I NEED to rave about Hannah!! She made the evening GREAT! I feel like she went above & beyond for us. Informative and so playful and fun. Her energy is infectious and her smile was everything. 😃 These are the kind of people that have you coming back to a place. Hannah is the type of person I’d tip in excess every time ! Thank you so much girlfriend for taking care of us & having such a lively and energetic energy.

Tyler served us tonight and was an amazing host, if you come here ask for him! He will help navigate the menu with you and the food is amazing. Don’t cheap out and get the full menu with the dessert. It’s one of the best in Tampa. Tyler, bravo… service was excellent.

I had an amazing experience at The Melting Pot! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was perfect for a cozy, intimate meal. The menu had a great variety of fondue options, and everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to our server, Val, who made the evening even better. Val was attentive, friendly, and made fantastic recommendations to enhance our experience. The service was top-notch, and Val’s warm personality really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for a special night out!

Love the melting pot. First time at the Tampa location. This location was great! Hailey was our waitress and she was wondering. The food was so delicious. The melting pot is always a fun experience! We came to celebrate my birthday.

Went to Celebrate my 50th Birthday. Never been before and would Absolutely go back. Such a nice spot. Open available seating or little cozy booth if you like. We chose a cozy booth. Food is Delicious. Drinks are Fabulous. And our server 💥VALENTINA L💥 is AMAZING!💯 We will absolutely be asking for her on our next visit. She is so nice, explained everything to us. Never felt rushed. Drinks and Food never got low unless we were ready for the next course!!

My partner and I celebrated our one year anniversary here and it was super nice. I put in the notes of the reservation for a private booth and my request was granted 😍. The food was excellent and so was the service. My only "complaint" is that I wish the lighting were a tad bit brighter. It's pretty dim😄💡

We had great experience in Melting Pot for the first time. The food was delicious, fresh and tasty. We love the combination between creamy soup and veggie. Such a wonderful experience!

Great experience, delicious food and very attentive staff. My husband made a reservation for our anniversary. They seated us in a private area. The staff wished us Happy Anniversary and at the desert course they sent a plate that said Happy Anniversary in chocolate. We did the big night out. The food was amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

This is a great restaurant for a special occasion. The ambience is very good. The service is excellent. We celebrated our anniversary and the experience was unique. It’s 92 for 2 people, a bit costly but I think they make it worth it. You can always ask for more Veggies and pastries if you like, they will get it for you.

I’ve been here twice now both times were so pleasant. Definitely recommend for an anniversary date or fun little experience with friends and family!

The meat was very tender. Julia, our server, was great. Seating was semi-private and intimate. This is an experience. Be prepared to spend a little to learn fondue. It was fun and delicious. Also, if you're a bariatric patient, it's a perfect dinner for you.

Went there for our anniversary with our 8yo. Great experience. She absolutely loved it. The quality of the the ingredients is pretty good. Two of the 4 course meals were more than enough for us three to share

This is an excellent place for a special occasion or date night. We had never been, and our server Madison made great recommendations and enhanced our experience. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate. The food was delicious, and the whole fondue experience was a lot of fun.

The Melting Pot (Tampa) is still open for dine-in. Reservations is a must or you won't get in. Food was great and was fun to cook. You may want to save this place for an occasion because the check was a little over $100 for two people, so its kind of pricey. Our server was Jay L from NY, and he was great and very very polite. Awesome dinning experience.

This is our best go-to for a family dining adventure. We've been blessed to have always had great service that works with our gluten free and nut allergy needs. I've dined at the Colorado and Florida locations and all locations continue to be great, memorable experiences. A must-do in this life 🥳

Our waitress was TOP Notch! She helped make this such a special and unique Birthday Dinner. The atmosphere is very intimate and my boyfriend and I had a lovely evening and experience. I was so stuffed after the cheese dip 😋

Definitely the perfect spot to make that special occasion very memorable, even if it's just for dessert! Amazing authentic fondue with knowledgeable, friendly service. This is not a quick place to eat as everything takes time to savor the full dining experience. It's very expensive but worth it for an intimate date night.

Me and my love decided to have a date night. So we decided to head to the Melting Pot for their 50th Anniverary menu. The sharp white cheddar with the candied bacon was phenomonal, Love the Salad, the raspberry vinagrette was so mouth watering. Everything was so delicious but my favorite was the Dubai chocolate with pistachio in it. Our server Stefan was one of the best servers I have ever had in my 42 years of life. Never an empty drink, never looking for him. He was personable and knowledgeable always ahead of my needs, got what I needed before I knew I needed it. 5 STAR service from Stefan. I will return and ask for him! All in all an amazing experience with delicious food and a fantastic staff.

Went for the Thursday and it was absolutely amazing! Ashlyn was an amazing server, super sweet and friendly! Heather, one of the managers was also coming by the tables to make sure everything was going well. Additionally, Paul helped when there was a spill mishap. Overall amazing experience!!

Shoutout to our waiter Ethan F—absolute legend! Incredible customer service, great conversation, and he genuinely made our night. He went above and beyond the entire time, checked in without being overbearing, and made us feel like VIPs. If you’re lucky enough to get Ethan as your server, you’re in for a great experience!

My wife and I had an incredible Valentine’s Day dinner at The Melting Pot Tampa, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. We brought two of our friends who had never been to The Melting Pot before, and they absolutely loved the experience — the interactive courses, the atmosphere, and the whole “make a night of it” vibe. Huge shoutout to our server, Hayley — she was phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, and perfectly paced everything even on a busy night. The food was delicious across the board, and the entire evening felt special without ever feeling rushed. We left full and with a fun memory we’ll genuinely carry with us. Can’t recommend this location enough!

We were so pleased with our experience. Our waiter’s name was “Ethan”. We will ask for him again. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items (as this was our first time dining here). He was also great at talking with our kids. He explained everything to us carefully and was very attentive. It is very uncommon when a server shows as much attention to detail and personal care about our experience. The portions were generous and the breads and veggies that are served with the cheese fondue are unlimited. We tried the Classic Wisconsin (yellow cheese/beer base), and the Alpine (white cheese/white wine base). Both were quite different, both delicious. For main courses, we shared the “Classic” and the “Pacific Rim” and this was enough food for 2 adults and 3 children (8,10,13). The restaurant was full, but our service was prompt. And it was not overly noisy because most of the tables are corralled by medium/high border walls to provide a buffer. We can’t wait to return and to ask for Ethan again. Great job!!!

The service was excellent. Our waiter offered good descriptions and suggestions and was very attentive. The cheese and entree courses were so good. We aren't big on sweets so for us the dessert was just ok, but I know a lot of folks who think their desserts are awesome. If you have a sweet tooth you will probably love it. We had not been in ages and after our recent dinner I think we will be back again soon.

My first experience here was for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend and our waitress Hannah did an absolutely amazing job making this a magical night for us! She made sure to clearly explain everything available to us while also making it a fun time! Love the service, the food was amazing, and my Valentine’s Day was perfect!

So I did the absolute crappiest thing ever not realizing that they closed at 10. I booked a 4 course meal at 9pm on OpenTable seeing reservations all the way until 10pm. Canyon was very kind despite the giant inconvenience we had caused him and the rest of the staff. The food was amazing and as a fellow victim of a job that gets a lot of foot traffic during valentines week, I’m so sorry and am thankful for the really great service Don’t use this as an opportunity to abuse closing times please lol. Thank you guys!

We went for our anniversary and from the moment we walked in, the host and manager were super friendly and the atmosphere was perfectly romantic. We enjoyed a 4 course meal, and Chris our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and able to direct us. He was the best server we have ever had, joked with us and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience, checked on us through every step to make sure we were happy. He even brought us champagne and toasted us for our anniversary. 10/10 experience, ask for Chris!

My wife and I had an amazing experience here, we loved it from start to finish. Food was phenomenal! Overall I wanna thank our server, Ethan, for an exceptional service and for giving us the best and most unforgettable experience as it is our 1 year wedding anniversary. I've eaten the main course here once and wasn't impressed. Came this time for just the cheese fondue experience. The food was alright... probably won't come again for the cheese fondue. Also ordered a Cesar salad, the dressing was fine but the salad had little sweet nuts or something in it. I had to pick them out 😆. When I order a Caesar salad I really don't expect "sweet" it's a pretty uniform salad. The selection of food to dip is boring and a strange combo. The service was phenomenal!! We picked a cheese that we really didn't like, when we asked to switch it he was great about it. He mentioned that happens a lot with that cheese. Has a white wine in it as the base (a lot of wine) Plus he added an extra bowl of summer sausage. I will try this place one more time for the chocolate and fruit fondue in the future. Only because the service was top notch.

This place was certainly a great experience!!! Came here for my daughter’s 18th birthday. She wanted to experience this place so we gave it a shot. Neat concept of cooking. Pricey but it was super fun. We had a large party so it took us a long time to cook our meals. Definitely keep it to smaller parties. We had 9 and cooking was a task. Service was good, drinks ran dry a few times but the place was packed. Cool place, definitely a one time experience though. Great idea for a date night.

Best part was the service. Server was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. Air conditioning was out that evening so it made things a little uncomfortable. Otherwise we had fun with our group of 15.

I’ve been hearing about this place for years and was expecting so much more. Our waiter was wonderful the food was okay, nothing spectacular and I thought it would be a lot fancier. I feel like the things to dip in the cheese were very random, cauliflower, carrots and stuff lol I’m not sure who thought that would go well together but I didn’t love it. The meat portions were not as much as I expected and I didn’t know we had to cook it ourselves, there should have been 2 pans to cook in for a table of 4. The dessert though was really good. Overall it was a good experience but I expected so much more especially for the price.

Pretty nice place for a one time experience! I wouldn't say I'd visit often or anytime soon. But it was something different and enjoyable. If you like traditional hot pots, I'd say visit your favorite. But if you want some cheese? Come this way.

I haven’t been to this location in 8 years, and I’m disappointed to see the condition it’s in. It reminded me of Casa Bonita in Denver, Colorado, (before it shut down and was sold). The Ceiling is black painted drop ceiling tiles with obvious and significant water damage all throughout the restaurant. Walls are discolored, covered in sticky residue and caked in dust. Walls seem to actually be crumbling/deteriorating in an area. The AC register vents were also visibly dirty/corroded and caked in dust. I could actually see the chunks of dust blowing as the air pushed through them, just waiting for a chunk to dislodge and land in my food. AC registers in pics were located right above our table where our food was going to be cooked and eaten. (Other AC register vents throughout looked the same, but not all were directly over tables). Management said AC folks were just there and it must’ve been an oversight /result from recent repairs. No, this was long term build up and it’s on all of the AC registers. It’s because they just never get cleaned. Our waiter said so far no one has had any dust end up in their food. So that’s a plus I guess? The closer I looked at conditions (just within a few feet of our table)the more disturbing things I noticed; I had to just stop looking. I can’t believe I just paid $498.97 for my family of 5 to eat there. I actually feel really foolish. If we hadn’t been there for a friend’s birthday celebration I would have left.

What's changed about the Melting Pot? It used to feel romantic with the dim lights and ambiance. It's been a while since we last were there, but it was brighter than normal, and it felt more like a chain restaurant. The food is amazing considering it was cooked by us, but the evening just felt different than previous Melting Pot date nights. We also were paying with a giftcard and felt like the manager was going to deny the card due to fraud cards floating around, but ours was legit. It all worked out in the end. So, when did this place change? We miss how it used to be.
