Starbucks never disappoints...good coffee, great service, and a nice place to catch up on any computing you have to do...

The staff here is always super friendly and a few engage you in lighy conversation while you wait for your coffee. And their music selection/library is always A-1.

I found it weird they served my iced coffee $5.25 in a paper cup as supposed to the regular clear plastic cup. In addition, I ordered a grande for the regular coffee but got a venti $3.75. The bacon sausage wrap $6.45 was OK.

Such a wonderful find in the area. Nice bright windows, ample free parking in the structure, the baristas are seriously WAY nice! Lots of people coming in and out for pickup orders for the pharmaceutical businesses nearby. Totally feel safe typically quiet.

We went to this Starbucks to buy some food 🍪 🍩 🍰🥧 🥪 and coffee☕🥛🥛☕🧋. We really enjoyed our visit. The staff was very friendly👍👍 and kind. Thanks to ANDREA ⭐ that made our drinks really good and also for providing excellent costumer service. It was also very clean compared to other places. The drinks and food🍪🍩🥛🧋 were excellent👍👍.

Corner lot with lots of windows and sunlight, this location is a great afternoon to work in. Parking I’m adjacent office building lots.

Amazing Starbucks! Definitely one of the nicer locations. It's very clean here and there is a lot of seating. You can take a nice walk outside along the bay. It's super safe. I'll definitely come back here. I love it!

Very spacious to dine in and work. Seating was almost like a corporate office. Weak Starbucks WiFi.

Food and coffee is good. However, prices have gotten out of true value range. $8 dollars for a coffee that used to be $5 is enough for me to seek alternatives until they figure a better cost point.

Nice space. Service was good. My coffee was room temperature. I prefer hot.

One of the nicer Starbucks in the Bay Area. Good place to work, clean interior, lots of seating inside and outside. Clientele are mostly biotech workers and visitors staying at nearby hotel. Baristas are friendly and often come around with free samples. No restroom in the actual cafe, it’s through a rear door and down the hall. Free parking available in the adjacent garage. Main gripe is the music can be quite loud and people bringing their dogs into the store. Beware of the small circular tables near the entrance in the early morning as the rising sun will beat right down on you!

I went there and was totally bummed on a Sunday. This Starbucks seems to have a more limited schedule than most. Never really got to experience it.

Good Starbucks but no plastic. Lids fall apart. No green plug for my drink, now it’s all my car because they switched to stickers. Which leaves residue on your lips. Sacrificing the people for moral changes that don’t help anyone but CEOs.

Came for 2 fraps no whip. It took all of 20 mins to make. If you have plenty of time to kill, this is the perfect place.

The store posted on the window and written on the floor stand sign, it's open at 6:30am. But they did not open the door untill 7:00am. We waited for almost 20 minutes. The server did not apologize at all. Heard from our hotel clerk, this Starbucks always open at different hours you have to try your luck.

I ordered a 'Traveler' of coffee to be delivered to a hotel this morning through UberEats. The delivery was fast and the driver was very nice. My issue isn't with UberEats, my issue is with THIS partucular store! After placing the order, I personally called the store to make a special request for the order. I was told that my request could be accommodated "no problem." However, when I got the order, there were no stirers provided, no napkins, and most importantly, there were no cups. Yep, you read that right. I received NO CUPS!! I have a box of coffee enough to serve 10 people and not a SINGLE CUP to drink it with! Question: How am I supposed to extract the coffee from the Traveler if I have no cups?! 🤔 Naturally, I called the store again to ask them about it, to which I received the following response: "Sorry, that was our mistake, we just forgot. We can't do anything about it now but maybe if you call UberEats, they might refund the order." So, it seems that Starbucks wants UberEats to take the hit for their carelessness and meanwhile, I'm still left with a box of coffee, with no cups. Needless to say, this wasn't the best use of my $25, and there won't be a 'next time.' I might have gotten better from McDonald's.

The barista Jose was so rude to me. He was working register and took my order. He charged me extra for a drink, rang my drink up wrong. I asked for extra ice and to size the cup up so I didn’t miss any of my drink and he charged me for the size up drink. I didn’t bother to bug him anymore because I didn’t want to be rude but omg this barista was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to what I wanted so I got the wrong drink. I clarified my drink was wrong to him and he didn’t even care so I just stayed quiet and got the wrong drink.

I brought my own steel cup in today and I asked for my coffee to be put it there. Instead of doing that, she put it in the paper cup poured it into my cup and then threw the paper cup away with all the foam and crema. IT'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT.
