It's a Wendys, so the food eating is about how fresh.and fast they get it to you, not that I'm comparing them to a high end restaurant. This particular Wendys has been reliably good about consistently providing fresh food fast with employees who seem like they might actually want to work there.

We went through the drive-through and ordered the $5 Biggie bag with spicy nuggets and Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. Instead of spicy nuggets, they put regular nuggets in the bag. Everything else was good.

Very quick service you will never wait long. Their food is great. But if they do not fix that non flavoring drink station with them dull tasting lemonades, tea, sodas I have to get their natural juices and lemonades because those drinks are never bold and good in flavor.

I usually order through the drive thru and service is good. Sometimes the fries are not as fresh as I want them to be but they are way better than the fries at the Popeyes across the street from this restaurant.

The people working there seems like they don't want to work. He was in a rush and didn't take order right, have to tell him 3 times. Next window person was same, give the order and close the window quickly,

Heard a radio ad for $1 soft drinks so I went in to get one. The offer had expired when the ad didn't list "limited time". 😫

Worst burger I've had in years. Very overcooked, super tough and dry, $8 for the worst burger ever.

All in

Bought a 6 piece nugget and a chicken wrap and got 1 packet of ranch. Asked for another one and these cheap idiots tried to charge me $.50…ABSOLUTELY not. If Wendy’s is too cheap to give a small pack of ranch for a 9 dollar meal I will NEVER buy here again.

I went here this morning and the customer service person the drive-through it was the worst service I’ve ever seen no eye contact very rude but if you have a bad day like that by all means, don’t go to work because it affects the people date when they come in and have to see you with an attitude. I blew my horn. I knocked on the window, but nobody would come to see what I needed. The food was decent. It wasn’t fresh, but by all means the manager was there, and she tolerated her with the attitude.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. It took one person and one terrible experience. My order was being messed up over and over again therefore I was very much highly upset but yet kept my calm until Manager Belvis came and called me MISERABLE in my face? I don’t know what prompted her to disrespect me in that way. She kept talking about my face and my facial expressions due to their lack of communication since they kept messing up my order all while they were just chatting and laughing at the drive through window. Of course I’m going by to be mad and it’s going to show. I see why they kept messing up my order, but for a manager to disrespect me like that. I’m in complete awe. She got the response she wanted back though. Definitely telling everyone to stay away from this location. I’ve never written a negative review but this prompted one.

So I pulled up to the drive thru after being at the hospital with my mother for hours the time was 11:54 and no one ever came to take my order so I pulled up to the window and the guy never opened the window he just signaled to me that they were close. Never opened the window or anything ... then another man comes to the window and I can only assume he was a manager but he gave me the same motion that they were closed and I said it's jot even 12:00 and the man just walked away from the window. It's really disappointing because I have not eaten all day and just wanted to get a burger before driving an hour back home from visiting my mother. If you close at midnight, then you should close at midnight. You never know what people are dealing with or going thru.
