I was rather disappointed by the octopussy restaurant. That is too bad, because I heard good things about it. We dined outside, and we ordered a paella and a couple of tapas. The servers were very scattered and not attentive. It feels like they were new hires and not used to their terrain. The food is very pricey, compared to the quality, it just did not match. The next door restaurants were packed full of clients and octopussy was empty. Maybe that says something. It was not a bad experience, nor was it good. Just pricey and poor service.

The paella were enjoyable as well as the other dishes. We ordered the sardines, grilled prawn, grilled vegetables.

We have eaten at Octopussy many times and have warmly recommended it to friends and family.Today we had a really disappointing experience: the lady serving us didn’t seem to care about us and was positively rude. We were a grouping of six and once we placed our menu requests in an almost empty restaurant we were ignored. Extra drinks were never delivered, no allioli and even no plates with out second plate. We could see that other people were frustrated by waiting too but there was no apology or acknowledgment. The food is good but the service is a disaster and would put us off going again.

The worst place i have ever eaten in my life.. first i ordered a hamburger and the person i was with ordered a piece of entrecot. When we ordered the waiter told us the entrecot was sold out, which i can understand so we ordered chicken with fries instead. Then later the waiter came back to tell me the hamburger was also sold out.. so i ordered the chicken with fries as well. The food came and it was terrible… it was just frozen chicken nuggets from the supermarket that you can buy in like 5 kilos for 5 euro’s put into the deepfryer.. the chef should be ashamed of himself to serve something like this in a so called ‘restaurant’. The chicken nuggets from my local snackbar even have more taste then this and i can buy that for 2 euro’s. The fries we’re not even salted and i already got sick from that chicken before i was even back at the campsite i was staying on. Before we got away we even discussed to not even pay before leaving because it was so terrible, but we still paid anyway. After i payed I immediately doubted my choice. I would never recommend anyone to eat here. The only possitive thing about this restaurant was the waiter who was very friendly and kind. Even a 1 star review is to much for this restaurant. We ordered something expecting fish as the waiter explained, turned out to be pork Not to mention their tirammisssu tastes nothing like it. To be fair only the appetizers were good

Customer service was awful, we came here to grab a quick drink and one shot of tequila was 10 euros, they didn’t even know they had this licor on their shelf. Overrated and overprice.

Went to this place for 5 or 6 times. The first experience was good, good food and great service. But since a few weeks the service went down to ZERO! Yesterday my friend and I ordered a Menu del Dia and after 1 hour waiting, still nothing came. We asked about it, and they told something like: the pasta is not ready. As we didnt had more time we canceled the food. They don’t give a s*** about their clients and we will definitly NEVER EVER come back to this place! (Hope that other people following doing to same and this place will disappare from beautiful El Serallo) There are much better place around, so please take care!

Horror. The worst experience ever. The woman is very racist and in vad mood. Let me tell you the story: on the Christmas day, 6 persons we go outside to drink something. After we ordered pur drink, 20 minutes later the lady aks us if we want something to eat. We said we don't want to eat,just to drink something. And she started yelling at us that here is a restaurant and not a bar and we need to order something or go,but with a bad attitude. I told her that we didn't know and that we thought we could just drink and we sorry. Very racist and worst attitude. We would have understood if she explain to us nicely that we have to free the table and move outside to the terrace if we want to drink something! I do not recommend it!
