I visited the Dunkin’ in Tampa on the evening of Sunday, August 17th, and I was so impressed with the service I received. The young man who made my drinks was polite, efficient, and had such a positive attitude—it really stood out. His co-worker who prepared my breakfast sandwiches also did an excellent job, making them fresh, hot, and exactly right. Together they provided outstanding service, and I truly appreciate their teamwork and professionalism. Please pass along my thanks to both of them for going above and beyond!

Hats off to the employees. This morning coming off Hurricane Milton we had a fairly large pick up for 9:25am. By 9:30 we had our order. Everyone was great even under the circumstances. Their courtesy and service was 5 stars.

I truly want Bryson to get the recognition he deserves! This young man is always polite and helpful, above and beyond. He remembered an allergy I had from my last visit and made sure I was aware what I ordered had dairy. There was an ingredient missing from my drink, he offered suggestions similar to what I ordered. He is very patient, polite, respectful. I appreciate the extra effort and hope it is recognized.

I ordered a hot white tea and spent time selecting the best donut, strawberry sprinkled, and I found a donut shaped cookie that looks like a skinny donut. Efficient service as the two workers were busy with the drive thru traffic. Clean, accessible venue with indoor tables

They also had the only working Wi-Fi internet in the area at the time The place was swamped inside and out. Since my friend Larry was already there on the computer I decided to stop in The place was super hot on the inside like their AC was off but I placed an order online and was able to pick it up at the front counter and sit down and eat Man it was hot I didn't stay long but the place had plenty of seating and very very happy crowds of people consuming donuts sandwiches and lots of coffee Great spot if you want to have internet and food don't miss it it's right on bears avenue

Good experience, but could be better. We were looking for a good place to sit down and have breakfast. The place we had in mind didn’t work out. We came across this Dunkin’ restaurant and we wanted to get something for breakfast before heading to Busch Gardens. The tots were really greasy and the croissant sandwiches were over toasted. On the other hand the donut holes were great. There are a few tables if you want to dine there and a drive thru. And lots of free parking.

Drinks are inconsistent which is why I no longer order drinks here. I ask for a croissant with cheese extra toasted and am served a cold slice of cheese in between a lightly toasted croissant. Needless to say they won't be able to follow through simple requests. Only come here if you have to and if there really is no better option. (There are so many better options)

It's a shame it's so poorly managed, because this location is in a great spot and almost always busy when we drive by.

I go often and get almost the same things. The pit 4 sandwiches in a small bag which the sandwiches on bottom are usually squished and they never I mean never put napkins in the order. The sandwiches are hot just lukewarm.

On Saturdays I like to thrift shop and often take the thrift store treats. This morning I stopped by DD and I typically go thru the drive thru but this day I went inside. I ordered a couple dozen assorted donuts and an iced coffee. The guy behind the counter was nice but I said multiple times that I wanted a large iced coffee and he did a medium and when I told him I kept saying large he put it in a large cup and added more coffee. It was pretty gross and I ended up throwing it away. But I appreciated him attempting to accommodate my request. When I ordered the donuts his manager was standing there and he asked that the other associates help him with the donuts while he made the iced coffee. He made the coffee while the guy behind him kept putting up stickers and his manager walked away to do something else. I was a little taken back that he asked for their help and no one helped him. A different manager, from the Baskin Robbins side saw me waiting and asked did I have my coffee and I said yes and told her that the clerk had asked for help to prepare my order and no one helped him at which point she immediately jumped in to help him. (Kudos to her) The store was not crowded I was the only person at the counter and shortly after a gentleman walked in and was helped right away. The store was clean and the clerk was kind to me. I just didn't like that he asked his manager for help and she ignored him as well as the other associates around him. The team dynamics need work as it directly impacts the customer experience. IF, I go back I'll probably use the drive thru but I'm not likely to return. Be kind to your customers but better to each other, you're a team. Act like it!!

I order a simple coffee, just hot black coffee nothing more. They are stupid enough to miss up this order almost every time. My coffee is not even hot! Bad staff no one is actually doing their job.

This Baskin Robbins, co-located with Dunkin’ like many others, delivered one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with the brand. After waiting nearly 25 minutes, I received a milkshake that was thin, watery, and far from the rich, creamy texture you'd expect. It felt more like diluted coffee than a proper shake. Staffing seemed to be an issue, and the service reflected it. The server appeared reluctant to use a fair amount of ice cream—even for a large milkshake—and instead added extra milk to stretch the quantity. If a location can’t maintain quality or staff appropriately, it’s worth reconsidering whether it should remain open. Overall, the product quality and service here were seriously lacking.

This has to be one of the worst dunkin donuts to order from! EVERYTIME! I order with door dash or Grubhub my order is wrong! The food is just thrown together, I dont think anyone knows what a croissant is!! EVERYTIME I order it, i get something else but not a crossistant.

The NEW girl with the blue mermaid like nails messed my whole order she didn't know how to make any of the drinks I had to walk her through and the poor girl that was has been there a while had to make food and deal with that. Also she gave me the wrong donut 🙄. This is ridiculous you don't leave a new person alone with one other person when they can't even handle menial tasks. I had a drive thru order that I waited 20 MINUTES for. If you've ever worked for you know drive thru is priority and you never leave them waiting more than like 5 minutes.

The service is slower than usual, took 6-8 minutes to acknowledge our existence while no one was in the drive through either. I umderstand there are daily processes that need to get done but a simple hello would have been appreciated. I ordered a large sweet tea and it tasted good.

Very slow service. There were only two cars in front of me and I was in the drive-through line for 30 minutes. Employees are seen walking to the chicken place next door while nobody is getting their order.

Every time I come they place the donuts face down and all the icing gets wiped off… it’s so annoying and frustrating and shows how little the staff cares. They also prioritize drive thru over everything

Mobile Ordered and it took an hour to get my food. When I got to the drive thru they forgot the food I ordered and ran out of items I already paid for.

Really terrible location. If you order any kind of specification or substitution (like skim instead of whole milk) be prepared for them to do the complete opposite. I’d ask them to remake it, except I’m pretty sure they would spit in it. Real friendly people :/

0 stars should be an option. It’s unfortunate this is is our local dunkin ran by unprofessional college students. I was standing at the register for 5 min unacknowledged by anyone until she finally looked at me and said “it’s going to be a while we are very busy” meanwhile there was 2-3 cars in the drive thru and 2 people in the lobby. I’ll never go back to this location I spend too much money at dunkin.

Very bad service, they didn't have anything of what they offered, the canned fruits had a bad taste, they didn't have the chocolate flavor in the ice creams. When they gave us the ice cream order We had to ask for spoons because they didn't give them to us, the floor was dirty and the baskets were full of trash.The person who served us was in a hurry and provided poor service. I appreciate my order being made in a timely manner, but I do not appreciate being accused of taking items that I didn't pay for. I ordered a bottle soda with my $30 order and I was not given the soda so I assumed that I was supposed to get it from the refrigerator from the front. I then tried to leave with my items when the girl behind the counter asked if I had paid for the soda and then turned around and asked her coworker if I had paid for the drink. I told her that I did pay for the drink, but was not given the drink. Why would I pay $30 for food and drinks and then turn around and steal a $2 soda?

I have never ever spent 40 mins in a drive thru, until today. There were 4 cars ahead of me and I thought ok, this might be a bit, but 40 minutes? I was trapped too. Couldn't get out of the line, couldn't go around the people... When I got to the window, there was no apology, no excuse, just met with a very unhinged female employee. I will never ever go back.

Ordered on door dash. I got 2 Boston crème donuts and instead of the pudding inside, they filled it with icing which I find nasty. On top of that the donut is no where near fresh

I went to this location twice in one week and the first day they messed up my hot latte. There was no foam on the coffee when I took the lid off and it was a dark brown. No latte should resemble black coffee. I had to go to work and add sugar and cream my self to make it drinkable. The second time I went this morning they gave me and charged me for a whole sandwich when I ordered snackin bacon. My coffee was correct this time, however I asked for a chocolate chip muffin and repeated about 3 times, to get to work to find out it is a blueberry muffin (gross). Now they just ruined my whole experience. Got over charged for items I did not ask for and then didn’t even get what I asked for. Highly disappointed, what a waste of time and money. Will not be returning to this location! Do better over there guys and actually pay attention to what the customer is asking for and what you are preparing for customer inside.

This Dunkin disappointed me just when I was giving them a chance. They keep you waiting when there is no one in store or drive through. So I have been ordering in advance and getting out of my car to pickup. Today they didn't have it ready and then grudgingly made the coffee for me. The app even asks if I want to wait to be closer to order but I order way in advance. Too bad the employees have such attitude and terrible service. I just hope they either get fired or it goes under so someone else can do the job.

Just left from this location. Ordered a croissant with no bacon just egg and cheese. Received order and bacon was on it, kindly told the cashier bacon was on the sandwich to get a new one. As you can see from this picture he just took the bacon off and handed me back the sandwich. Due to my health issues I can’t eat pork at all. Even just the grease or small pieces of pork being on my sandwich can’t be ate. It doesn’t take long for dunkin to make sandwiches at all so I’m not sure why a whole brand new sandwich couldn’t be made due to their error.

I did not get my coffee at all. I made my mobile order 20 minutes before I got there for one coffee and it was not ready. Instead, they had one poor woman working the entire store on her own taking the orders of about eight people ahead of me with three cars not moving in the drive thru. I waited about ten minutes and then decided to leave as life is too short. This Dunkin used to be a consistent and reliable one, but this has become the norm now and it consistently takes a very long time even when ordering ahead of time. Go to another Dunkin or, better yet, go to somewhere that treats their staff better like Wawa.

Absolutely bad service the person on Charge Rudy ,take my order and we was waiting more then 30 mins for A chicken croissant and $6 meal deal with Capucino Blast ,i was with my son 5 years old and he was asking me for his food ,absolutely this people dont have a value of time ,I did ask for my refund I will never go back on this store again

This Dunkin’ is a masterclass in how to get everything wrong. First, the coffee. Calling it “hot brown dishwater” is generous. It’s consistently weak, bitter, and tastes like it was brewed three hours ago and reheated out of spite. Somehow, no matter how simple the order is, it still comes out wrong. Then there’s the service. The staff is openly rude and seems to operate on a strict hierarchy where drive-through customers are royalty and anyone inside the store is invisible. You can stand at the counter making eye contact while employees actively ignore you to serve car after car outside. It’s not busy confusion, it’s deliberate disregard. The store itself is filthy. Sticky floors, dirty counters, and a general sense that basic cleaning standards are optional. It’s the kind of place where you start wondering when the last real wipe-down happened, and whether you should wash your hands twice after touching the counter. Between the wrong orders, terrible coffee, rude behavior, and disgusting environment, this location fails at the bare minimum of what a Dunkin’ should be. If you’re craving disappointment, this is your spot. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. After giving them numerous chances to make things right as far as the food, the coffee, etc. I will never come back. The customer service there is the worst that I have ever experienced in my life. Please beware because they don’t care. I have called the corporate office, made numerous of complaints and as of two weeks ago, nothing has changed outside of the fact that I no longer visit Dunkin’ Donuts. I live around the corner from this store, like 5 minutes and they are CONSTANTLY out of stock of items such as oat milk, English muffins, avocado spread, espresso (I mean you're a coffee shop). Come on do better :(

Came here Sunday midday and as usual slower than a snail service. Pulled out of drive through went inside. Manager is standing outside chit chatting away. Stand at the counter nobody ever acknowledged me. Finally someone came and asked if I was being served. Couldn’t sign into the register. People behind the counter making food clearly of duty employees. I finally walked out and asked the lady if she was the manager, she said yes I informed her instead of congregating out side talking to inside and help. The teen looking boy/girl told me to leave. Very slow and unprofessional location. Went to another location and was in and out less than 20 minutes. As I was turning into my corner I looked and saw the manage and the two others were still standing outside talking.

Stopped in at this Dunkin’ Donuts or excuse me it’s Dunkin now but as you’ll notice on their sign, they don’t have the new sign. they have big advertisement about their cappuccino blast for five dollars so I decided to order a five dollar mocha cappuccino blast and this is what I got 😳 The promotional picture has whipped cream and drizzle. I’m assuming that this included. I asked the cashier why I was getting a cappuccino blast that does not look like the promotional picture.She told me I had to ask for it , if I had to ask for it, then it should not be included in the promotional picture. That would be false advertisement. Beware of this Dunkin’ Donuts they are not giving you what you paid for!!!

Wanted to update my review with fundamental issue of this company: I happened to arrive while 5-6 members of Dunkin’s corporate team were here. The drive thru was backed up with at least 4 cars and I walked inside where there were only three people working. Instead of helping, they all elected to stand outside the front door and hit their vapes. This is the business model they strive for.

unbelievably slow. stopped by on my way to work- left 10 minutes early. told 20 to get my coffee. there were 4 cars in front of me when i got in line. 20 minutes for 4 cars at a fast food coffee shop is baffling. do not recommend.

This has to be one of the worst dunkin donuts to order from! EVERYTIME! I order with door dash or Grubhub my order is wrong! The food is just thrown together, I dont think anyone knows what a croissant is!! EVERYTIME I order it, i get something else but not a crossistant.

This Baskin Robbins, co-located with Dunkin’ like many others, delivered one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with the brand. After waiting nearly 25 minutes, I received a milkshake that was thin, watery, and far from the rich, creamy texture you'd expect. It felt more like diluted coffee than a proper shake. Staffing seemed to be an issue, and the service reflected it. The server appeared reluctant to use a fair amount of ice cream—even for a large milkshake—and instead added extra milk to stretch the quantity. If a location can’t maintain quality or staff appropriately, it’s worth reconsidering whether it should remain open. Overall, the product quality and service here were seriously lacking.
