompt, the kitchen and dining area are very clean. They served SI for years and I hope we all welcome them back with open arms. Glad to have you back Empire!

The Singapore Mei Fun was SOOOOOOOOO GOOD. Spicy and dry (in a good way) — so many other SMF have really wet noodles and almost no curry powder. This was really really good. I ate it so fast I forgot to take a photo lol. I guess the one thing I could say is there wasn’t a lot of shrimp, but whatever — other places have wet noodles and tons of shrimp, I’d rather have really awesome noodles and few shrimp. The shredded pork in garlic sauce was also really good.

I hadn’t been here in about 7 years after being stationed in Florida. No one else can make Chinese food like good ole NYC. I had Cantonese roast pork and udon soup. It was still the best soup I ever had here haha

This place is AMAZING! Nice proportions, good prices and tons of appealing items to choose from. Girls at the front are so friendly. Inside of restaurant is super clean and very updated and nice. The AC does need to be cranked up a little more though....

I travel to this location for the Egg Foo Yong. I usually order the House Special the best one on the Island as far as I am concern. Love the wings, and they are generous with the House Special Lo Mein in terms of chicken, beef and shrimp.

I always pickup or order from here only. They make food the way I ask and it's awesome. I've referred this place to people I know and they are happy with the food also. Try it!

I finally found a restaurant where the food was delicious. The dish I ordered always and I mean always on my order was Chow Mei Fun. It's a very large dish and comes in one size. I always had leftovers and planned to take the remainder in for lunch. Never had a problem. The last time I ordered it was good. I refrigerated the rest. The next morning preparing my lunch it was mush. I couldn't believe it. I called to say what the hell happened. Well, the rep asked me if it was good the same day, I said yes it was. He said that's all they could promise. I replied, I refrigerated this dish before even for 3 days and it held its integrity and was tasty. He ended with it must be my refrigerator. You mean I spend a surmountable amount of money and the food is only good for one day. I hate to say it but another bites the dust. UPDATE: Previously, I gave one star due to the reasons I've stated above. It was at least three months before I decided to order food again. Face it, I love Chinese food. Since then I've ordered vegetable Mei Fun (fav dish) and it was excellent (integrity held). So happy! Empire is a driving distance from me but I'll travel if it's worth it. Sure, a Chinese spot is near me but the last time I ordered from there each dish tasted the same. I ended up trashing it. Covid hit everyone hard but when you cut ingredients it'll tell on you and the outcome is loss of customers. Well, the bottom line is somebody at Empire is taking heed. Thanks for reading.

It's my first time ordering. I ordered the ribs and chicken combo. It was very tasty and and non greasy. The green tea with bubble things was great as well. Will be ordering soon again!

On point, the spare ribs is a proper sized portion for the price. I also recommend the tacos or burritos, you won't be hungry after that's for sure.

Called a head for my order showed up 20minutes later and had to wait for food that was ready in bag. The person at the register must have been the boss, he was taking a special order from a customer for another day, and should have put someone else on the register as to not make other customers wait for food. The place is clean and food is good. They should have more than one cashier when needed.

I did not however call them and leave a complaint or let them know that there was an issue with my order. I believe that the order should have been checked before it was sent out to me.

I really loved this place and it was so good for a while. Last two times the general tso chicken was soggy and boneless spareribs were hard and inedible. I won't be going back.

Food is filled with cheap inexpensive vegetables. I had a full dish of onions left after the 5 shrimp were eaten of the top of the shrimp with black bean sauce. I complained more then once about this problem and got no response!

Really expensive for the food quality. A bubble tea, lunch combo and a sesame chicken was $50! The chicken was pretty good but the pork fried rice was cold and stale. Quality I'd expect for half the price it is

The guy hands me the bag with no receipt. I begin to put the back down with the door open to look for the receipt. The delivery driver, then tries to snatch my food that I paid for out of my hand and tells me where is his tip. I then proceeded to ask him not to touch the food that I paid for and don’t touch me. If u are hungry do not order from here..we used to order years ago and stopped because of the long delivery time..they say 40 minutes and and hour and forty minutes later your order comes cold and incomplete..then when u call to tell them they say it will be right over and another hour later it finally comes..the food maybe good ..when u get it hot and complete ..but dont count on it..gave them a second chance and the same old story..i will stick with island gardens delivery..they day 30 minutes and come in 15...

I just ordered from there and was completely dissatisfied with my order. I ordered their all day combo (c61) of beef teriyaki, 2 chicken wings, bonelesd spare ribs, and pork lo mein, along with Thai spring rolls. The beef smelled funny, the lo mein was not hot and tasted old. The boneless spare ribs were dry and also tasted old. I will never order there agan. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

General chicken is disgusting, bland tasteless. Egg rolls are full of oil and tasteless. This place is garbage, don't waist your money.

I ordered Sesame Chicken, Shrimp & Scallop, and Shrimp Dumplings for pickup through DoorDash. At no point did the menu mention that the combo automatically comes with pork fried rice. I do not eat pork for religious reasons, so when I got home and opened the bag, I was extremely disappointed to see pork fried rice included. I called the restaurant right away, but instead of helping, they were rude, dismissive, and told me to “take it up with DoorDash.” This was completely unprofessional, especially since the menu gave me no chance to choose a different side. I then contacted DoorDash within 15 minutes of receiving my food. The agent assured me that I would get a refund in 24 hours, so I waited. Instead, the next day I received an email asking for photos of the food—something they never mentioned in the original conversation. By then, the food had already been thrown away because it was inedible to me. No one keeps unwanted food for 24 hours just in case. The lack of clear menu labeling, the restaurant’s refusal to take responsibility, and DoorDash’s poor handling of the situation made the whole experience a complete waste of money and time. Between the misleading menu, the rude staff, and the unhelpful delivery support, I would strongly advise avoiding this place. The food was disappointing, the service was terrible, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable.
