The meat is truly delicious, truly high-quality, and cooked perfectly, exactly as the waitress instructed. We missed the food and style of the Roadhouse, but our expectations were not met. The food did not impress all 5 members of the family. The ribs were dry and the meat mix did not impress either. We guess we chose the wrong branch as we liked Roadhouse in other cities much better.

A roadhouse like any other, with nothing special to distinguish it. Despite being in a commercial area and having ample space, they managed to create a very inconvenient parking lot with very few spaces available. The food is good, but typical of a franchise, and the service is quite slow, even when there aren't many customers inside.

Good evening, we went to eat tonight, expecting to pay 50% less on the burgers, as the waitress had said. She recommended downloading the app. My partner ordered two extra burgers, and she said they were half price. I ordered the picania and grilled vegetables. The meat was tough. When we went to the cashier, we were told there was no discount on the extra burgers, even though I had downloaded the app. We had asked before booking which burgers were discounted, but instead we paid full price. There was no clarity or competence. We won't be returning, and we don't recommend it. I recommend putting informed and competent people at the tables.

Not a recommended experience. If I could give zero stars, I would! Unfortunately, it's not possible. Hygiene was truly poor, and the service was disgusting. It was absurd. I saw a member of staff pet a dog and not even go to the bathroom. Plus, the first time I came with a good friend, I heard voices from the kitchen, and that really bothered us; it ruined our evening! The only thing I can say that wasn't bad was the food. At least that was good, but I don't want to overdo it. That said, I wish you a good day.

I'd like to start by saying that I was here a few days ago and had a delicious tartare, which is why I came back. This time, however, the tartare was served so cold and compact that it was inedible. I don't doubt that it was fresh, but the problem wasn't so much the dish itself as the way I was treated. The manager showed up with an extremely rude attitude, raising her voice and responding in an arrogant rather than professional manner. As a customer, I expect respect and a willingness to engage in dialogue, not to be treated condescendingly. I was very disappointed. I'm a manager myself, albeit in a different industry, and I know how crucial the role of representing a restaurant or brand to customers is. Such a person should convey seriousness, respect, and the ability to manage even delicate situations. Unfortunately, all of this was lacking here. I would like to thank the waiter, however, who was kind and thoughtful, apologizing and making sure everything was fine. I advise the management to be more careful in selecting those in positions of responsibility, because customer service is just as important as the quality of the food.
