Absolutely stunning seafood restaurant near the Waterfront with great view. We went without reservations and there’s a short queue. Place is very big and it’s full house. Seafood very fresh and really good. Everything ordered was so delicious and we went back for dinner too. Must order the pineapple dessert too. Fresh and yummy!

A really great place—fairly busy, but with impressively efficient service and kitchen. The staff looking after the tables are lovely, and the seafood is excellent: fresh, high quality, and perfectly prepared. The oysters are very good, the other starters are excellent, and the arroz de mariscos is simply outstanding—cooked just right, with a perfectly toasted base and flavors beautifully balanced, including the seasoning. All of this in a relaxed, informal atmosphere, with service that was spot-on in timing despite the large crowd. Well done!

Make you reservation! This place is always packed!! Always for a reason, food is tasty and delicious. Clams and razors were very delicious. Our favourite restaurant in Tarragona for a no fuss meal. This is clearly a traditional fishermen place, it is literally by the fishermen’s brotherhood building. Traditional dishes cooked to perfection. We had hake and monkfish croquetas and national squid cooked Andalusian style for starters. As a main we had a really nice fideuá. Sadly we were too full for the desserts, but they looked yummy. It’s plain and simple good quality food cooked with care. Though I would personally not order meat in the fishermen quarters of Tarragona, the table beside us did and it looked really well cooked. The staff were friendly and super attentive, they must finish exhausted because they are constantly making sure you are well served. The terrace is on the sea front, really nice

What an experience!!!! If you want to eat fish and local dishes, here you go….a lot of local people eating there, nice fish (may be octopus salad a bit too much vinegar taste)….but casseroles romesco is a super experience. Then crème Catalan on top of ananas is unbelievable

Had a far better experience here than in the place next door the night before. Waiter was friendly and helpful and food was much better value for money. The entrecôte steak wasn’t the best we’ve had, a bit chewy despite being medium rare, but overall the food was ok, pricey but good portions, so it was decent value in the end. Recommend the patatas al horno, they were cooked in garlic, parsley and oil and were delicious. Other staff came to our table and were all friendly and efficient.

I really wanted to enjoy a meal near the harbor. If you ever think the same about that then you should go to this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and the patatas bravas were so simple but very delicious. The octopus was great aswell.

Great location. It is better to book in advance. It gets very busy during the weekend. Great value for money. The staff is not too friendly, but a part from that, it is a great restaurant. Fideua was delicious. Good quality in their ingredients.

We decided to stop here for lunch. Glad we did, staff are friendly, and for us english was spoken as well. Meals were nice and with drinks reasonably priced. We went with a Seafood Paella and Prawns in Garlic and could not fault our meals. As mentioned staff are friendly but also efficient so no long waiting for service. We would recommend if in Tarragona for a meal especially seafood then this is a good option.

The food was delicious and comes in large portions. They even have a few things for vegetarians. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. She was so patient, friendly, and was super attentive even though she was the only waitress for the whole top floor. The atmosphere was super cozy inside. It felt like we were on a ship. 100% recommend for people looking for an authentic fish/seafood restaurant in Serrallo!

Excellent seafood in a fantastic location! I had dinner here twice in three days and the seafood was always fresh, the service friendly and the prices right. The location is the restored historic Barri del Serrallo, the fishermen harbour. I will definitely come back here every time I find myself in Tarragona again.

Buen sitio para comer al lado del mar. El arroz negro espectacular, como única pega que desde que nos han sentado hasta que nos han tomado nota han pasado casi 25 minutos y encima habían más de 5 mesas que estaban libres. El aparcamiento un poco complicado por la zona donde está, pero seguro que la próxima vez que pasemos por ahí repetiremos

El restaurante está situado frente al puerto y ya solo por eso es agradable. La comida me ha parecido las 3 veces que he ido, buena, patatas bravas siempre recién hechas, sardinas a la plancha deliciosas, paella correcta con buen sabor, chipirones fritos frescos y bien hechos. El menú del medio día también me ha gustado. El servicio muy amable. Lo único que le falta desde mi punto de vista es hacerlo un poco más acogedor agregando elementos decorativos.

Hemos llegado de casualidad un lunes laboral y hemos pedido el menú ( 18,75 con bebida y postre incluidos).De primero probamos; parrillada de verduras y salpicón de marisco (todo muy bien).De segundo arroz negro para dos con all i olí y muy bien ( el sabor y el punto del arroz perfecto. Nada salado) De postre crema catalana y también muy bien. El camarero más joven y ,creo que era el dueño, muy atentos. En resumen muy buena relación calidad-precio. Pedimos menú de 22€, es muy completo porque entra paella, entrecot, arroz negro, bebida y ppstres. No escogimos un buen dia porque la masiva de moscas era brutal y no podias comer a gusto. En la paella había una mosca cocida, lo dijimos al final de la comida porque ya no quisimos esperar el tiempo de otra paella. Recomendamos interior y no terraza. El servicio de 10.

La ubicación es inmejorable y del servicio no me puedo quejar... Los chicos son amables y considerados. De la comida esperaba más. No digo que fuera mala, para nada... Solo que esperaba algo más porque el Serrallo tiene su tradición y aquí no la acabo de ver. Me faltó la chispa del barri, del pescador detras del fogón...Pero igual es que ya no existe eso. No tiene la esencia pero esta bien... Es un lugar agradable donde se puede comer y hablar tranquilamente con unas vistas que no pueden contemplarse en cualquier sitio.

Estuvimos paseando por esta zona que está muy bien muy diferente fue elegir este restaurante para comer menú 15.90 e muchos platos pero el xato muy simple y pequeño los mejillones regular.. 2 trozos de pan .la paella no se como definir e visto y probado muchas pero esta se ve foto. ..tenía capa de algo como si le hubiera hechado. Muy justo la verdad. No merece la pena, está muy bien ubicado pero solo es eso. Producto muy justito y baja calidad. Estoy seguro que quien hace los arroces o no tiene ni idea o utiliza tan justo el producto que así queda.

No es normal estar 50 minutos entre que acabamos los platos principales y los postres. Se me caería la cara de vergüenza de la lentitud del servicio, que fuimos un día con más de 7 mesas vacías. En cuanto a la comida, está bien.

En pocas palabras: no volveré más. Mal servicio, mala comida y mal precio. Pedimos unas tapas antes de comer, unos calamares romana, cuando los traen, resulta que son a la andaluza, ya que no tienen de los otros. Y claro, para qué preguntar si nos parece bien? Los crios piden unas croquetas de queso, que de croquetas tienen poco, mas bién eran una especie de nuggets rellenos de queso, que no valian nada. Después pedimos para comer, uno pide bacalao con ajos tiernos, y cuando llega el plato, es un trozo de dos bocados de bacalao, con alioli encima, sobre una patata, y con mucha ensalada. Un plato de 15€. Vergonzoso. Otro pide dorada, que además de ser pequeña, estaba tan hecha y seca que crujía por todos sitios, y acompañada unicamente de mucha ensalada. Para un plato de 17€, creo que dejaba mucho que desear. El servicio malo, éramos seis para comer y hemos comido en 3 tandas, y encima hemos tenido que pedir todo lo necesario para comer porque teníamos la comida y no teníamos ni servilletas, ni vinagreras, ni cuchillos, etc. Y para postres, hasta les molestaba que se las pidiéramos... El camarero, maleducado y poco profesional. Las personas que no saben tratar a la gente no deberian trabajar de cara al público.

Menú de 18,90€ entre semana que no lo vale, me pedí esqueixada de bacalao y me pusieron lechuga con bacalao y un poco de tomate rallado, el vino blanco de la casa malísimo, parecía mezclado con agua, mi mujer se pidió salpicón de marisco y parecía ensalada de salpicón. Hay dos menús para elegir de campo o de mar pero si van dos personas y las dos piden de mar te dicen que si una pide fideuá la otro ha de ser igual no puede ser paella o arroz negro. Pero depende del humor del cocinero porque a otras personas les dejaron, eso nos explicó la camarera, ya que en el menú no pone que han de ser 2 personas mínimo. La fideuá era muy escasa, para dos eran 4 mejillones y 4 almejas y dos langostinos, que no eran ni gambas, la crema catalana era de helado dejada descongelar. Es un sitio para no volver más, es mejor gastar un poco más y comer mejor.

Paella de marisco incomible atomatada y con su cebolla y pimiento rojo que no tenía sabor a paella de marisco decepcionado no volveré nunca más me jode ser de Tarragona y pagar por esto. Muy decepcionante

We placed an order and a mistake was made. That alone is not a problem. What is unacceptable is what followed: when my wife politely pointed out the mistake, the waiter became aggressive, nearly shouting at us, and arrogantly insisted that they had done nothing wrong. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the situation only hostility. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was already tense and uncomfortable The staff acted annoyed by our presence, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Plates were thrown onto the table, some were dirty, and when we tried to order anything else, we were ignored repeatedly. This was our first visit to Tarragona, and this restaurant completely ruined what should have been a pleasant lunch. The lack of respect, basic manners, and professionalism was astonishing. I have never experienced such rude, careless, and disrespectful service in a restaurant before. If you value your time, your money, and being treated with basic human decency, do not come here. There are plenty of places in Tarragona this is not one of them.
