ViCTOR was so impressive. I work in the industry all my life as a GM and a DM and this kid is a rare gem . The one on rufe snow had this great guy at the check out. How he greeted you was so amazing. And his smile lit up the world. I told him I didn't need a drink, and he said, " you have to drink something. Here's a water glass. I don't want you to get choked." Awwwww. So special.

Good BREAKFAST food! CLEAN, super friendly staff….employees are obviously proud of their store! I’ve never had to search for a clean table at this Jason’s…. They’re cleaned regularly. I even witnessed an employee circling the property with a trash can, picking up trash that the wind had blown onto the median near the road in front of the store. If the staff is proud of their store, it makes me feel that I can trust that they are proud of following good health practices behind the scenes preparing my food.

All Jason's Deli's we've been to are good. However, the new one in NRH is a great welcome in our neighborhood. The manager Clint McPhail met us as we came in the door and greeted us. He and the servers delivered our food and were all very friendly and accommodating - wanting to make sure everything was right. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming overall. We will definitely be back.

Every time I've been there, the service was great, and the food was amazing! I usually go through the drive thru, but I did dine in back when they first opened this location! The atmosphere was great, even for me, who doesn't like to dine-in! And, as a bonus for those who do eat in the establishment, there is free self-serve soft-serve all day! And I highly recommend their Pomegranate Blueberry sports drink that's available in the fountain drinks. It tastes amazing and uses real cane sugar.

Absolutely love their Mufalettas! The ingredients are fresh, the service is wonderful and you get free ice cream! A bit expensive, but worth every penny.

We have all of our business meetings catered by NRH Jason's deli. Veronica is amazing! She is always willing to work with me to ensure all of our needs are met. She takes the extra time to ensure our orders are correct and delivered on time. The delivery driver is always so nice and helpful when he arrives. I don't know what I would do without them.

I have been here a few times now and I love their food. I have tried a few of their sandwiches and I love their seafood gumbo. The service here is very nice and helpful!

And this new location is close to home, always fresh & clean, and is quite convenient with a drive-thru option and self order kiosks. I placed an order for myself and co-workers through Door Dash for this location. After reviewing the order with another co-worker, she pointed out that I ordered the wrong sandwich for one of our team. I called the store and the driver had already picked up our order. She asked me which sandwich I ordered incorrectly and which sandwich I was supposed to have ordered. Then proceeded to tell me that she had a driver available that could leave immediately with the corrected sandwich. That blew my mind... but what knocked me completely was that when I tried to pay; she told me it was on them. I LOVE this place. I eat here regularly since they've opened; but it was the first group order we've placed with them. EXCELLENT job and FANTASTIC staff. Thank you so much for the food and especially for getting me out of a jam so effortlessly! You rocked it today Jason's!!!!

I just came here for the first time explaining to them I was looking for some kind of chicken salad or tuna salad sandwich, they knew exactly what I was talking about. Probably the best deli, ever. The salad bar is beyond words! So many fresh veggies, and each one is just… Perfect! The dressings are outstanding. I couldn’t stop eating the jalapeño ranch… Until I tried the green goddess, which is outstanding and almost as good to me. But then I had to sample the Greek dressing… Now I’m torn betweenthe three. So good! Roast beef is delicious. They serve a sandwich called a beef eater with mozzarella and au jus. It’s outstanding! Had that twice this week so I thought I’d try Ruben. Fantastic! Meat stacked high, delicately shredded sauerkraut, a little Swiss on top of fresh, very tasty marble rye bread. Asia three times this week because I’m moving and there’s no Jasons deli nearby :-( I’m really more honey “McDonald’s with coupon“ Budget, but I’m eating here anyway again . Very nice folks here work their tails off. I LOVE the jalapeño potato chips. Free ice cream cones? YES!

We have eaten at this location before everything is always been great. My wife stopped this evening to pick up some food on the way home and they got the order wrong but not a problem because we called them and they immediately refunded our money on our card, so we’ll definitely be back. Are 1st time, lots of tables that needed clean, we went when it was very slow, salad bar was a bit low on certain items. Music extremely loud could not hear the young lady behind the counter when she was asking me something had to have her repeat 3x's. Did have to wait for a table but still needed them to be clean. Very happy to have new location much closer to home but terribly disappointed in food so far. My wife has been pleased with sandwich and salad bar but I like the Reubin sandwich and compared to the other store on Central this was quite poor. First try rye bread was not same quality and second try the sauerkraut was horrible. Hate to say it but we drive further to established store or have to get something different.

The staff was great! The food not so much... I got a couple things: ** "Texas Spud" which had bbq on it that was mostly fat and tasted like the pre-cooked kind in the bag that grocery store deli heat up in hot water and a steam tray.. The potato was also really dry, with no moisture from the cheese or bbq. **"Chicken Alfredo" has no flavor. ** The tomato soup was really good, though. Very flavorful! Delicious! All the food is very over priced however. I've had Jason's deli before and it tasted way better than this. Side note.. They really need to take down all those flags. I understand they're advertising that they're open now, but you can't hear the drive-thru person with the wind blowing them around.

New Jason’s Deli on Rufe Snow. I always remember liking Jason’s Deli in the past and was excited we had one. We came in and there were hardly any clean spots. No employees were cleaning up tables until a bit later towards closing. I saw the manager walk around looking but didn’t do anything. Order was a bit expensive for what you get. I got manager’s special which I think was almost $11. I got the muffuletta so it was a quarter with a small cup of soup and chips. Muffuletta was a bit salty with big bread buns. My mother’s order was the same but with Amy’s Jenny-O Turkey and hers towered because of the huge buns. It looks like you’re paying mostly for bread. Don’t get me wrong the food was tasty and you do get free ice cream!

I ordered a turkey panini and was told you didn’t have a turkey panini, only chicken so I took that without examining the menu. The chicken was in chunks, which all fell out as I ate. Should be sliced. Hard to eat chunky. Upon leaving I looked at the menu and the panini with turkey was called club.

My wife and I tried this place a few weeks ago. I had a Reuben and a bag of chips and my wife had a salami on rye with a bag of chips. While we both enjoyed our sandwiches fine, it was not a terrific experience. To start with, I must have stood at the register for more than a couple minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once someone did arrive, ordering was complicated by the cashier not having the strongest grasp of English. After that, it took far longer than you'd expect for two sandwiches to be completed. When we finally dug in, we were both happy enough with the sandwiches themselves. Mine was about as well-constructed as half a pound of corned beef could be, and my wife enjoyed her salami on rye. The chips were just basic ruffles and lays, nothing special there. The bags themselves are small. However, as fine as the meal was, these two sandwiches and tiny bags of chips ran extremely close to $30. To us, that is outrageous. I could only recommend it if you're okay with that kind of price for what you get.

They need to re-train every person at this location. The picture I included on this one has the wrong sandwich and wrong chips. And the guy working the drive thru today didn't offer a receipt. If you want a sandwich, just go make yourself one at home. You'll be significantly less disappointed.

I suggest to Jason's deli, to maybe bake their potatoes in small batches throughout the day (if they're not already doing so) so that they're not dried out and burnt like the one I had today. I brought a CB ranch potato home to my daughter yesterday and she barely touched it saying that it tasted bad. Not wanting to waste money, I brought it to work for luy. I had a very difficult time eating it. I ate the chicken and very little of the potato that happened to be stuck to it. The potato was dried out and the skin was burnt. The inside part was tasteless and dry. I'm guessing they make all their potatoes once in the morning, to get them out of the way which is why I made my suggestion earlier about maybe making smaller batches so they wouldn't be dried out from being kept in a warmer for too long. This is the worst baked potato I've ever eaten in my life. Luckily my pet sit is over because now I'm not feeling well from eating it

It's disrespectful of our time and the $13 (ridiculous) sandwich we ordered.

I ordered the deli club “managers special” and they only gave me 1/2 a sandwich…. When it was supposed to be a full for $10.79…. And when I went to pick up the order, they didn’t have the bean salsa salad or the side of ranch… I got ripped off and it’s unfortunate. If I pay for a full sandwich I want a full sandwich

Our order is wrong every time we get it from this specific location. Sandwiches made wrong, sauces forgotten, request notes completely ignored. If you call and complain they fix the singular issue, but there is obviously a lack of initial training, and no follow-ups after CONTINUOUS mistakes. Take the extra 10 minutes and go down to the Bedford location.

I went inside to place my order. The manager was the only one working a register. The girl in front of him was on her phone trying to figure out what to order. He finally asked her if it was okay to take my order and she quickly then got off her phone.. The register on my right side had about 3 people standing behind it, just standing there talking. They saw me. I can't figure out why one of them couldn't step up to the plate and take my order very disappointing, very unprofessional. While the manager stood there the whole time not asking anyone to step up and take my order.

The service at the counter is very nice. Helpful and courteous. The restock person at the salad bar is very friendly and quick. But, the place is dirty. Not once was the floor swept. Food, discarded napkins, silverware, crayons were visible. When the tables were bussed the floor was not cleaned. We won’t be going back to this location anytime soon.

The ingredients at the salad bar are soggy, the guy asked me if I wanted half a sandwich or a full, I say full, then asks me if I want the managers special, he explains that it comes with a side salad and chips so I agree. Then they bring me half a sandwich.... when I asked for a full sandwhich..sandwich... terrible experience would not recommend.

Drive though order #80036 Host Gisel B35. Cashier was very confused, she would Pause for 2 minutes of complete silence. Didnt repeat the order. Got to the window. Was handed the wrong drink, she even put the drink in wrong after she had asked me twice what drink it was. Sat there for Five minutes , then was asked to move forward . Ok thats fine. Few more minutes go by , she brings the food up . Then says I forgot to take payment . I paid . I had two sandwiches that was ordered. Deli Club and Ranchero Wrap. The wrap was correct but Was given a Spicy something that my kid doesn't like .Didnt notice the order was wrong till I got back to the office. When she gave my card back she was coughing , using the DRINK for the car behind me to shield her COUGH. This is the worse Jason's Deli . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, DRIVE THE EXRTA MINUTES TO THE NEXT ONE

Ordered our food. When our food was brought to the table it wasn't ours and told him. Kept waiting and everyone in restaurant had been served but us. Asked where our food was, they had given to another table and the people were eating it. Manager didn't let us know until we complained. We were told they were remaking the food, waited again. Still no food. Asked again, they weren't even remaking the order. We asked for a refund and left. No apologies, no nothing. Won't be back.

I watched people fill up used bowls from the salad bar SUPER unsanitary. There's NEVER any seating. It smells like stale body odder in the building. This place is just bad.

I went to this location today. I had placed an online order and went through the drive-thru. They told me to pull up and wait for my order. I proceeded to wait for almost 30 minutes before I parked my car. Got out into the pouring rain. Inside and still had to wait for my order. I won't be back to this location

I asked a simple question and the teenage girl up front laughed in my face, very disappointing and disrespectful. Is this how we treat our customers now? She then proceeded to ask me to repeat my question and laughed again. Very unprofessional, I decided to take my business elsewhere after that.

Service here is terrible. Took 10 min for anyone to approach me at the register even though they kept glancing at me. Main register guy standing around looking clueless. Felt like I was watching a movie slowed down. No sense of urgency with any of the employees it seems like.

I used to think delis were healthy and fresh, but not so much anymore and very deceiving on Jason’s menu. Their menu said grilled chicken…. well that’s not grilled chicken. It’s processed prepackaged already cooked chicken thrown on a griddle way too salty too much processing not even close to being fresh very disappointed. I ended up getting a salad and that wasn’t even fresh.

The sense of entitlement that some individuals possess is disturbing. Today at Jason's Deli, a white man approached me and my daughters with a gun visible on his waist, and proceeded to ask if my 1-year-old could refrain from making noise, also stated that I need to be a better mother. However, the actions for a 1 year old to babble is typical behavior for a child of that age. Jason's Deli, I am not sure if this is the environment that you all have in mind but you don’t have to worry about me and my family returning. Jason's Deli(this place is not safe)

It’s 72 degrees at noon today in FW. The temperature in Jason’s was well below that. The staff all had coats on and we approached the order counter. We had a spicy chicken sandwich and soup next door at Chick Filet. Unfortunate the staff and management seemed unconcerned. Well try back in August!

I got cucumbers in my salad--didn't order that. My husband got pasta in his salad--ordered it on the side. We were not given salad dressings for our salads either.

So I enjoyed what I ordered but my daughters food had more to be desired.

Don't even bother ordering curbside at this location. You'll end up having to go inside & get it yourself or call them after you've been waiting 8 minutes for them to bring your food & tell them that your still waiting for your food, after you've checked in & was past the pickup time. This last time, the food was cold by the time we got it home, due to them not having their crap together. This has happened multiple times & the manager has BS excuses to why it keeps happening. I've never had this problem at other locations. This location is a joke.
