Kudos to the franchise owner to step up and work in her restaurant. In a time where it's hard to find employees sometimes this is the way it has to be. Entrepreneurship is hard and risky financially. My wings were perfect and my fries better! Best wishes!

Staff and food are great! They have a screen that shows if your order is ready/ how many orders are ahead of yours.

I have had issues with other locations about putting 20+ wings in one box (with multiple different flavors with dry rubs and sauces) and being very rude about it. This location however I put in an online order and stepped inside and asked if they could put the flavors in different boxes and the staff were extremely nice! The female employee that was working the front confirmed what I was asking and immediately went to the back to tell the other employees my request. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! The ranch cups were actually filled to the top at this location also! 10/10 everything on my order was on point and the staff were wonderful!

First time dining in at the new location and Zachary took care of me. He was very kind, knowledgeable of the menu, and was working non-stop throughout the entire time I was there! Very impressed with that young man and his work ethic. The food was excellent and fresh as well! (I wanted to do the survey on my receipt but I misplaced it.)

I had never eaten here, but I won't pass it by again! The French fries were so delicious, and my son loved the lemon boneless wings. I had parmesan wings and cajun wings and both were amazing!! Little on the pricey side, but worth it.

This was a positive experience for our family. We were greeted immediately and I noticed the dining room area was clean. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming. The lunch was prepared promptly and correct. I would revisit this location.

Really disappointed in the quality of our food. The Lemon Pepper wings had at least 1 1/2 Tablespoons of fryer grease at the bottom of the container. (bottom right in the picture.) We ordered the fries well-done and they were totally limp when we got home. My wife's boneless wings were a little better but not much. Going forward, I think we'll pass.

We’ve had good experiences in the past. For some reason these last couple of visits have left us disappointed though. The fries are never hot or even warm. They’ve been forgetting items that we paid for. And the wings have been really small. For the money we pay I honestly expect the wings to be bigger like they used to be. In picture shown, that’s 4 wings… almost 4 bites. I don’t mind waiting (the wait can be so long) but at least give me good product to make it worth it.

Extremely cold inside. January and could not even enjoy food because the air conditioning was going on high at 7:00 at night. Told the staff it was cold and the did not care

The manager amber was very rude and completely not understanding what was needed.she should not be a manager with that attitude and customer service. I rather take my service else where. My order was a remake because they didn’t cook the chicken well done. They said I could come back for a remake and the manager the next day which is amber was completely rude and saying I couldn’t get the sauces for my meal

Last couple times we doordashed, the fries were different. They were disgusting. Looked and tasted like frozen fries. Not sure if they couldn't get the regular fries they always serve, but damn. I need to take a break until they get the old ones back.

We used to love going to this wing stop but the last couple times we went the service and food have not been great at all. The last time we went the young lady at the counter was incredibly rude! Today the young lady behind the counter was plesent but the rest of the staff was rude! We ordered 4 combos. There was no ice in the machine. We asked for a refund for our drinks and they refused because they said, "the drinks come out cold". I ordered a 6 piece bone in wing, got all drums. They did fix my order but we will probably not be back unless there staff learns how to have better customer service.

They should make a change of staff, no one answers the phone you arrive at the restaurant and it's empty, dirty tables and the attitude of the employees is so terrible

how do you forget an entire order of fries. Payed for it to be doordashed to my house and the only thing they said was we can give you credit for the fries. Okay what about the extra money I had to pay to get it delivered?? Completely defeated the purpose of me DoorDashing because I ended up having to go pick up the fries myself. So hooray for cold wings.

Went to grab a take out order. Had a piece of trash to throw away while waiting for the food. There was no trash can outside of the counter area or in the dining room area. I waited for the staff to come to the front but they were busy. There was a trash can just inside the front counter. I stepped one foot behind the counter and tossed the cup into the trash. I turned around and stepped out from behind the counter and one of the employees told me she couldn't let me on the "red tiles because they are slick and greasy and if I slipped on them she would get in trouble." So basically she called me back into the "red tiles" to tell me not to step on the red tiles. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I told her I wouldn't have approached her trash can if she had one in the lobby area and made it available to the customers or if waiting to ask where a trash can was. She said the manager doesn't want a trash can out in the lobby. Just ridiculous the attitude that I was given. I wasn't doing a dance routine or hanging out on her red tiles. I literally took one big step, tossed a cup in the trash and took another big step out only to be stopped and called back onto the forbidden tiles for her to chastise me for stepping onto the tile to throw away trash. I guess next time I'll just leave my trash all over the table for them to clean...or I'll just go to one of the other numerous eating establishments surrounding this location. Attitude and atmosphere go a long way. Customer service training needs to be reviewed at this location.

We ordered online and the wait was 60+ minutes, not the end of the world we were willing to wait. Then, they got our order wrong and we called to have them fix it, they were willing to do it but it would be another 40+ minutes because they had orders ahead of ours. So we just asked for a refund since the rest of our food would be cold by the time we received the correct item. They absolutely refused to issue a refund and one team member said “i have what they call a microwave at my house, y’all might want to invest in one.” I did not pay $40 dollars to take my food home and microwave it. We asked for a team member to call the manager and they also refused, stating “he never answers us during the day.” Overall everyone was very unhelpful. We ended up having to call the corporate office to get a refund. We will not be back.

I’ve been here twice the last 3 months. The first time my order was incorrect and I had to get a refund. This time I ordered online and went to pick up in store. When I arrived on time for my order, I was told it would be an extra 5-10 min. Well it ended up taking an extra 30 minutes for a total of 1hr on a order than said it would take 16-21 minutes. While waiting on the order, I sat there and watched every worker sitting in the back playing around. Scaring each other walking through doors, working with ear pods in, sitting around laughing and joking not doing anything. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever went here and been happy with the service and food as a whole. This is too expensive to have the type of service and food quality it consistently puts out. Whoever owns this location needs to do some changes. Absolutely pathetic.

The lady answering the phone tonight was very rude! We ordered at 10:30 and she rushed us to the store when she answered saying “thanks for calling wingstop it’d be nice if y’all got here before 11” once we ordered she repeated it again. We get there before 11 and since our foods not ready we wait for 20 minutes for them to cook it, we leave the store with super cold fries! Not only that BUT we ordered 3 BROWNIES and they weren’t even in our bag! What was the rushing for? Cold fries? Missing food? Will not be coming to this location again. Paid 55 dollars all for something we didn’t get! Next time I’ll be rushing y’all!
