Excellent food and service! Best wings!

I love this place to get good wings from, calzones and pastas, pizza. They have a pretty good list to choose from. The staff is real nice and well manored. Quick service.

i love the food at wings over syracuse, i used to live across the street and we ordered quite often,unfortunately we moved out of the area and dont get back as often as i would like, the staff have always been very friendly and fun if they are not busy,next time im back in that area i will certainly stop,keep up the good work

I had to come here from California to get buffalo chicken wings that are cooked as they're supposed to be. Only upstate NY does Buffalo wings right, California is clueless, and Wings over Syracuse cooked them as well as the best do because they are one of the best. Thanks, guys!

Always get great food

A gentleman working the outside window on a recent Friday night was very nice and professional. It's was busy and he was a little late bring my pizza, but he apologized for it and offered me a free drink.l was very appreciative of that. Will definitely keep going back!

Love this place! Awesome good and service! Long story short. I ordered food, as I was leaving to go pick up my order , a family member needed help, not thinking I went to help them, after I remembered my food, on way back to get their amazing wings, they called to remind us of the order, we figured our fault we'd get warm wings. NOPE! They re did our order, the best part was they didn't know we had an emergency, they assumed we forgot and yet with no questions asked or anything they just made us fresh wings! Thank you so much!

Whoever the older dark skin heavy set guy is, man he put his foot in that chicken, I ask for extra crispy and that what he gave, I rate him 100%,....... other than that i haven't been there in years cus they could never get th he chicken right always wet still, years later I got back and got what I asked for. If he ever leave that store I'll never eat there again. So thanks to him I'll be back

My only issues with wings Over Syracuse ...is sometimes they get so busy, especially of Friday, Saturday or special events like the super bowl , big SU games. They have a good food, prices are decent as is food portions are very good compared to other places. Everything is made to orders which I enjoy..... Steak sandwiches are awesome.

One of my favorite place to order take out in Syracuse. I love their super deluxe burger, buffalo chicken wraps and steak wraps. Their me go habanero wings and fries are also delicious. Large portion and very reasonable price.

Wow this place is great. Pizza is awesome at any price and it is super affordable. Fast and efficient. Staff was nice and place was busy. We are definitely going to go again and again. Very happy we tried it after getting a flier.

Best wings in town to me. The food is always cooked fresh..you wait a little longer but very good. Enjoy the steak sandwiches. Gets very busy on Thursday to Sunday from 6pm until so go early.. Staff has alway been great to me.

Wings in Cuse has a pick up window. I ordered the pizza by phone and used the window to pick it up. There is a 3% card use charge . If you don't want to pay that bring cash The cost of a large tasty hot cheese pizza was only $9 it fed three hungry people with left overs I would recommend this pizza stop be on the list for a place to go. This is my go to pizza shop! This place is locally owned and operated. The owner is very nice, as well as every single one of the people he has on staff. One of the things I really love about this place besides there food, which is fantastic of course. Oh and that you can always pick up a large cheese pizza for $8, lol. I really love that they remember who I am and treat me well. It’s a really great neighborhood place!

I’d never heard of this place, but I stopped here because I was in the area getting my hair done and had another appointment so I did have to rush a bit. The staff was really really sweet and we’re very understanding that I had never been there and some time to look at the menu. I just ended up ordering an order of garlic nuts because my appointment was in 15 minutes. They ended up making them for me fresh and there ended up being an extra garlic nut in there. I don’t know if it was on purpose or not but either way the customer service was amazing and the staff was really sweet. I would definitely come here again if I was hungry & in the area. I like how big their menu is.

This restaurant has several locations but if you're in the North Side, this is the spot to go for wings. The selection of sauces offered is impressive, I ended up with the sweet chili. The wings were fried just about right, crispy skin, and the meat was not dry.

I ordered a whole rotisserie chicken it feed my family of 4 it was not dry it was really tender and crispy. and the customer service was really good and the restaurant was spotless. The pictures out side helped me decide what to get.

The food was ok, I called ahead and order waited 15min then took me 10min to drive there and had to wait another 20min...on a slow Monday. Was extremely clean!

I order here around 2 or 3 times in a couple months time. I usually get the same thinhs or change up every now and then. The only things that I did not like is that anytime you ask for bluecheese I never ever get it unless I walked in to remind them. So sometimes they will need a reminder. Other than that their food is alright.

We generally have good food from there. I only wish they would attach a menu with there food. Have even asked when ordering to please include & to date have not receive one. I know it's additional expense to business, but a lot easier to order from a menu for several people, than having to look on-line each time.

Wings Over Syracuse is a great place for take-out wings. The wings were crispy, and very flavorful. I wouldn't, as the name suggests, order anything but the wings there. The pizza wasn't what I expected: frozen dough, mediocre sauce. But, you can't go to a wing bar and expect quality pizza. Other than that, I 100% recommend the bone in wings!

Had read many negative comments for the preorder through phone but I went there anyway. I wanted to order wings in-person. Pricing is okay. Wings were good as I had to wait for the fresh wings. I had to wait for 30', but I can tell you it's well worth it. I deduce 1 star because the service isn't in fast-paced and the people in the front took long time to proceed my order. I recommend you not going there when you are in a hurry, but if you do have time, go there and enjoy the food, as I may come back one day.

This wing joint has a pretty good selection of wings with different sauces and different heat levels. They taste pretty good, but aren't the best I've had. You can get delivery through Grubhub, so that makes it convenient. If you want GREAT wings, go to Trappers or Change of Pace Sports Bar.

Ordered my wings, crossed the street to the local bar to grab a drink whilst I waited. Everyone has their own opinions, but I generally love food that comes from an area shady enough to need patted down to enter a tiny bar. Ordered the hottest wings they had, and they delivered well for hot wings. Equally hot and delicious. Good size too. Proper sauce level. 4/5

I walked in, and immediatley got put into a seat and told to eat. The overall service was good but I have a few things to critique on it. First, I got harassed by a young women with a pornhub shirt asking me to be in their porno. Second, I got harassed by a gremlin when I left and he said for a happy ending, I would get a 50$ Olive Garden Giftcard. Third, the pasta was a little dry, there was ranch on my pasta and it tasted super salty. let's just say I left happy, and with a free olive garden 50$ giftcard.

Food is good but the customer service is awful. Two separate occasions there has been a ride employee there taking orders. I even had to go in the store and confront them after one of the workers hung up on me while I was trying to place an order. Crappy customer service. and bad attitudes.

I ordered 10 wings for $14.99. When l got my order it had 8 wings. If they take out 2 wings from each other how many wings are they stealing from their customers per day? Just wondering

Got offended because I checked if my order was right (they've gotten my order wrong before) and basically told me to hurry up and leave because there was a car that literally arrived 5 seconds after they gave me my order. Even had me wait an extra 8 minutes after I called in 30 minutes before. Man who got mad and kicked me out to leave in a hurry under pressure. This is not professional. Improve your customer service and the way you talk to people.

Good wings kinda small. We were from out of town so we had a party of 10. Drove there didn't realize they didn't have seating. They tried very hard to accommodate us this was a plus

The wings are not well seasoned and the sauce did not cover all the wings. They should put them in the oven for 1 - 2 min to allow the sauce to soak into the chicken.

The wings where great but the other food we orderd was not ,took forever to get our food as well

Had to try this place tonight since I’m new to the area. I’m a food critic and I podcast about it and recommend places that I like. I’m not sure yet if I like this place. Ordered a Buffalo chicken sub, wings and a Pepsi. I’m used to getting the option if I want the roll toasted or not toasted. Can’t really even bite into this without busting a tooth. The wings were good. Pepsi was good of course. But the sub was a hard punch in the face. Bread over toasted. But, I will rate a 3 out of 5 because the driver was polite. Will try again in the future sometime maybe. We shall see...

Great taste, bread soft and meet cook well. Price $8 per sandwich.

I’m southern and rarely do I find fried okra on menu since I’ve lived in New York. Very few know how to make it correctly and I thought I found a golden nugget when I saw it on the menu here….Since when does fried okra look like this? If you can’t make it properly please just take it off the menu. It’s suppose to be mid light crisp brown…. You guys on the left… correctly cooked on the right. I could come up there and make it for you guys if you’d like.. fried, slimy, sautéed w tomatoes n onions… YOU NAME IT… I’ll slice it, dice it and lay it to the side. Asked for one half pizza with sausage and pepperoni and the other just pepperoni. They obviously discarded that. Hey life happens… but up the game with the okra.

Visited this place twice to explore different options and unfortunately disappointed as the meat they use is not fresh made in fact its a frozen processed meat from restaurant depot. Cheese burgers were made out of the processed frozen pattie and so is the Buffalo chicken sub. The chicken was saugy and flavorless cuz its frozen.

Didn't enjoy anything here. The chicken was bad, the oil was burnt.

Haven't had "Good" Sals birdland wings since Sal's left the south side along time ago. Thought I would give WoS a try since they carried Sals wings. Placed order before I left work, was told 25 minutes they would be ready. I got there in 15 minutes, paid for them, drove home. They looked just like the Sals I remembered, but these were barely warm and chewy. These had clearly been sitting around for a while. I won't go back

Great food, sh*tty customer service. Oh Lord the people that work in the front need their a$$es fired ASAP. The owners are rude too. They figure because they're the owners they can treat their employees any type of way and the employees think just because some of them are family they can talk to customers any type of way.... they need to get a whole new staff!

Ordered 2 steak subs both with fries one curly and one regular and a hot Italian sub with chips buffalo chicken tenders with fries and extra order of fries we were missing 2 orders of fries and the chips and they gave us plain tenders instead came back with fries and chips but only hot sauce to put on tenders lmao ok never again

Started off with the person taking the order not being friendly. We ordered 3 1/2 of boneless wings and 10 wings extra crispy and an order of fries. Picking up the food they didn't have our fries and contested that we ordered them. Then told us it would be a 25 minute wait. Upon getting home the wings weren't extra crispy. Won't go back, only redeeming part was the boneless were decent, if you go I reccomend the lemon pepper or hot honey.

Place has gone down hill to say the least. Years ago this place was great to get wings, then new ownership happened and let it all go down hill. The girl who takes the orders on the phone..... COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude. Their entire setup is unprofessional. When you call to place your order, the girl taking orders seems irritated and clearly doesn't know how to deal with people, then when you get there to pick up your food, you come to this sketchy dark parking lot to their take out used to be bank teller window where employees and owner are leaning all over the counter, their backs toward the window, cracking jokes. Playing on their phones etc. and just being ignorant. There's just a time and place for playing. Not when your supposed to be working in a professional environment and especially around people's food. Won't be returning...

I ordered a large cheese pizza from here for the first time for a pickup. when I sent my brother in law to get our order they were saying they didnt have my order. I called the store to see what the mix up was the guy working had a attitude saying I never placed a order when I had a text confirming my order. He then says I never paid for my order and hung up. Never again will I order from here.

Is this a new management? Cooks? Im so sorry but the pizza was a mess. There was a spice in the sauce that we just couldn't pinpoint what it was! It had the strangest after taste that I have ever tasted. The wings were very good except for one thing - they didn't put the sauce on them! Disappointed and unfortunately won't order from again.

Loss 3 stars for: 1. The mango habenero wings were not good. Over cooked and mango habenero sauce left a lot to be desired. 2. They had a selection on the website to add half breaded and half honey garlic sauce which does not exist but they still charged me $1.00 for it. 3. No plasticware for salad and when the lady called me on the phone to ask about what the sauce mentioned in #1 above she just replied 'OK' after I said "it was an option on the website and I was I intrigued" and she hung up. No apologies for having inaccurate options on their faulty website or charging me for something I did not receive. The 2 positive stars were for the fact they delivered and the side salad was OK.

Unprofessional in handling miscommunication. Their passing sweet and sour off as honey mustard, sent a first day delivery driver who also said it wasn't honey mustard. They insisted it was. Never shopping there again

If I could give zero stars I would when I ordered the guy was very rude and I got the wrong order when I called back he called me a liar then said after talking to my friend we'll get a free pizza next time we ordered then when we go to order again he was just as rude if not more. I would not recommend them to anyone and i would never order from them even if I was starving.

All the good stars come from people who would eat $#@t, or settle for anything, that being said the place is a dump the people you see in and out the store make it look like the world is feeding off rations and it's the only place to get a fix. I do have to say their water was the best I don't know where they get it from but they only need to do business selling just that. Actually i'd like to give the Health Department the menu and dare them to close their eyes and pick.

Ordered a pizza and some sals wings the guy on the phone said half hour. 2 and a half hours later the delivery guy shows up with Luke warm pizza and half done wings. How do you under cook wings in 2 and a half hours? Never again.

Worst experience ever undercooked chicken wings soggy with very little sauce burnt pizza crust and undercooked dough in the middle barely any sausage or sauce on the pizza boneless wings were still pink in the middle I spent $44.20 on food and when I called back no answer I called the next day and was ran in circles and staff are very rude and disrespectful 0 stars I do not recommend this place to any one either need new employees or to be closed down if you want wings over Syracuse I suggest the south Salina location

I order pickup pizza from this place but got problems on my way. So, couldn’t pick that order. Next day i asked for refund they refused to refund. They lied and said they deliver to the random address which i even don’t know. How they deliver without my address?? Employee call me and said they will close at 11pm but he didn’t say anything about delivery. Never order online.

I spent $30 and got 2 calzones that were so raw inside the cheese wasn't even melted! I could have took the raw dough from the inside and made another calzone! And when I called to have replacement food made that was actually safe to eat I was told to deal with it and promptly hung up on!! I will never order food.from here again.. Ordered a delivery few days ago when it was raining out got the special and asked for extra mild sauce on my wings... Food came on time, my soda had rocks all over it like it had been dropped on the ground, had to microwave pizza because it was cold and the wings we're dry... I called and told them they gave me the option to wait another hour for more food or get a credit, I told them credit and I was told they would put my address and order on a ticket for next time I called... I called around 4 days later and was accused of ordering the day before and lying about having cold.pizza... Didn't even get a chance to explain, put someone else.on the phone, then was told I only had 24 hours to call, then was told I only had 48 hours then they throw the ticket out, they r sorry I wasn't told this but the man who didn't tell me got fired!? What consolation is that!? I don't care if he got fired... One of the ppl I was told.was the owner and very rude... I used to order food couple times a week... Never again... This is not how u run a successful business!!!!

Says $5 pizza online but charged $6 plus a .50 card fee. Meanwhile the guy behind the counter is wearing a $5 pizza shirt. Intresting system. And when his co worker told him to ask about throwing in peporoni he said i already went there. I said have a good night no reply . no customer service skills whatsoever . must be a tough job because everyone seemed misserable in there.

If left up to me I will not put a star. The smell of used grease is in my clothes. The atmosphere is of an old building plus food is too expensive Just a dirt place for my taste.

Fries where completely saturated with grease dripping off them chicken tasted like the burnt food from the grill. Worst service I've ever had from here. Got cheese pizza and it was the worse.better off with little Ceasars wings were ok not what I expected. Call to complain and they laughed said the manager was out he'd call back never happen wouldn't recommend so you waste your money Domino's little Ceasars will remake or give you free pizza next time you order. I used to love it .i now hate it!! The employees hang up during orders or when your giving them your opinion for the cold food I received the last two times I ordered.I live around the corner from the store. .my food was so cold the kids wouldn't eat it.Gave it to all the neighbors since it was a 32 inch party pizza. I gave this place a second shot because I liked the food so I went into the pizza shop and low and behold 6 people were standing around 1 was working a girl stood 2 feet from me at the counter looking at her phone and I stood there waiting to be helped..no one did. So I finally said is anyone going to take my order.? They all looked at each other and laughed. After a conversation between themselves..a man walked over to take my order. I had been in the place at the counter for 5 minutes by then. I told them too keep there food and walked out. I will never go back ever.

Very poor rating I order 4 subs and for large fries and a 2 lt. Mountain dew and they messed up on 2 of my subs and then I call to let them know and apparently it was the owner on the phone talking to me and he told me that he is not replacing them and that he was gonna come to my house and take the onions off of one of them bc it wasn't supposed to have them bc my best friend is allergic to them when you cant just pick them off after they have been touching everything on the subs so they refused to replace them and refused to give me my money back for the 2 subs and was really disrespectful to me for no reason

Used to love the wings, but will NEVER order again after experiencing very rude customer service after calling to let them know the wings were cold. We waited an hour and a half to receive our order. Called to speak to a manager and we were treated very rudely, like we were bothering them. Won't be spending my money there anymore, even if the wings are good! Hire new people that know how to treat paying customers!

The round boy served me, he called me rancid names and then weirdly touched me in a place I did not like! there was a white substance on my wings and the blue cheese tasted more like white and salty!!

The food was bad and bread wings taste burnt and the slice pizza was terrible.

The pasta was hard and greasy with barely any sauce, they forgot my soda and I ordered a white night pizza that comes with ricotta tomato when I got my order it was cold instead of bringing me the pizza I ordered he said he would refund me and pick the other pizza up the manager was rude and awful and hung up on me mid conversation I will never order from this terrible place again!

I never made into the restaurant I ordered for delivery which was the lunch special two one for me and my daughter pizza wedges and chicken I was very disappointed my chicken was hard extremely hard the pizza was cold the wedges were warm a little hotter from them being so big I am restaurant owner my self I know when chicken is fresh that wasn't fresh at all nor eatable it's not right how restaurant treat people that order for delivery they just give you anything that should have been in the garbage can I will not order again for delivery when my husband comes back from work I will bring the food back so I can show them what gave me if in the freezer you probably would have an good experience eating in now my stomach is hurting and I still gave a tip unsatisfied that's my daughter food her's by picture look a little better than mines I threw it in the garbage you can look at the wedges and tell they are not fresh I have never heard of the slice app they gonna give me 20 percent of my next order first of all i don't order out my husband away driving trucks so I decided to order out once my order was messed up my refund should have been placed back on my card I will be calling the better Business bureau and also the ftc I am a business owner my self I would never treat my customers like did I never want to eat there food ever I am not from out Syracuse you will not take my money for something that could of killed my hard dry rough I will pursue this to the fullest

Tried to order here, said they were open, DoorDash said they were closed. It was a hassle to get a refund. At the very least, be open when you say you are. Many other alternatives to get wings in the city. I still haven not gotten my refund from this place being closed when they said they were open.
