MY HUSBAND AND I CAME UP HERE TO GET TWO BLIZZARDS HE GOT ONE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH WITH SPRINKLES AND CHERRY COATING AND MY BLIZZARD CONSISTS OF SNEAKERS AND HEATH BAR AND IT IS SO GOOD THE STAFF HERE ARE AMAZING THERE WAS NO LONG WAIT THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY GENEROUS AND HAD A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE WILL BE BACK AND THE BLIZZARDS ARE THE BOMB

Even though it's just Dairy Queen, they deserve accolades for what they do. The parking lot had plenty of spaces, the restaurant looked clean and they had several people working so that orders flowed quickly We ordered a Reese's Blizzard and a chocolate Shake. Both came out super quickly and tasted very good.

LEFT FROM A DQ 10 MIN AWAY FROM LACK OF SERVICE, AND WENT TO THIS ONE THAT WAS OUT OF OUR WAY, EVEN WITH BEING TIRED FROM BUSCH GARDENS. THIS PLACE WAS QUICK, PACKED THE FOOD WITH CARE AND NEATNESS, HAD EVERYTHING ACCURATE, AND WAS SUPER NICE. THE MAIN MAN, MAYBE OWNER, WAS SUPER DUPER NICE AND ASKED IF WE WERE LOCALS, AND SHARED A FLYER FOR THEIR SEPT 15 FIRE RESCUE COPS N CONES, CONES FOR KIDDOS FREE WITH POLICE AND FIRE RESCUE! HE SAW MY FIVE KIDDOS AND WANTED THEM TO COME. IF I WAS IN TOWN, I DEF WOULD HAVE COME AND SUPPORTED. HE WAS SO SO PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. I WILL BE BACK THERE WHEN WE GO TO BUSCH GARDENS! VERY CLEAN TOO!

This is one of the last bastions of cheap food done well in town. $7 for a burger, fries, a drink, and some ice cream and it comes out piping hot and fresh each time? That's hard to pass up. Very impressed.

I’m quite new to the area and was grateful that a DQ was about a 20min drive from me. I decided to check them out. First time I did was last weekend on Sunday May 11th probably like around 8:30PM. I drove up to the drive thru and asked if they were able to do chocolate blizzard (as opposed to the standard vanilla base) and they responded we ‘ran out’. To my amazement I still decided to order a blizzard for me and my bf (who loves a twist base). So neither of us got what we truly wanted. Ok so not our time but all is well. Second time was today (05/18/25) in the afternoon say around 2:30PM. Again I drove up to the drive thru and this time I asked if they could do chocolate ice cream for my blizzard base. Wouldn’t you know it I received the same exact response, ‘sorry we ran out’! This time I had to ask why and I could not make out what was being said to me through the mediocre intercom. So said my peace in the realm of ‘this is ridiculous, you guys ran out last weekend too!!’ Just so I can show my grievance. Mind you I personally drove there twice in one week apart 20min one way at different times of the day and STILL THEY ‘RAN OUT’ of chocolate?!?!?! You’re DQ.. one of two of the most popular flavors you ‘ran out’??? As an ice cream / dessert place that’s disgraceful! And also pretty embarrassing! Needless to say I will NEVER be going to that location any longer. Even if i heard the ‘logical reason’ why, I still would have reacted the exact same way! Terribly run and even more horrific is the constant dedication to always disappoint. Congratulations, you achieved something.
