Love Jamba Juice! In case you were wondering, this location doesn’t offer the $2 off on rainy days unlike the one on El Paseo de Saratoga.

This is the friendliest group of people providing excellent customer service that I have experienced in months. Thank you again to the Sunday morning crew for their attentiveness and friendly, their sales attitude. These ladies not only enjoy their job but they are truly happy and a pleasure to start my day after doing business with this company.

I get my Jamba Juice here every morning! Staff is very nice and polite. They make your drinks as you ordered and always Very tasty! It’s a clean place and drinks get done fast! The only down side is that there is no restroom. I recommend this place and will keep coming back

I stopped in Wednesday 11/15 and Alexa made my smoothie so fast then added these cute designs on top. Next day, Cravings strike again only to meet Ms. Gina, whose infectious smile and conversation woke me up before I even got my 3G energy! Parking can sometimes be a hassle but it’s worth the music and sweet staff. Happy holidays!

When I got my drink I notice a message on the lid from Emily. It was so sweet and unexpected. "Slay the Day" with hearts and flowers. Gina at the register was also so sweet, offered condiments that I didn't even think of. Awesome job Ladies.

The employee who served me my smoothie today was Luis, he has blessed me with an amazing orange berry blitz that taste amazing!! Luis was extremely polite and kind. Luis is a wonderful, hardworking employee of Jamba Juice. Thank you for a great service. Will definitely recommend and will also come back myself!! Thank you, Luis!! I am a happy customer!!:)

For a split second I thought we’d arrived too late and that the store had already closed / or stopped serving drinks. However, we walked in he and assured us that we had made it in time, and that he’d be happy to assist us. We ordered our drinks and he made them not only fast but efficiently as well. I’ve been going to this location for a couple years now, but will be sure to keep coming back after this positive customer experience!

Lia and Louise were very helpful in finding the recipe for a 5 Fruit Frenzy! It has been my favorite for decades. I will be returning to this location EVERY TIME because some locations are not able to make this drink. Thanks again Lia and Louise!

Smoothies are tasty and staff is great. But they still use plastic straws and put it in every drink without asking first "Do you need straws?". Lots of companies don't use straws anymore, and I wish that Jamba Juice can became green too.

Nice service and standard Jamba menu items in a small, somewhat cramped location. The parking lot is kinda poorly designed so it can be a little more difficult than normal to get in and out, but the people working there are pleasant and our Mango A Go Go was exactly what we expected.

Has a few 20 min parking spot right in front of the store. Not much space inside or outside to sit. Shop has room to wait for your order which is made fast with ok service from the staff. Cash register is really tight if there is a line.

The guy made a rush to make our smoothies. The mango ingredient was still frozen and sat at the bottom of the cup. Thursday is the day to get a free upgrade from medium to large size. It is a good deal only the worker makes sure ingredients are blended well to become smoothie.

Every time I order a fresh shot I arrive to pick-up and they give me a bottle... 🤦🏼After the third time I called to validate that they had fresh ginger and when I arrived they said they don't make the shots. Thia location should remove shots off the menu if they don't intend to prepare them.

High quality juices. Wish the staff was little more courteous - the process for picking an online order is confusing as the instructions pasted on the door is not clear enough on whether we are supposed to wait outside or go in - staff came across as irritated. The juice cups were secured on to a nice cardboard however this was further tied inside a dirty/used white polythene having color stains from different juice/smoothie The app's online ordering system could be better. In addition to saying whether the order is ready, it should have an option for customer's to say that they have arrived for pickup and the staff should come out with the order

Usually they’re not as busy as the Mountain View location but my most recent visit here, the smoothie was extremely watery and separated quickly.. not worth the $7 I paid for 1 smoothie.

Mostly busy. Staffs are energetic and nice. I take fresh OJ most of the times and at times a baked item along with. I have often noticed flies inside the baked item container. That turns me off often. I did notify them at times. They should really take care of this.

I ordered a regular Açaí smoothie. It was good but way over priced. Service was good. The only reason I will not be going back is due to the price. For that price I can go to a juice bar and get fresh squeeze juice for that price

Felt bad for the 2 people that were working there. They could really use more help for as busy as this place can get. The staff were great and still managed to serve up an excellent smoothie despite being short staffed. And with a smile!

One of the smaller jambs juices I've been too. Unfortunately my smoothy came out to be watery instead of being thick like it ought to. The server even looked at the drink and hesitated to serve it but didn't ask if I wanted it thicker and just continued to put a lid on the cup. Not the best customer service I've experienced and was surprised at it. Ill have to come back here to adjust my review but this is first impression of this place.

I ordered fresh carrots juice. I've got less juice and a lot of carrots leftovers that need to go to the trash.

my two Jamba Juice drinks were literally water. Seemed like they were watered down or not made correctly. I expected more from Jamba Juice since they make smoothies not iced juice.

Been coming here for a long time now definitely love the customer service and the environment. Unfortunately today I witnessed something that left me speechless. I went in today and noticed how nicely the store was decorated for Halloween even complemented the staff. However while waiting for my order this guy came in. What I believe might have been a manger or something in that area. I had seen him go to the back a few times but right before he left I saw him literally start yanking the decorations off. I just found it kind of unprofessional even if he was a manager and didnt allow the decorations or something. He could have at least waited until there was no customers in sight. I honestly felt awkward being in there and him just going out of his way to do that in front of his customers.

Not recommended!!Ever in my life I haven’t given bad reviews, but what happened to me today it’s just unthinkable!!! I came for my favorite smoothie. First time at this location. So, I have difficulty to diced. I was couple time asked about what I wont. I was confused about new menu and told girls that I need more time and if they stop asking me questions I will decide a way faster. I felt so much pressure. The girl Brie, she were making my drink just keep starting at me with mad eyes, she throw my drink with hate and followed me to the door to making sure I am not staying. She literally said that!!! I haven’t seen that much hate and poison in one person ever!! I throw away my smoothie....

I am beyond angry at my experience at this store. I ordered my drink, after waiting more than 20 minutes I went to the counter and the worker there did not know what happened. A spoke up customer that they had mistakenly taken my drink and apologized. The worker did not apologize but said she would get my drink, after 5 more people got their drinks and I was still waiting I asked to speak to the manager. She also did not apologize and stated it was not her fault as it was not her station. I asked her if she was the manger or not, she said she was. She asked what I wanted and I said expedite my drink and reimburse me for what I paid given the mistake. She gave me the money then said she would not give me the drink. She took the by then made drink and put it in the sink. I asked to speak with her manager and she said I needed to come back in a few hours when he was in, I said that was not acceptable. She went and got an 800 number for me. In this entire time neither the worker or manger apologized or showed any ownership for the mistake. In fact they made it very clear it was not their fault. The only apology I got was from the customer who took my drink. This was not customer service, this was the most appalling experience I have ever had in a service establishment. I deserve an apology and that manager needs education on customer service. As the manager stated "she was not the owner", that is very clear but still upsetting that she feels no responsibility to manage or show any care for customers.
