Wonderful service, vibes and delicious food! Our waiter was so friendly and warm and made our dining experience even better. My favorite dish tonight was the grilled branzini but honestly everything was delicious and fresh! Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing authentic food, great service and nice and tidy environment. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. Love that we can see the oven and back! Ended up going here because every other restaurant we tried to go to was closed on Labor Day. Lucky us. The food was fabulous and quick - I’ve only been to Istanbul once but it was as good as I remembered. All the staff were very friendly and answered our questions. Portions were large. After paid, they gave us some desserts for free. So nice! Decent bathrooms.

Excellent food and service. This place treats you right and after getting take out a few times we finally decided to dine in tonight. Such a lovely place inside and out. The servers are kind and attentive. Definitely amongst some of the Turkish food on the island

We had an amazing meal at Istanbul Bay restaurant in Staten Island. My wife's branzino with salad was perfectly cooked, and my roasted eggplant with ground beef and lamb was absolutely delicious. We finished with their traditional tea, and the service throughout our meal was excellent. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The service of this restaurant was truly exceptional and remarkable hands down!!! Emre our server and Yousuf the chef consistently checked in to ensure the quality of food was up to standard for our liking! We enjoyed our mixed grill platter and wanted a change for our chicken being undercooked. The staff took immediate action to rectify the issue. They not only offered a complimentary dessert to compensate for the initial mishap but also replaced the undercooked dish with a completely new, and an entirely free (2) additional dishes. The chef came to ensure that everything was up to our to our liking!!! The restaurant's actions, including the staff's kindness, attentiveness, and the replacement of the unsatisfactory dish created a memorable and positive dining experience that is highly recommended. This level of service truly shows a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and speaks volumes on the dedication to quality care. The chef's personal involvement to consistently check in created a dining experience that I would recommend to others!! Thank you Emre and Yousuf for having us 😊

Great Turkish restaurant. It was also our first time trying out different types of Turkish dishes that we had never eaten before. Service is great, and the portion sizes are good. The complimentary bread is interesting, like a fresh, hot ball. We will definitely be back to try out other menu items.

Stopped in to grab a bite while passing through Staten Island and were so pleasantly surprised by this place! We were seated in their beautiful garden area, which was cool and comfortable—even on an 80-degree day. The atmosphere was such a refreshing escape. From there, the surprises just kept coming. The freshly baked bread they brought out was incredible—warm, crusty, and clearly made with care. Our meals were absolutely delicious, with perfectly balanced seasoning and generous portions. You can really taste the quality in every bite. We finished off with the kunefe for dessert, and it was phenomenal—crispy, melty, and just the right amount of sweet. Highly recommend trying it! The service made the whole experience even better. Our server Onur was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back. If you're anywhere near Staten Island, you have to visit :)

Amazing spot for Turkish food. The mixed grill was delicious, as was the bread with the hummus. Afterwards I had the chocolate souffle and Turkish tea which were both also incredible. The service was also top notch as was the seating arrangements. I especially loved the patio outside which created a great ambience and atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit!

Thank you for everything and making our Eid party special for me & my whole family. We received amazing service, amazing food at such amazing prices. The manager and staff were great and they made our experience enjoyable. The chef himself came out and opened up the mashawi (mixed grill), we thank him so much for how delicious it was and for all his hard work. The appetizers, bread, entrées, and dessert were amazing! Can't wait to come back!!

This place is beyond amazing! The food is top tier quality, the service and ambience is above and BEYOND! Everyone is EXTREMELY welcoming and pleasant. They make you feel very comfortable. Our server, Alper, was extremely awesome and attended to us very frequently! The decorations and layout of the entire restaurant is beyond impeccable! They even gave us small dessert on the house! We love this restaurant and will definitely be returning again!

Amazing place, I just came back from Turkey and this place is on par, if not better than best restaurants in Turkey. They use good quality olive oil, which is a rare find among restaurants these days. Atmosphere is amazing. They have a covered outside terrace. Highly recommended.

Came for lunch with my girlfriend and Alper was our waiter and overall it was a fantastic experience. The service, the ambiance, the music was superb. The outdoor seating area was so cozy and comfortable I felt at home. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try a new restaurant and have amazing food! 10/10!

Istanbul Bay on Bay Street in Staten Island is a new addition and definitely worth the visit. The service is very good. There is valet parking. The food is delicious and the outdoor patio makes you feel transported to another place. The hot balloon bread they serve with olive oil dip and two other sauces is delicious. My husband had the lamb chops and they were tender, flavorful and juicy I had Lahmacun it was flavorful, crushed with thin and crisp. I enjoyed it a lot. My husband had the rice pudding for dessert and they served me a small plate of fresh cut fruit. It was delicious. They also gave us complimentary black tea at the end of the meal. That was very good. The fireplace feature on the back patio is aesthetically pleasing, I look forward to going back when the weather starts to get a little cooler to see the fireplace in action.

Went to celebrate birthday in a freezing night, but felt warm and welcomed. Food was very good, yummy appetizers, good entrees, and nice desert. Service was very attentive, quick and pleasant. Will definetely come again soon.

I waited an extremely (long 45) minutes and paid $34 for a mixed grill, only to receive very small portions (literally 2 bites of rice). The wait and serving size were both extremely disappointing.
