We were fortunate to receive a tour of bistrobrignone Caffe, Gelato & Co. today. We saw the making of Proneresi and tasted gelato. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm. Everything was perfection! Thank you for your hospitality!!

The confection Dorenesi is meringue filled with a lovely local hazelnut cream. This area is the home of hazelnut cream, in fact. Gelato here is also fantastico. I had albicocca and it reminded me of cool freshly-made apricot jam! Delicioso!

Stopped and got a tour of the place. Ate some gelato and some Droneresi meringue and Nutella. So delicious. Great service!
