My best friend and I went for lunch and everything was amazing from beginning to end. Our waiter was SUPERB. He was on top of our drinks and food and he was so polite and friendly. The food was SO GOOD, hot, and delicious. I will be back.

On a late Sunday morning, the restaurant was quiet. I got immediate service. The served was very friendly, explained specials to me, and took my drink order. He returned promptly and took my food order. That quickly arrived and it was piping hot. Great restaurant, food and service...oh good prices.

Had the nicest server tonight he definitely should be appreciated if he isn’t already! He made my boyfriend, friend, and I’d night. Also thank you to the chefs the food was amazing (The photo is after me moving some things around I was too excited to eat)

We go during quiet times of the day. Monday, Tuesday and a Friday. Service is crisp and timely. The menu is easy to read and has plenty of yummy selections. The portions and presentation are what we have come to expect from Red Lobster.

AJ was our server and he was so friendly. I originally wanted to try their watermelon martini but they were out of mint so he recommended the watermelon margarita & when I tell you!!! It was the best margarita I’ve ever had and I was feeling LIT after 1 drink! Food was fresh & tasty as always. $20 endless shrimp on Monday! If you come ask for AJ; trust me you won’t regret it.

No waiting. Awesome service. The food came out quick and very hot. My wife had the endless shrimp. Our server made sure she had what ever she needed. My steak was awesome. No steak sauce needed. We will be back

AJ made the best Titos Stawberry lemonade I have ever tasted. It had the perfect amount of titos and the lemonade did not over power the drink. My food and service were amazing. Best experience I've had at this restaurant. Did I mention the biscuits were soooo fresh.

The shimp rangoons were delicious, even if the shrimp was less done than I usually like. Dinner was awesome and brought out to us in the right amount of time. Highly recommend the lobster and shrimp tacos.

I love love love this place. They were friendly and our waiter was super helpful and she was on point and new when we needed refills and all around took good care of us. It was my son's birthday and he wanted to come here and he was so very happy with the food and they even sang to him for his birthday. Thank you so much! I will be back again. The prices were better than I thought very affordable and the food was on point. It was a party of five. I would recommend this place to anyone. Well done.

We went here last night for date night. I'm not sure about the name of the manager last night. He was great, friendly, and communicated about the process since a party of 15 showed up at the same time as us. Our food was great. The only issue was that our actual server was not quite interested in us until it came to the actual collection of monies for the bill. She took forever to provide the check. Then, she seemed disappointed when I asked for change back. I understand you tip the person who waited on you, but she did not wait on us, her manager did.

I was very happy with the service . They were quick and attentive . The caprese salad was delicious , and the scallops were so juicy and flavored amazingly . The lobster and shrimp were so bland and they were nothing special at all (the butter dip just as bland ) . The mashed potatoes were good and the broccoli was bland as well . I asked for ranch to make it all taste better but the ranch tasted gross and not of good quality. Overall an ok experience , nothing special .

Went on a Friday night. Have been coming here for years and it has changed. Our wait was minimal but the hostess station seemed preoccupied with their personal conversations and chit chat. We sat at the bar for a drink and found that the place to get service. We moved on to our table and again found the waitstaff to be just going through the motions. Food was prepared well but the delivery was sub par. It seems to cater mainly now to the surrounding area and we did not see many tourists as we would have expected being next to Busch Gardens. For the money we paid you would expect a livelier, more trained, more engaging staff but we found mostly people wanting their shifts to end and get home. If your a bar person have dinner in there as that was the spot to feel welcome and appreciated.

Its usually good...last time I was there the service was awful the lady took forever to bring utensils. We got them after the food. She brought items we didn't ask for . The restaurant was not full or half full..it wawa as pretty empty just the service was bad

We were visiting Busch gardens for our daughters birthday and decided to come to red lobster. Red lobster is usually one of my favorite seafood places to eat. By the looks of the parking lot the place looked pretty empty. Walked in and was told it was going to be about a 15 min wait. (No big deal) we were seated at 7pm. It took forever for us to get our drinks. We ordered our food right away. We didn’t get our food for almost an hour after we ordered. Our actual waiter was nice but it seemed as the place was short staffed. The food was not super great. 2 out of 3 dishes were not great. They didn’t have anybody cleaning up dirty tables. Almost every table in the place had trash and food on it. People behind us were also complaining that their food was not good. I’m not usually one to complain but all I can say is wow. Thank goodness this is not our normal red lobster.

Two weeks ago I visited this place with a best friend . There was a live bug moving in my drink along with me eating my salmon to find out there was someone’s hair under my fish.!! I am livid! The Manager Asmar didn’t show any type of concern or sympathy. I am reaching out to corporate and I am writing a letter to the health department. This is a disgusting place. I am traumatized by this whole incident all together. Imagined if I had eaten that piece of hair. I almost threw up my insides. I have photos too.

First and LAST time at Red Lobster ever, many thanks to this location in particular. I would give zero stars if possible. Arrival was fine. The hosts were nice, we waited about 10 minutes then were escorted to a table. After getting drinks, the experience began to go downhill. It started with ordering food. Because we were celebrating, we were willing to spend more money than usual. My dad doesn't speak English too well, so I had to memorize all the dishes he wanted and repeat them back to our server. The server comes over and asks if I'm ready. I say yes, and start flipping through the menu to get back to the first dish that my dad wanted. I said (to my dad) "You're ordering so much, I can't even remember everything you want" and IMMEDIATELY my server basically says "k well I'm gonna go put the other orders in" and she just walked away? Completely rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for. I just stared at her as she left because I was so confused. Whatever. She comes back like 5-10 minutes later, I put my order in, and she makes sarcastic/rude remarks through-out the order. Like asking "how do you want your steak cooked" and I was confused, not understanding what she meant. I asked her to clarify and she replied to me with a tone implying I was stupid and says "how do you want your steak cooked?" and I asked her if she meant degree of doneness (medium rare, medium well, well done ETC) which she replies yes. I tell her I want well done, to which she irrelevantly puts in her opinion that she doesn't like well done cause it's borderline burnt and I should get medium well. As I'm ordering the third dinner dish, she tells me that's "too much" which I was dumbfounded by, like... who cares if I order 10000000 dishes for such a small party? We're paying. Her comment caused my dad to retract his order for the dish. ANYWAY through-out the night, she's super slow, forgetful (had to ask her twice for water before it was brought to us), and just rude whether it's intentional or not. I'd asked for a refill on my alcoholic beverage, she told me they don't do refills on those kinds of drinks, so I told her to just bring me another one. She puts the wrong drink in (my receipt can attest to this), ADMITTED she got distracted and put the wrong drink in, but swore the drink I was drinking was the same even though the second one was more expensive. Never changed it, never fixed it. Tried to drink whatever I was given, but it was too strong, didn't taste good. Told her this, she made it seem like I was the problem, insisted it was the same drink, asked in an annoyed voice what I wanted her to do (which is crazy because you're the server working in a hospitality industry... figure it out). All in all, our bill came out to $114. The receipt suggested we tip her $17-$22ish but she deserved a $0 tip so we gave her less than half of what was suggested. I even heard the people at the table beside ours complaining about her. So with a horrible waitress as herself and overpriced food that comes in small, tasteless portions --- can't say I'd ever spend my money here ever again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The biscuits were good, but the service and rest of the food were not.

My sister called them to make sure they had the oysters, and since they didn't, she made the same arrangement at this restaurant. When we got there, they said we would have to wait about a half hour. I told them that was not acceptable, and then she went to check in the restaurant to see if they could put us somewhere. It took them 20 minutes to slide 2 tables together. Mind you, there were only about 7 tables seated in the whole restaurant, and that included the 3 tables in the bar area. We ended up sitting there for almost 2 hours and we did not have our drink orders, our appetizers, silverware/napkins, or even the straws for our waters that we asked for 3 times. We were told they had 3 call offs, but there was plenty of staff for the number of customers (about 5 servers, bartender, hostess and I'm sure a cook or two and at least one dishwasher we were told). By the end we had asked to see a manager at our table, and they couldn't even do that. Someone from our table took a stroll around the restaurant while we were waiting for our drinks, and he said the person at the bar wasn't doing anything. About an hour and 45 minutes after being sat, my salad arrived, with black wilted pieces in it that I returned. Waited another 5-10 minutes and still no silverware. Only reason we stayed as long as we did was for my father, who may not be able to ever go out again. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN AND I WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY.
