Long lines during the Thanksgiving week even with a reservation, maybe worth just paying the 17.99 to gave it shipped to your house. Otherwise, the honey baked ham is to die for.

I ordered my Honey Baked Ham ahead of time, like I do every year, and the pickup process was smooth and well organized. Even though it was busy for the holiday, they had two separate lines—one for prepaid orders and one for anyone who hadn’t prepaid—even if they had preordered. The staff did a great job keeping everything moving, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The ham itself is always perfect and absolutely worth it. I get my hams here every year and will keep coming back!

Ordering online & Curbside pickup are amazing. The Honeybaked hams are delicious. My only complaint is the COST. Especially during a pandemic.
There was a line to get in but it moved quickly everybody inside was very friendly and helpful. We always have a good experience at the store! Kudos!

It had been several years since I'd had one and I was very excited...until I opened the package to serve my family on Christmas day and found no glaze on the ham at all. The ham was very good, however, I can get good ham much closer to home. The glaze is what makes Honey Baked special. Won't make the drive again.

The interior of this building is old and outdated! I ordered 2 sandwiches the meat was good, I mean it's honey baked ham, it's God's cheek meat! Anyways the bread was so dry, even with mayo and spicy mustard the bread stuck to the roof of my mouth. So, to recap. Meat good, bread dry, old and outdated interior.
Surprisingly the place was not busy. The service was alright, but they could clean up the store. The ham was amazing like always.
The ham taste like any other. I can make better ham at home. The prices are ridiculous!! Save yourself some money and get a recipe from youtube.

So I ended up with the oven roasted instead. That's ok, but it wasn't what my family & I wanted. They could've at least offered me something extra for my troubles, but nope, just sorry, now pay! It was like that Seinfeld episode with the rental car: they know how to take a reservation, they just don't know how to HOLD the reservation! I gave 3 stars because we order their turkey almost every year & it's delicious. I hope this isn't the beginning of poor customer service on their part!

Out of food no green salad. No tri-tip or pastrami then we pay for mash potatoes and gravy no gravy was received other then that sandwiches were ok
Nestor made a Bomb Turkey Sandwich & Ham Sandwich...however the Greeting was Salty. His Facial expression looked Irritated, No other Customers or noise made it Awkward & Unwelcoming. I asked for Combos but he was quick to ring us up for just the sandwiches, wasn't going to offer any Sides available so i didn't even bother about asking for drinks too. Sorry if you were having a Bad Man.
I maintain truthfulness in all my options offer in regards to my INDIVIDUAL experiences regardless to how unpopular it maybe. I've had several unpleasant and have chosen not to go back. I know people who swear by it ..it's all in your own personal account that most people Chose tend to rely on. Give it try ..who knows ..you may not have the same experiences I had . plus it's been a few years since.
Disappointed, maybe it was the location. But very disappointed. Honey ham wasn't prepared properly. Didnt even taste like honey ham. And all other stuff we purchased had no flavor. Poorly done! Deffinitly not what it used to be.
No glaze on my 8 1/2 ham please replace 4821 sun brook drive salida 95368 ! I was shocked no glaze ! Usually hard glaze on ham: it was just a regular ham: I order 3 a year !!! You need to replace

What’s the point of a reservation then? Also, they don’t give heating instructions to their sides. The website says to “see instructions on container” but there are no directions affixed. After calling the store, store representative said “they don’t have directions. Just microwave it”. There has always been directions previously. For $150, there should be more service than a disrespectful “microwave it”.

We went to pick up our Turkey and Ham Wednesday afternoon and to our disappointment I was told that they are out of gravy, mashed potato and stuffing. How do you eat your turkey without those three most important complimentary dish!!!! I will never order from Honey Baked Ham anymore!!!!!!!!! What a disappointment!!!!!
I always get a ham from the stockton store and this year I added a oven roasted turkey breast. I will never get one again. It was pressed turkey and not the real one. I was very disappointed
I just bought a honey baked ham today and it was split down the middle and not spiral cut at all and it felt a little dry. I called and they told me to bring it back in but I live 20 miles away

Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich two weeks ago and the girl that prepped it did an awful job! The bread was old, there was a lack of ham put on the sandwich and she gave me a piece of a stem for the lettuce 🙄. I f you can’t properly prepare a sandwich you shouldn’t be working here. You are always suppose to check and make sure everything is fresh before serving it to a customer!! You should never serve a customer something you wouldn’t eat!! The price is almost $12.00 for a sandwich and it should require more meat, all I could taste was the awful stale bread I was provided with. I will not be returning to this location. I typically buy hams here, but after the waste of time and money I will go elsewhere instead of coming to a place that doesn’t know how to prepare a sandwich! SMDH.. very unsatisfying!

Still doesn’t change the fact that I spent $100 on something that was not what it was supposed to be. Won’t be going back. That is just ridiculous
Purchased a 7lb ham on Wednesday. Got it home and to my surprise the ham was missing the honey sugar glaze. Not to mention the ham was horrible. I've been a faithful customer for years. This is the first time I couldn't serve a ham. I'll be returning the ham tomorrow Friday. I'm so very disappointed...
I left my reservation number at home and they said they had no way to look it up! What was the point of taking my name and order and giving me a number if they weren't recording it in the store? Also, before I went to pick it up I called to ask if there was a line and she said "no." When I got there the line was almost around the building. Very poor business management! I took my business elsewhere. Hoping everyone has a Blessed Christmas despite the minor hangups this year brings.
Ordered a Honey Baked Ham for a family gathering. Picked it up and went to gathering 45 minutes away. To my horror there inbetween the spiral slices was the tips of a glove. It looked as if someone has an accident while procesing. Called and was met with a attitude from the manager. Had to find a number for corporate and called. They would only refund part of the cost weeks later after repeatedly calling. Needless to say no one would eat the ham. I have never gone back. I may try again but, not this location as the attitude of workers and manager was unreal and without any remorse for my experience.
I order an 8 lb honey baked ham and a turkey breast from the Honey Baked Store in Stockton. It was delivered on Tuesday before Thanksgiving and we realized that the turkey breast was not there. We called the Stockton store and the clerk said she couldn't do anything about it. I then told Lester, the manager what happened and he told me he would refund $30 to my credit card. I asked for $40 and he agreed. Our original charge was $95 for the turkey/ham combination. He never credited the card. When was opened the ham we realized that it was a 4.5 lb smoked ham instead of a regular honey baked 8 lb ham. I called the Stockton store and was told that Lester was busy and would call back. He never did. I called the Corporation. They put me on hold and hung up on me. I called my credit card company an they resolved the situation for us. I will never shop at the Stockton store again.
Horrible I ordered a honey baked ham from this location picked it up 4 days before Thanksgiving 2018 and opened it up Thanksgiving day with over 25 people at my house and was so embarrassed that it was just a plain ham no glaze no nothing 122.00 for a plain ham.Then I called the store was transferred to the asshole manger lester where he wanted to argue with me about the ham my family have been getting hams from this location for years and I can honestly this will be the last time they get my hard earned money . I could of bought a ham for 20 and bucks and came out with better results. You guys suck big time and then u have the nerve to treat me like I just didn't spend my cash with you.
