On my way back from Alba for work, I stumbled upon Stradella, specifically Gioele's restaurant. The atmosphere is impeccably maintained, the dishes simple but of the highest quality. Chef Giorgio knows his stuff, and the risotto was delicious and well-balanced. Well done, Giorgio and Elena. Keep up the good work, until next time.

A very charming and intimate restaurant located near the center of Stradella. The staff is attentive and very friendly. You can choose between an à la carte menu and tastings. Refined dishes are prepared with quality ingredients. Extensive wine list. Highly recommended.

First time at this restaurant! Well, what can I say? A wonderful discovery, a fantastic experience! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind, they make you feel at home! Stunning location! Very satisfied! I don't know where to start. The service was attentive and friendly, and the timing was perfect. The tasting menu was very balanced and the dishes were well-crafted. The place was very nice and welcoming. I really couldn't find a single flaw, especially considering the value for money. I'll definitely be back.

A true gem: excellent cuisine in a meticulously maintained setting. The plant-filled internal courtyard and the beautiful terrace are the perfect setting for a summer evening. Elena is the perfect hostess: smiling, kind, and attentive, she's the soul of the restaurant. Giorgio is an extraordinary chef, a master of flavors, and he will amaze you. The first courses are excellent (don't miss the ravioli filled with ricotta mascarpone!), their slow-cooked eggs, and the desserts are simply amazing.

The restaurant is well-maintained, with limited seating and a very quiet atmosphere. There's no TV to disturb, just soft, pleasant background music. We ate really well: traditional dishes were excellently prepared and served with professionalism and courtesy. Prices were moderate and in line with the quality and service offered, and there was a good selection of wines. All in all, a perfect dinner, a well-deserved 5 stars. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant combining creativity with traditional dishes. A very warm and comfortable atmosphere, with competent and professional staff. Dishes are beautifully presented and excellent in terms of flavor and lightness. The homemade bread and breadsticks (flour from the Bruscamonti mill) are particularly noteworthy. The fried fish is fantastic, featuring the now-rare small fried fish and fruit (a bit Piedmontese-style). Excellent desserts and a good wine list—not extensive, but with quality labels.

The extremely friendly staff welcomes you into a warm, tastefully and simply furnished dining room. The homemade bread is fragrant, the dishes are refined and delicious.
