I have been buying gas here since it opened (about a year) and also enjoy shopping for breakfast and occasional snacks. It is a great example of the Wawa chain and the gas prices are ALMOST always cheaper than most other stations in the area. The cashiers and other internal staff are very busy but still find the time to be nice and courteous.
Elana and Victoria K gave us exceptional service! Give them a raise!
I stop here a few days a week to grab coffee in the mornings before work, and it’s a wonderful experience every time. Queen always makes my day and has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. She is so positive and welcoming when you walk in the door. The employee that makes my coffee in the morning is equally as wonderful! I will definitely continue to come back. Thank you!
I just wanted to come on here and really say how AMAZING Aaliyah is at the front. She re made my sandwich to literal perfection and was so nice over the phone and in person when DoorDash messed up my order. She was patient, kind, and deserves a raise. She carries the bears wawa location on her back !!!!
I love the option to enter my Tesla charger number in the app to get my beverage and bowl delivered. Prior to the hurricane, they are currently out of gas with yellow markers that are obvious to save customers the hassle of figuring out on their own. The selection is amazing. Mini melts ice creams, all kinds of bowls, hoagies, sandwiches, pizza, lattes, coffees, freestyle machine, ICEEs, even a whole room dedicated to beer purchases. Service is quick Staff is very helpful Bathrooms are relatively clean. ATM inside.
I come here every single morning . The staff is always so friendly. It’s always cleaned. They welcome you every time you come in the door. I come because no one makes my coffee like Margarita.
Excellent cashiers. Best price for 2 packs of cigarettes with Wawa card discount. Good food and drinks for when you're in a hurry. Full gas station with free air pump for tires.

I am paying $12.00 for the smoothie since I add 3 protein and 3 energy cups every day, but Margarita only serves 2 cups . That is stealing. I let you know that next time I will take video and call the police since you are stealing my money. You have to serve what the customer is paying you.
I ordered two things and only received one of them. Lady comes up to me saying I didn’t grab it when they called my order and only one of them was made. She told me I would have to reorder and acted like it was my fault when they messed up and didn’t make it to begin with smh. Be better and don’t blame the costumer.
There is no quality control. Especially with the hand made drinks. You never get what you order, the tall guy with a huge bun dosen't care about what he makes is correct.
I've been going here for years. The coffee area had flies all touching the coffee nozzles why idk I told the Hispanic worker and I quote "she said I don't get paid to clean or fan flies that's not my job" told the manager who was about 22 years old she said she would talk to her, that said I stopped getting my coffee here. Very unsanitary I should've called the health dept that day this happened or corporate but I was running late then forgot
I paid 7 dollars for a roast beef and Swiss wrap and all I got was the veggies I asked to be put on it worst Wawa I've ever been to
Extremely rude staff. Staff rang one of three items, scanned my Wawa Apple Wallet card that I had ready, then realized she had two more items to scan. Rather than scan the other two item and have me pay, she scanned all three. I did not notice this since during this time she was also stressing to me that the reward card had to be scanned to get reward points. And she was talking to a guy bringing in merchandise. News flash to those reading this is that scanning the Wawa gift (payment) card downloaded in your Apple Wallet DOES record the rewards points without having to separately scan the reward card. I thought we were fine - thought I had paid for everything - and maybe double paid but I did not want to make a fuss. And since this staff had moved to talking to someone bringing in merchandise and I saw a zero balance - I took my bag, went to the soda/ice machine to get a cup of ice and pour my bottle of tea in it. All of a sudden this same staff is right by me, clearly annoyed, said she still had to refund me and implied I picked up the bag in anger. And didn’t I want my refund? So I went back to the register and she handed me two $1 bills. What!? Then she tells me in an unfriendly manner that money cannot be refunded on my card and that is why she was giving me cash. As if I am supposed to magically know this. And to keep the change (because the one item double charged was around $1.70). As I was walking out, she was telling two guys in the store - one who was a sheriff’s deputy - how unreasonable I was. Mind you, this was around 1 am. I took a car ride since I could not fall asleep, gassing up at Wawa is easy via the app and I like their tea. I was trying to chill out and in no way was confrontational. It was surreal and bizarre. If anyone from Wawa is reading this - the negativity I get from staff at multiple Wawa locations when I tell them - nicely - that I get the reward points by scanning the Wawa gift card in my Apple Wallet to pay - is not ok. They are insistent that I am mistaken. Training is needed. It is a little stressor as I check out the couple of times each week I go to Wawa. And as to this specific example, it is making me rethink if I want to continue spending $1,000+ a year at Wawa - where I go almost exclusively for gas and also purchase food and drink items frequently.
NASTY! The staff at this location were even nastier than the food they serve. According to two of the staff, who identified themselves as managers, there were three managers on duty at 5:00 p.m. on Christmas Day. If, indeed, this company has three managers working simultaneously, it explains why their prices are so high and quality so poor. The employees didn’t present as managerial quality; based on their customer relations skills they would be hard pressed to keep a job at McDonalds cleaning the restrooms. Come to think of it, something coming out of a restroom at a McDonalds would taste better than the slop they serve at this Wawas
I have talked to managers multiple times about the rude racist cashier they have working there. I spoke the the manager today and he came to me with an attitude instead of understanding. She was the one on register at 4:18 pm on 2/17/26. Tired of being disrespected by your employee. Please look into the matter!!
It is not recommended to go in the early morning, I have passed several times between 2 am and 5 am and the screens to order food are always closed as well as the hot chocolate machine that is almost always out of service, I do not know what happens at this time in this wawa because I have bought in others at this time and there are not these problems, could it be that they are lack of personnel?
The GM, David, is a liar. He tells you one thing, does another, and then refuses to correct things even if his lies are causing harm to you. I tried reporting it to corporate several times, but they don't even bother getting back to you, not even as a courtesy. The bathrooms are always disgusting. I had to report problems in the bathrooms several times, and the staff acts so put out for being expected to do their jobs. They removed tables outside for no good reason. The products are way overpriced. Just go to the Racetrac down the road, where the pricing is much better, and the staff is much nicer.
