I hereby wish to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant on [11/05/2025]. I came to your establishment with my family with the intention of enjoying a pleasant meal. However, our experience was marred by several situations that I find unacceptable. First, when ordering a Coca-Cola drink, we were served one that appeared to have lost its carbonation. Upon notifying the staff, a replacement was made, which I appreciate, but this situation should not have occurred. Second, when ordering refried beans without cream and only with cheese, they were incorrectly served with cream. When I mentioned the error to the waiter and requested a replacement, we were denied on the grounds that this change would be costly. I believe that as customers, we have the right to receive dishes according to our specifications without inconvenience. I would appreciate it if the necessary measures were taken to prevent this type of situation from recurring and to ensure adequate service to customers.

The service was absolutely awful. We told the waiter we wanted to sit away from the noise and showed him where we wanted. He said it would be fine, but he never mentioned that they were about to close and that was the area where they usually put the tables. They started moving all the tables and chairs to one side, and when I told the waiter, Toño, that they should have told us, he rudely replied that he was sorry, but that's just how things are. He didn't even offer us a place to sit with the slightest bit of courtesy. It's a shame; this place is nothing like it used to be. It gets worse every day!

For a reheated tortilla and overcooked toast, I would have stayed home for breakfast. If your time and money aren't worth it, you can go to this place. The barbacoa is passable, but for the price and the experience of eating there, it's not worth it.

Quisiera reportar a la persona que estuvo en la caja el día de hoy (domingo 3 de noviembre), ya que hicimos el pago del consumo con tarjeta, intentaron 3 veces pasar la tarjeta per me dijeron que tenían un error, tuve que pagar el efectivo. 10 minutos después de que me fui del restaurante me llegó la notificación de mi banco que me había cobrado el consumo vía tarjeta. Así que volvi para que me devolvieran el efectivo. La persona que estaba en caja es la peor persona para atender a un cliente, pregunté por el gerente y me dijo que el era. Le empecé a decir de que me debía regresar el dinero y me empezo a insultar y ya decir grosería enfrente de todos.Cob ustedes tuve una de las experiencias más desagradable, acaban de perder a un cliente ya que no pienso regresar con ustedes.

The flavor gets lost among the seasonings they use. The meat is tender, but even so, it doesn't satisfy a discerning palate. The broth also tends to be bland and salty, and it's served with nothing here—no rice or chickpeas, just broth, which I found bad. The place itself is pleasant, and being shaded is a plus. However, the furniture leaves much to be desired; the tables and chairs are old and worn. They should invest a bit more, as it's clear that locals frequent this place. In short, if you're from the area and there's nothing better than breakfast, then go, although it's not the best. I think a pizza from Little's would taste better. And if you're someone looking for something good, delicious, and enjoyable, "I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE"
