had the Buffalo Chicken Pan Pizza. The crust is thick, buttery, and perfectly crisp, holding up all that cheesy, spicy goodness without getting soggy. The buffalo sauce has just the right kick — tangy, spicy, and addictive — and it’s generously layered with tender chicken and melty mozzarella. The staff. Friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their food and their customers. Service was quick, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

I got the chance to try this pizzeria. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a cute restaurant. I was greeted and sat and Ariana was my server. I ordered: Grandma's Meatballs Mac and cheese canzone Spicy knots Doritos Mozzarella Gnocchi Bolognese westerly pie The mac and calzone were amazing! I also loved the meatballs! All in all, I had a wonderful experience.

The food here is so good. It’s a small place and the menu is huge. So much to choose from. I would definitely come back.

Great service! Great food! And the attention to detail on the making of their cocktails is definitely appreciated! I had the original pizza pie, garlic knots with marinara, and of course the tiramisu martini...what an experience. Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely return. The owner came out and greeted us, it was late night on Easter Sunday but he took the time to have a conversation, great guy. And the bartender, sweetheart! Can't wait to go back! Atmosphere/ Decor is very stylish too.

Great NYC style Sicilian pie. Bright, clean sauce. A little on the wet side. Crust was plain. Slices are limp, need both hands. Have some napkins handy. Love the little, curled up pepperoni slices. Excellent overall. Wife and Son approved 🍕👌🏻

Being a fan of Carmine Gualtieri's other restaurants, I was thrilled to have the chance to visit The Pizza Parlor. As you step into the restaurant, the décor has that modern urban vibe of the city. The menu is hip and refreshing yet you’ll still find classic standbys like Chicken Parm and Baked Ziti. When we arrived, menu cards were displayed at each place setting along with a jar of their delicious sauce for guests to take home. Such a generous gesture! A nice chunky rustic bruschetta was on the tables to enjoy. First up were the appetizers. Italian Egg Rolls and Vodka Chicken Parm Garlic Knot Sliders. Oh, my taste buds! Next, an amazing Hot Antipasto consisted of baked clams, stuffed mushrooms, eggplant and shrimp oreganata. I enjoyed everything on that plate! Pasta lovers met their match tonight. Both the Penne Vodka and Toscana Rigatoni were delicious BUT it was the Chicken Marsala that was the real star of the show. Golden pan-fried chicken cutlets and mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce. This could very well be the best Chicken Marsala I’ve ever eaten. The perfect ending to this feast in the form of heaven on earth was a tray of Nutella stuffed Zeppoles. Out of this world! Now for the service. This place is a well-oiled machine. All of the servers are friendly, quick and efficient. Someone at our table had a shellfish allergy. The waiter alerted the chef, who came out personally to chat about some substitute allergy-friendly offerings. Lastly, the owner Carmine was such a gracious host and genuinely nice guy. He was excited to meet all the new faces and hear our feedback. Everything was phenomenal from beginning to end. Now go check out The Pizza Parlor! You will not be disappointed!!!

3 stars because the chicken and broccoli rabe was good. Veggie & potatoes good … pizza wasnt what we expected. Cardboard like crust … dripping grease , cheese was fresh-ish. I wouldnt order here if your mainly looking for pizza

Picked up my order today that I placed on the phone and while I was placing my TWO item order I was placed on hold TWICE. Asked my total and hung up, they seemed busy, never got my order repeated back to me nor did I think I needed to since I only got two things both the classic way… When picking up the order I had this gut feeling something was off , mainly bc she kept putting me on hold and I was right, the girl entered my cheese bread as half one way half another which she probably mixed up bc she kept placing me on hold. I ordered it all one way, but here is the issue when I pointed it out to the girl who took my order ALYSSA , her response was and I quote: “ what do you want me to do about it?” With an attitude. Alysa, this is no way to approach a customer, who YOU messed the up the order for. I did not enter my order into your system, you did. And if you’re new or don’t know to approach this problem, here’s your answer, you offer your customer to fix it. It’s pretty simple. Then this young adult gave me attitude for several minutes before finally going on and fixing it. So this message is more for the owners, take a nice close look at Alyssa and how she handles the problems she creates. Start keeping tally bc I’m sure I’m not the only one. In this day and age where everything is so heavily based on reviews and recommendations this was an unnecessary and disgusting experience largely bc of how she approached the problem. I get it sometimes you’re understaffed , busy , whatever the case may be and believe me, I do order from here quite a bit, mistakes have been made on my orders before but never have I acquired this much aggression and attitude.

Picked up from them, Panini was actually pretty good. The "hand cut" fries didn't seem hand cut and tasted like regular frozen type diner fries, and at $5 with the cheese on them it wasn't worth it. Panini on the expensive side too 2 paninis with one order of fries and no drinks was over $30. The inside seating area was actually very nice if you want to eat there. Bad spot parking wise and to pick up from no street parking really and lot of no standing areas so be prepared to circle around the block. Nice place but has a Manhattan feel and might not fit in.

Food quality and taste is on point however ordering for delivery, they mess it up. 2 pies, 1 pie is wrong (regular instead of Vodka, after calling they sent the right pie although waiting for over 2hours now) and dessert is almost the right one. Sucks. Dont think ill order derlivery again.

Chicken roll tasted like they took it out of the freezer from last week and reheated it. The stench was horrible and even the smallest bite made me nauseous. Chicken was rubbery and the cheese felt like it was slid under the roll without being cooked.

I’ve given this place many chances. The service is terribly slow. They don’t have enough employees. Besides that the worst thing I’ve seen is when I went to go to the restroom I was waiting for one of the cooks to come out, after he came out I went in, the sink was BONE DRY. Handling peoples food and too lazy to wash your hands. Total disgrace, I’ll never be back and make sure to spread what I saw around

Ordered food over the phone at 6:48. At 8:25 was told the food left and was on the way. Now it is 9:15 and still no food. Call them to be put on hold and finally asked where my order was . It is almost 3 hours since I placed my order and it was not delivered. The girl was like I do not know I just got on shift and let me see. Who starts a shift at 9 pm when they will be closing in a few hours. Someone else picked up and apologized and was not sure what happened and it seems my order was not even made. But wait I called an hour before and was told it was on its way. Then they said there was an issue with the printer. Told them to cancel my order and refund me. They did refund my money and the girl said we will send you the food anyway for free since it was their error. Needless to say the food showed up at 10:20pm. I didn’t even eat it since it was so late now. Couldn’t even tell how the food was. Yes they corrected their mistake but to make me wait almost 4 hours for a small order is no excuse. Not sure what is going on with the staff and the restaurant but it seems this place is going down from what other reviews I read. All having the same issue. I think the owners need to reevaluate their place and how things are being run and make some changes .
