I do really like this place,it's away from the noisy centre,but only 5mins walking,the view from the window is great,you can see both two churches from here.And the food is also amazing,Chilaquiles taste so good.

I’ve only been to 5 other places for coffee but so far this one has the best flavor! The latte is so good. I came here because it was the first place in the area open at 8 am. 😂 Edit: I came back 2 more times and the Moca is also very good with traces of cinnamon in it.
They prepare a good coffee and I like their crepas. We had a breakfast here few times during our stay. Beautiful view and amazing staff. Highly recommended
Beautiful cafe with lovely views! I started with a delicious caramel cappuccino with soy milk. Then I had the French toast with ham and eggs. They were a little skimpy on the maple syrup, but I have to say it was delicious. I can definitely recommend them for breakfast.
I ordered the nutella iced latte and the tostada de aguacate con huevos revueltos and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is great with calm music and a beautiful view. The service was also fantastic, as it was not very crowded and it was quick, with a correct order.
Very cute cafe. I had an americano, orange juice and a mushroom crepe with cheese. Great service and food was delicious!
A lovely place to have coffee and food. It’s perched with a nice view and very peaceful away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are professional and very helpful. Great value. Highly recommend.
The coffee and drinks are very good. I especially like the staff. They are very friendly and are very knowledgeable about coffee. One huge plus is the view from Cafe Bálsamo, you can see the main Church at a short distance.
I really liked the crepes we ordered. We were passing by and saw the reviews and they are amazing. I loved the place and the food I had. They have a great view of the city too. Loved it and will go back again, no doubt.

Fantastic coffee, crepe’s, omelettes and pancakes. Food and coffee was so good we came back twice. Views are also amazing and service is brilliant. Best breakfast place I have eaten at in Mexico so far. Highly recommend !!!
Nice cafe, friendly and attentive staff! Great WiFi (important for us travelers to look up some stuff) and relaxing chairs inside. Great espresso too!
Bálsamo was a perfect first stop in Taxco. After dragging ourselves around the hills of this beautiful city post-bus ride, we followed the smell of fresh bread through the back door of Bálsamo. The coffee was good, although I prefer jet fuel, and the fruit plate was delicious. We had the place to ourselves on a quiet Monday morning.

The best café in Taxco! The coffee is perfectly crafted, and after sampling most of the menu I feel confident saying you will love whatever you order. We loved the French Toast with delicious homemade bread, the omelettes, and the Huevos Balsamo. The coffee drinks were delicious, and they make the best espresso in Taxco. Beautiful location and environment to enjoy a meal.

Unfortunately, they didn't have any fresh fruit anymore which led us to order more expensive dishes and we both originally wanted a dish that included fresh fruit... However, the avocado toast and the omelette were decent.
The cafe is lovely with a nice view and good coffee but really slow and rude service. Shouldn’t have tipped but when I did the waiter didn’t even say thank you - pathetic
The good reviews on here must be from the owners because this place is horrible! I ordered a cafe Americano with milk, It came black, I asked for milk again and got coffee mate. I took a drink and it was really strong Nescafé, strong to the point that it was gritty. I tried to just settle for it but it was undrinkable, so I sent it back and the next coffee was also coffee mate but not as strong. The breakfast wasn't horrible, but wasn't very good either. This is a cafe and restaurant. They should be stripped of the cafe label! No legitimate cafe should have Nescafé! But the view was really good.
