LongHorn Steakhouse

We had an amazing experience at LongHorn, thanks to Joseph. While the bar was a little slow, Joseph more than made up for it with his outstanding service, professionalism, and great attitude. He stayed attentive, made sure we were taken care of, and truly went above and beyond. On top of that, all of our food was cooked perfectly—exactly how we ordered it. Everything came out hot, flavorful, and on point. Joseph made our visit memorable, and we will absolutely be requesting him again. He’s the kind of server that keeps us coming back!

Really good service. Surprisingly really good food for being a franchise. You wouldn’t know it was a franchise restaurant. My chicken dish was fantastic. The western theme of the restaurant was great. Highly recommend the place. I was really surprised. Some other steak franchise restaurants could learn a lot of lessons from this place. Mooo

I'm visiting from out of town. I informed the server of my allergies. She made sure to inform the manager and chefs. They brought out my food and with the first bite of fish it melted in my mouth. Pricey place to eat, but worth every penny spent. I couldn't be more impressed with this location and it's staff. Thank you for making me a safe meal away from home.

Today, was a completely different experience than some of the ones in the past. We sure miss Natalie btw! The food was perfect tonight. It has probably been more than a year since our last visit because the food and service were not worth mentioning except the nights we got Natalie, but my husband chose Longhorn for his birthday dinner. It wasn't over crowded, all the food from appetizers to drinks and dinner were perfect! I hope this is time it lasts!! We will be back soon

Love this location! Tonight did not disappoint. I ordered the White Cheddar stuffed mushrooms for my appetizer and a Sirloin with steamed Broccoli and Mashed Potatoes. The service was awesome. My server was Ashlee and she was helpful & friendly! The food was amazing and I’m leaving happy!

Never been to Longhorn and decided to go while at an RV show in Tampa. The food was outstanding. Very nice atmosphere laid-back, perhaps a little too laid-back for some of the prices that you pay. Probably people should have been a little more dressed up but we thought the food was excellent. The steak was a great size and I did not feel like we did not get our money's worth. We'll definitely go back!

Went to dinner with family, group of 7, on 1/15, it was a bit busy but only waited 10-20 minutes. It was definitely worth the wait. We usually go to another casual steakhouse but will probably make this Longhorn our go to. The servers were all very friendly, cleared the table, and we were never in want of anything. All of our food was great, cooked perfectly. We had the bread, Parmesan fries app, sirloin meals with salad, broccoli, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, and childrens chicken tenders, also tried the chocolate stampede dessert. The salad was very fresh as well. Absolutely no issues. Bathroom was clean, restaurant had no weird smells, areas were well lit and they did a quick vacuum of crumbs. Glad to see cleanliness was apparent. Thanks for a great experience!

We had a party of 6 and our experience was amazing. Erica was our waitress and she was the nicest and most kindest person ever. We had twin girls with us and she was just so patient and sweet. We loved her. The food was exceptional and the staff was amazing. Thank you Erica for making our experience absolutely perfect and we will be back because of her!! SHE WAS AMAZING!

It’s very clean, novel, and there’s always a certain feel once you step in. The service was nothing impressive, but they did very good for a large party of 25. The food is good. The bread’s pretty okay and the steak is hard to cut. At the same time, the spices in the steak will hit HARD. My baked potato wasn’t that bad, but I really liked the flavors of the Mac and Cheese. I licked my bowl clean. Overall, would recommend.

We come here pretty often and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately this visit was disappointing. Our server, Laylani, was very inattentive — it took a long time to be greeted and receive our drinks and food, an item was forgotten, and we were asked multiple times if we wanted boxes after saying no. She asked if everything was good after we finished didn’t check in like she was in a rush for us to leave. We know the service here can be excellent (we previously had Ethan/Ian who was amazing), so we’re hoping this was just an off night. But it wasn’t a nice experience.

I've tried to like LongHorn Steakhouse, because my father liked it and often wanted to go there with family for special occasions; he passed away recently and we thought we would go in his honor because it was his favorite Steakhouse -- he mostly went to the Brandon location, which we've had issues there as well. Our family encounters an issue at least every other visit. On our lastest visit for New Year's Day 2026 at 4:00 pm, the service was slow yet the restaurant was mostly empty. We decided on this day to go early to beat the dinner crowd. Started with no Cesar Salad available. When the waitress finally came back and served us our main course, she asked me and my husband to cut open our steaks so she could see if they were cooked properly. My husband's steak was Not cooked Medium Rare as he asked for, so the waitress insisted on taking it back to get a replacement. Well, I ended up eating dinner by myself while my husband waited 12 minutes to get his replacement steak. Because of the issue the waitress comped my husband's meal, that was acceptable. Overall it put a damper on our happy New Year's mood and trying to have a meal in my father's honor. Sadly, that was my last visit to Long Horn. I am done with this place.

Got home (45 minute drive with traffic) just to realize that I ordered a 9 pc chicken tender meal and only got 6 pcs. Took 20 minutes waiting in curbside to get my food after the initial 25 that it takes to prepare the food. Just overall ugh!!!

My food was over cooked. I got the pork chops they were tough. Also they ran out of their brussels sprouts. They gave us small sweet potatoes. While giving the table next to us huge sweet potatoes and they were discussing the size of their potatoes. I won't be back to this location and I'm not sure if I will ever try another location. It's definitely not worth the money!!

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was terrible from start to finish. We were told our bread would be “right out,” yet it never came to the table. Our salad was served without dressing, and our server rarely checked on us — we had to repeatedly get her attention just to get drink refills. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told they were completely out of corn and ice cream, only to watch those exact items being served to other tables around us. Even our server seemed shocked when she saw ice cream coming out after she had told us they were out. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. Definitely not the level of service or honesty you expect when dining out. Very disappointing visit.

1 star by force, this by far wasn’t the best experience. I usually go to the Wesley Chapel location. By far that location is one of the best and cleanest!! But the Fowler location needs to do better. Sadly my server may have been over booked in her area. She was nice, but not attentive to coming back to check on me. My food had to be brought out from someone from the back. The guy that brought my food out, placed it on the table and left. I was so overlying simulated by the finger condom that I didn’t pay much attention to the actual food. The food was ok, I could tell my steak was already precooked, but placed on the grill to warm it up. But it was edible, it took 15 mins for the server to come by after receiving my food to ask if everything was ok. As she notice I had not eaten much of my food because I needed A1 sauce. I waited another 7 mins watching her help other tables. Guess when she passed by my table she remembered and had the host to give me A1 sauce. The bottle placed on the table looked nasty. Clearly you can tell the bottles are not being wiped down at the end of the day. I decided not to use it because of how it looked. Even if I was to send the food back, it would’ve taken her another 45 mins just to reorder or even get fresh food. I would rate this experience 2 of 10. The service here was unbelievably unprofessional. As soon as I walked in the hostess lady with glasses welcomed me with “what do you want” and gave me the worst attitude imaginable. It was a Saturday so I understand it gets busy but a simple hello would have sufficed. Please reevaluate who is greeting customers because this was incredibly ridiculous, besides they had me waiting without even explaining the wait or servicing me.
