The December blizzard of the month Peppermint Hot Cocoa is FABULOUS!! It is a treat even in the mini size. They made it really cute and yummy with the whip sprinkled with peppermint candy on top. I did real great today so I went to get a treat/reward for my progress. I ordered a Heath BlIzzard with extra crunchiest and strawberries on top. They made it nice and thick and crunchy and ouie-guest-goodness!!!! Great treat. Also their tacos are fantastic even though I didn’t get those today!!! My most favorite Queen is Dairy Queen❣️❣️

Delicious, sink your spoon in banana split 😋. Strawberry, pineapple, hot fudge toppings, add toasted pecans , whip. Staff forgot the cherry on top. Other than that, a real treat!

DQ has the best burgers and Blizzards. The food is always hot and fresh. It can be a little experience but what keeps me coming back is the friendly employees. I always get extra candy in my blizzard 😁 and they have never disappointed me on the generosity of the candy.

I don't recommend getting the Dude. It definitely isn't the same from years ago. I ate 3 bites only. Fries were awesome chocolate malt was awesome! Workers are fantastic

Love my onion rings and peanut butter malts from this Dairy Queen. I have always used the drive thru since I have been here and have never been inside. Staff has always been friendly and my onion rings are always delicious. This place has been here for years and needs to be cleaned up and modernized to keep up with the other DQ's.

My visits are always good and because I use the drive thru a lot my time is usually very fast. I use the one in Cameron, TX the most if I have my dog with me I can order a pup cup treat for him and he is very excited to go to DQ with me. He seems to know when we are going because he will start a happy whine a half block away. LOL.

So happy with our graduation ice cream cake! We ordered a 10 inch Oreo cheesecake Blizzard. The cake was huge and more than enough ice cream haha. The ladies did a great job with piping and style. We needed it blue for Temple High.

Quentin was quite a polite gentleman when taking our order and serving us at the drive through. If I were another service industry or competitor, I would try to recruit him away. Being cordial is a big plus in customer service. I give Quentin 5 of 5 stars, and for the facility, 4 of 5 stars. The facility is dated, but good service goes a long ways to overcoming a tired building. American pick-up trucks will likely find the parking lot to be challenging to navigate. The ingress and egress from 31st street is a bit wonky. I still rate this DQ with 4 stars because there are employees who make the effort to be professional. It is important to note that I drove past plenty of other places to get a similar snack, but chose to make the extra drive for a place that has been doing a good job lately with order accuracy, speed of service, and pride in their work. Is this DQ always this way? Well, I'm not sure, but as of the time of this posting, it has been pretty consistent for the month of June, and now July.

We ordered 3 Banana splits & they stacked them on top of each other so on the way home my hand and shirt got cold and wet because at each level of each container was melting ice cream and oozing out of the 3 containers and the bag was coming apart!!! Good thing I put my hand under the bottom of the bag or all 3 Banana Splits would have landed on my driveway. We only live less the 5 mins away from the DQ.

Ive gone here many many years. Once I was Dissatisfied with my blizzard that was more of a shake. Pretty sure the kid was new. Everything else was good. Only problem I've ever had here.

Gentlemen was polite & friendly at the drive thru window. Order was correct & delicious. Only 1 suggestion, on the taco salads; do we have to have 3/4 full of lettuce and 1/4 other ingredients? How about 1/2 & the other 1/2 rest of the ingredients?

The service there is fast, but not extremely friendly, and they were out of mint and cake batter, so my wife and I had to get something else. When they do have the right ingredients to make the mint Oreo blizzard, this location does it right!

Ice cream was good, service as fast, price was decent. Cons are difficult in ordering due to some inability for the staff to hear me. Also the drive through is crazy tight for bigger vehicles and the distance from the window to the vehicle because of obstacles is wide....the staff handled that well though reaching out like it was no big deal.

Parking is limited and you have to cross in front of the drive through lane to get in. Always get the dairy free Dilly Bar, but it must be so rarely ordered that they have to ask twice to confirm that's what you want.

Friendly staff. Cashier was nice and helpful. Repeated my order back to me. Place was clean and nice. Cooks weren’t wearing gloves, not everyone enforces it but for me that’s a big issue. Also saw them throw away old fries and rotate new ones, so they shows they keep up with freshness and food quality. Food was good. Mustard seemed to be watery. But besides that everything was nice and fresh. Free treat included with the kids meal so can’t beat that. Don’t come here often usually just when I’m missing my grandparents. Helps having places like this that help with memory lane. Bathrooms were clean. Good job Dairy Queen

I was disappointed with this Dairy Queen again. We asked for half ice in our drink, but it came so full of ice that we could not insert the straw. The soda was leaking all over the top of the container. Then the order was wrong, The good thing is they still have great onion rings, and the rest of the food was good.

When reading the window Realized I hadn't asked if I could have my ice cream cone dipped. The girl at the window told me I ordered a cup of a cone. I always order a cone so I told her she miss understood. She got an attitude a sling the cup in the trash and I got a dipped cone. Then when I arrived home I discovered I didn't get cheese on my hamburger after she asked if I would like cheese on it. I drive about 15 miles further to go to this DQ and this is the first time I have been treated rudely. I will think twice before I go the extra miles next time.

Frito pie is good (sometimes, too spicy?? not sure if it's the seasoning of the meat or something else.. heartburn.. but I like it).. would be nice to have different sizes, too.

We ordered Oreo blizzards. This is one of the main reasons we go there. The ice cream was almost melted (and we ate them sitting in the parking lot). The Oreos were so crushed that it looked like sand, no big chunks at all. Not a pleasant experience at all. Probably won’t go back to that location. 😩

Went with family to celebrate a birthday. Food came out fast but didn't taste as good as last time and they were going to charge us for bbq sauce, they didn't do that last time...Ice cream was still the best! Some employees weren't very nice, and the place was dirty.

Employees need to be MORE FRIENDLIER ! And when you ask for a BLIZZARD ...THEY should ALWAYS FLIP it.. because I almost took ours back...and ask them to REdo it but employee seemed like she didn't care either way.. We were PRACTICALLY DRINKING our Blizzard within 3 to 5 min.. Totally soft soft, soft Ice-cream and NOOOOO she DID NOT FLIP it.. and It was MY mistake for not reminding her or I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IT!!! smh

Parking poorly designed, drive through surrounds the building, puts your life in danger regardless of the quality of food. Lots of seating inside if you get to it. Employee moral was mediocre at best. Whole place needs a redo. No photos you don't want to see this.

I went to the Dairy Queen in Cameron Tx. I went to the drive-thru. I thought that they opened up at 10am. Or at least they used too. Anyway I went to order & found out that they didn't open up until 10:30am. I went to ask them when did the time change for them to open up & I got No Answer. I'm like SERIOUSLY!!! I don't know about ya'll but they could have at least Answered my question. How RUDE!!!!

Party of 4.... waited 5+ minutes for our order to be taken... no one was in front of us. It was 48 minutes before we got our food and it was COLD. When I asked about 30 minutes in I was told they are short handed. I counted 7 employees behind the counter with maybe 5 customers. Because we had a deadline we had to take it to go. Usually am not disappointed in this DQ but this was unacceptable.

Food is ok the rest of the clerks are nice but one clerk Donna Booker should learn better customer service skills. I asked if there was a change about receiving a mini blizzard or a sundae with the five dollar lunch deal. She just kept repeating it's a small blizzard in a rude way. I'll keep my business with the other fast food resturants down the street.

Arrived 35 minutes prior to listed closing time. The woman at the register complained under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear, that we came in 5 minutes before closing. Most of the crew in the back was almost finished cleaning the store. She then informed us that the lobby closes 30 minutes prior to closing and only the drive up remains open at the listed time. One of the soft serve machines was not working properly and when she went to flip the Blizzard over, half of it dumped on the floor. Since it took her less than 5 minutes to make a banana split, I think it’s safe to say that she is an experienced employee, so I expect that she knew the ice cream was too soft. If you go to this location, go early, and don’t expect to feel welcome.

We arrived almost 1 1/2 hrs before the dining room closed and 2 hrs before the dive through closed. The tea was all gone and no more was being made AND the ice cream machines were already completely cleaned up! I'm never stopping at this one again.

I was so excited to see they were offering the footlong chili dogs. I placed my order in the drive through, asking for onions rings and a large Dr.Pepper. Once I had received my order I found a nice quiet spot to park and eat. I open the bag. . . .french fries instead of onion rings. Stupid me, I didn't check before leaving the window. So back in line. I get the onion rings and find another nice spot to sit and eat. The onion rings were great, the Dr. Pepper was great. Now for the footlong chili dog. At first glance it looked picture perfect. Oh boy! This is gonna be good! NO, great! It's gonna be great! Nope, nope. It sure wasn't. That had to be the foulest tasting thing on earth! It was horrible. It was nauseating. That sucker got stuffed back into the bag along with the dried out, starchy, over salted fries! I couldn't believe they were selling such a repellent item. I know that hot dogs are a crap-shoot but it looks like Dairy Queen has made selling these putrid thing as their number one goal! I am not kidding either! I dare you to Google "why do DQ'S hot dogs taste so bad?". I wish I had done that before ordering that thing. No just driving by the DQ brings on waves of nausea. An entire bottle of mouth wash didn't do anything to wash away that horrible taste. That chili dog stayed with me for at least 3 days. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT order that botulism in a bun. They got two stars for the onion rings and the Dr. Pepper. Plus they make some truly delicious ice cream treats.

Awful customer service. My food was great minus the large shake i ordered missing a good amount of ice cream. Anyway, the Hispanic lady at the window was incredibly helpful fixing the mistake that was made while I was ordering. The African lady however was incredibly rude when taking my order. Sighing and having an attitude while I was trying to order. Then when I said thank you all she said was ill have your total at the window. Okay fine, cool. No worries. Then when I got to the window the Hispanic lady was going to hand me an oreo cheese cake shake and I let her know that wasn't mine. And then the African lady came up anf was saying that I ordered an oreo cheese cake shake. I dont know how you mix up new York with oreo but okay? "No, she SAID oreo." Twice. With an attitude and raising her voice. Then she took my payment and proceeded to raise her voice and repeat herself saying my total. Idk what I did to this lady but I was nice and respect all while dealing with her being rude to me. I, as a cashier/customer service worker, understand that my position consists of kindness and helping people have a good day. This woman does not care about her customers. I really did not appreciate this, and I will NOT be coming back. Totally uncalled for. Must have been having a bad day, but that had nothing to do with me. I did the survey on the receipt saying the same thing. I ordered at 11:16, so whoever reads this can find out who i am talking about if needed. She wasn't wearing a name tag.

I only wanted to buy the cherry cone and it was the worst experience...when I received it, it was melting, it gave the impression that it was not freshly made, it was flat, I couldn't eat the cookie because it was so watery...how horrible

As soon as we came in the smell of pee hit us in the face. It was so strong, I ended up leaving. It just smelt like straight urine. Never in my life have I smelt something like that. I couldn't even eat there. DISGUSTING. the employees were using a disgusting dirty rag to wipe down the tables and used the same rag to wipe down the machines/tables in the back. I couldn't believe what I saw just the 60 seconds I was standing there. To make it worse the workers were yelling at eachother the whole time we were there. I'll never be back.

Waited twenty minutes for my food. Then for them to tell everyone that they ran out of lettuce and it would take longer. When I inquired why those of us who had been waiting already were not informed, I got back "we weren't out of lettuce when you ordered" so apparently my burgers were made and i find out that half the time I'd been waiting, my food was sitting under got lamps getting soggy. My first time at this location, there will not be another.

The staff here always have attitude and are rude. I understand its not a 5 star restaurant but there really isnt any reason to be mean to a customer. Also, the food is usually haphazardly put together. Blizzards not blended well, burgers just kinda thrown together. And Ive been to this location twice and was unable to get a blizzard. Once because they were out of ice cream and the second time I wasnt given a reason. Blizzards are what dairy queen is known for, how do you run out?

By far the worst dairy queen any where! They don't know how to make any of the ice cream flavors! I've ordered a blizzard from there twice and it was nothing but vanilla ice cream with no chunks of heath like it's suppose to be made and when you confront the employees they are really rude. My suggestion is who ever runs that dairy queen needs to try one somewhere else to see how bad it really is. I'll be going to Harker Heights from now on.

As others have mentioned, there is a problem getting ice cream in the evening. It is hit or miss if you'll get soft serve ice cream if you get there after 7:30 PM. I stopped going about 6 months ago because too many times when I went there in the evening, they would say the ice cream machine wasn't ready. What they really mean is they shut it down so they can get out of there early. Anyway, since some time has passed, I decided to give them another chance, got there at 8:00 PM, guess what, no ice cream. It's ridiculous, DQ is known for ice cream and they are supposed to be open till 10:00. I hope the franchise owner is reading these messages.

First bad experience I got ice cream, they had only put about 5 pieces of cookie dough. I didn't pay $4.30 for some vanilla ice cream. Second time I got the same ice cream this time it tastes like strawberry. This is not the first time this has happened; about 50% of the ice creams I've received from here tasted like strawberry, which ruins the ice cream as a whole. Not to mention I told the lady working that it tasted like strawberry and she said "I don't know of any strawberry that's cookie dough!" She was very rude about it, didn't offer to make a fresh one. After many times going here I don't see myself returning.

This place is lacking serious management and has for over 3 years...on any given night you can come and they will be out of absolutely everything you ask for, their fryers shut down at 8:45 so good luck getting anything other than a burger and that's IF they feel like making that. Completely rude and don't care.

The “assistant manager” Lasandra or Cassandra was extremely rude and obviously has no proper training as she literally made me want to go across town to the other DQ to get treated like a proper customer. I asked for a caramel apple pie blizzard and she practically yelled no ma’am we don’t have that it’s SEASONAL. I was like okay, but I saw on your website you do and it’s September so that would mean fall? She literally said nothing to that and I left after getting her name so I could later report her for terrible CS. Based on others reviews this isn’t her first issue. PS. Went to DQ on Adams and they had “seasonal” items I was looking for and a great attitude. Will def be back and not to the 31St location. Better customer respect is always worth the drive.

They Do NOT care about the public’s health! Gone there to the drive thru twice recently, both times person handling food had mask over chin only! Call to speak to manager but she didn’t care, said they need a break to breath!!!!! REALLY, guess they wouldn’t make it very long working in health care! Will never go back!

This was the WORST experience at a dairy Queen ever!!!!!!! Iced tea was like warm, we waited over 15 minutes IN THE DRIVE THRU, I eventually had to go in and ask what was taking so long and the employees started yelling at each other and rolling their eyes at me and mumbling under their breath. When I finally got my food, they handed over the bag, said nothing, and walked away. Not a single apology!! That place is the most ghetto, unprofessional, and dirty place I've ever been!!! Never again will they receive my business! Absolutely awful!!!!

First of all, the drive through is extremely slow and is set up in such a way that you can't get out once you get in line. My mom has eaten here 2 to 3 times a week for the last few years. She saves those little tokens that they give you for a mini blizzard. She has always been told that she can use them later if she wants. Today the manager claimed that the token that is clearly marked for a mini blizzard can only be redeemed for a sundae. This makes absolutely no sense. She said something about them running out of sundae tokens. My mom is an older woman who was already having a really bad day, and she got so upset that I don't think she'll ever go back.

Whichever cook was working 10-15-2023 at around 4pm FIRE them please! After they made the burger it seemed like they popped it in the microwave. The burger was disgusting. I’ve never had this issue before so it has to be a new cook.

We went through drive thru for dipped cones and the wait was ridiculous. We got to window and first thing you see is the manager, Lashondra, was wiped her bare , UNGLOVED hands on her pants , then grabs the cones touching above the paper. Then she hands them off to the guy at window who’s hands are bare and UNGLOVED touching the cones above the paper, and he has been handling all the dirty money. When asked for manager she ended up be the first person who made the cones(Lashondra), and asked to remake them with gloves on and she VERY RUDELY says NO I’ll have him wash his hands and remake them we don’t have gloves!!!!! How do you not have gloves and you’re a restaurant???? The manager was so mad when she was asked to please put gloves on and remake she through the cones in trash and refunded money , when we didn’t even ask for it. Then shoved the refund receipt in hand and pulled the window shut. We will NEVER go to that DQ again. The general manager of this DQ needs to find some more people to manage this place for him/her and learn how to keep in stock essential things ie… gloves!!!!!!!

Large black lady with short hair was VERY rude and had the customer service of a jackass today at 230ish..09/29/2023 and after being rude forgot to include a blizzard that was ordered. Funny how they have a sign up to be kind to employees because they are short staffed...but first be kind to your paying customers...because without us you wouldnt have a JOB!!😠

Its a shame I have to rate them even the one star I did. Waited 20 minutes for the wrong food as the manager and other employees stiod there and let two others do their job. Get it together! Never coming back, not even for the food I walked out on... Here's a quick tip. If they are open for business don't try it unless you are looking for a disappointment

I would give this 0 stars. Me and my husband just went to the drive through 10 minutes ago. They closed in 15 minutes. My daughter wanted a blizzard and off top the lady answered the intercom with a bad attitude. We ordered the Reese’s cup with cookie dough when I asked if she could add peanut butter to the blizzard she said it comes with it. Last time we ordered it tasted like vanilla ice cream so I asked if she could add extra peanut butter and she said it comes with enough peanut butter! Like what in the world! What type of customer service is this. You were not closed yet! We have no clue what her name is but she had red weave in her hair! So we left and took our business to sonic! We will not be returning cause of this.

This place has gone down hill. Just trashy. The clerk named Valley that waited on us yesterday was so unprofessional. She was talking through the drive thru window to some girl in a car in the parking lot. She had a line of customers. They were just yelling back and forth. Then my husband pulls up to get our order from her and she just reaches it to him and turns away. Not even a thank you or have a good day. Just rude. And they were out of ice cream but still had milk shakes. Never going back to this one again.

My family has not eaten at Dairy Queen in years until tonight. We decided it sounded good. We ordered combos with onion rings. Two orders came out correct. One had French fries. We told the very nice guy that waited on us. He tried to make it right but his MANAGER told him that if we wanted onion rings we would have to pay for them. I heard him tell her we already had. We had plans to take an ice cream cake home but left it there. We remember why we haven't been there in years now. We won't be back! Customer service 101 please your customers! Especially if they have already paid for what they are asking you for!!

Over the last month my food has been horrible. The chicken tenders taste like they used grease from last week. Since I was in a time crunch and had to leave fairly quickly decided to leave and call after my prior engagement. When I called the manager on duty said that since I left she would have to call her boss and that someone would call me back. Since I didn't hear anything I decided to go ahead and go back up there to see what could be done. The on duty manager got the store manager for me and the I was rudely told that since I left there was nothing she could do for me. Yes I did ask for a refund since I have been a regular customer for several years and have never asked for one but might of taken a remake or even a gift certificate if offered. She was so rude that she even said I complain a lot even though I usually don't. She decided to tell me she watched the camera and said I had plenty of time to complain but in actuality I did not. I will not go back and have filed a complaint with corporate. Worst Management staff ever and that comes from a previous restaurant manager. What happen to the customer is always right???

Went here during the dinner rush and am still regretting it a day later. First, the drive through is set up that once you pull into it (either intentionally or unintentionally) you are stuck in it until you pull through. It's a tight fit in larger vehicles and it's designed to keep you from being able to back out or pull around to get out. I stopped by after work to grab a blizzard on my way home and ended up being stuck here for an hour. Inside it looked a tad busy, so I decided to use the drive through as it only appeared to have two vehicles there. I was already at the order screen as soon as I pulled in so I didn't think the wait would be long at all. After they took my order, I proceeded to sit at that screen for a good 15 minutes before I could pull up a single car spot. After thirty minutes I was ready to just leave, but could not pull out as you are trapped as I stated earlier. Finally, after a literal hour I pull up to the window and am given my blizzard. I take it and pull out to get on the road. After I get on the road I take the lid off my blizzard to see it is melted. It looked as if they made it as soon as I ordered and just let it sit for an hour. On top of that I had ordered the salted caramel and it was a Reese's blizzard. First world problem I know, but definitely was enough to make it so I never visit this place ever again.

This is the last time i will ever go to this dairy queen again...went through the drive through the lady taking my order was short with Me would not allow me to finish what i was saying without cutting me off to rush me to finish My order. When I finally got My order out. I get to the window and it's all wrong because she would not take the time to listen to me. They had no drinks other then tea or lemonade with no apology and then to top it off My chicken tenders were old . This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience here but I wanted to give them another chance but never again

So I went through the drive through on 5-29 @ about 8 pm. There was no light on at the drive thru sign. Me & my Mother waited patiently for about 15 minutes before realizing it probably doesn't work, so I drove around & waited about about 15 minutes before I reached the window & asked the latina lady @ the window if I could order there because I don't think the drive thru was working as nobody came on & the light was off. She said NO very rudely, didn't even greet us to say hello, how are we, nothing. I said but nobody even said Ill be right with you or to hold on or nothing so I assumed it didn't work, can I just order here? She said no, we were backed up, & that's how it is, u gotta come inside or go all the way around again. No smile, no Hello. She said most people just wait. I'm like how do we know to wait if u never even came on to say anything? Anytime a light is off & no one speaks its either not working or closed. My poor Mom has dementia & all she wanted was an ice cream cone before I dropped her off at home. So I took her to McDonalds, Thank God they were nice & professional even tho we had to wait in a longer line. Customer service is everything! It will make customers want to return or not return. That lady needs to be trained to work Customer Service. I worked Customer Service including drive through for years. Never did I treat anyone in that manner! You always let the customer know you will be with them shortly I hadn't run into that. I am usually the one that makes sure I recognize good employees & write good reviews because I appreciate good service. This is the first bad review I ever had to write. She should be fired! She doesn't belong in Customer Service! She makes your Company look bad!

People who work here are rude. No matter how many cars are in the drivethru, They are always slow. Cant get ice cream from this place since the machines is "broken" all the time and will always get the food wrong or something is missing a huge chunk of the whole entire order. Gave them a lot of chances. But I can't deal with them anymore.

Ordered 1 shake and 2 blizzards. The shake was watery and all 3 did not taste right. I used to be a manager at a DQ years ago and from my experience, it made me think their soft serve mix was going bad. Also, their machine doesn't seem cold enough because the mix doesn't set. I could see the separation from the mix to what set through the machine through a clear glass with the milk shake. We didn't take more than a couple of bites of the blizzards and tossed it all out. Very disappointing.

This place is trash after 9pm. They always seem to be working on their machine or out of stuff, so I left and ate at chic-fil-a next door 🤣🤣🤣! While sitting here enjoying my chicken sandwich, I’ve now seen in 20 min like 10 cars go to the order screens and just leave and go somewhere else. They should close at 9pm cause they are not serving anyone after 9pm. Owners should check the sales report after 9pm, your losing money paying folks to do nothing. Never coming back to the 31st St DQ, peace out! ✌🏽

Asked for a cookie dough blizzard, got a vanilla blizzard with cookie dough bits. Apparently they only had vanilla ice cream left at that time if night, that’s fine but not what I ordered. I was too rushed (monster truck behind me) to bother refusing to accept it. If you don’t have something....just tell me instead of passing it off and hoping I don’t notice. Xoxo

We were there yesterday Inwas so excited about my food , then to see the man and lady preparing my food my hot dog with no GLOVES , I asked them why aren’t yoh wearing gloves other staff said “ we told them to put them on they refuse” some arguing between staff happened the lady was scratching her head then to proceed to touch my food I asked for a refund of 44.00 and some change the ladies at the front very kind issues me my refund and apologized, the staff making the food very rude if yoh have cameras look at them !! That was disgusting 🤮

Literally the meanest people work here. Rude to you in the drive thru. When I ordered they had a nasty attitude and dismissive. I guess that’s who they want to work here now a days. I’ll just go to freezing point for my ice cream. Local, kind, delicious. Seems like no one cares, since a lot of other customers are complaining about the same thing.

Wife ordered a shake, the lady that took the order was extremely RUDE, we paid. As she was making thw shake another employee reach to take a cup that they used to catch the ice cream that drips after they use the dispenser, the lady grabbed it from him and poured it into my wifes cup and was using it to make the shake. We just walked out. They was nasty and no telling what all was in the drippings catch cup. Unbelievable.

I stopped by Dairy Queen with my best friend because she requested we grab a bite before heading out of town to help a friend move. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The buffalo chicken tenders looked old and were extremely salty, to the point of being inedible. Even more concerning, my friend found an entire banana peel inside her Blizzard. Additionally, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, as it appeared that some employees were not getting along during our visit. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

My work had put in an order to be picked up. I called on behalf of them to give an update first thing when they open. At first I wasn't able to get through so I waited and then I called back. The other end of the phone was silent so I hung up and tried calling again again. Silence I waited a few more minutes and called again and whenever someone answered the phone I got screamed at by someone saying, "WHAT DO YOU WANT" so loudly that it actually hurt my ear. If the number on Google is ingrained it needs to be updated because that was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. And if it is the right phone number and you're willing to treat your customers like that. It's not a place I want to go back to

A week ago they ran out of ice cream. Today 02/15/24 the coke was flat with no carbonation. The burger patty was half cooked. The Peanut Buster Parfait tasted like ice milk, there was literally only FOUR (4) small peanuts on top and hardly any chocolate. The fries were hot and fresh. All for the overpriced amount of over $21. I feel robbed. I believe I was overcharged as well. So not worth it. Don’t waste your time or money here. No wonder there was only one car in drive thru and one customer inside.
