I love the team in the 31st location. Always helpful, friendly, and hardworking. They go out of their way to help everyone including those with disabilities or mobility issues to make sure everyone is served well. The best team and great leaders. The place is alwsys kept neat and decorated during the seasons.

I hardly ever write reviews unless it’s something egregious or really exceptional. This BK location is amazing. I am obsessed with the BK iced mocha and they always have some ready. The drive thru is so quick and dine in is just as quick! Expecting a Michelin star meal at a fast food restaurant is crazy but the food here is always delicious and hot. The staff are polite and quick at their job. Please treat service workers the respect you expect as a customer. Amazing location and amazing staff!

Out of all the Burger King's around Temple (that I know of) I like this one the best. The staff is a lot nicer than the others, the food is better (the fries actually have taste and my sandwich doesn't look like they stomped on it) and the restaurant is the cleanest. They're a lot quicker than the other locations by far.

Honestly I think this place isn't too bad for what I've experienced so far but good quality is a hit or miss when it comes to chicken, like recently I had ordered those new buffalo nuggets and when I got home they were stone cold compared to my burger (still tasty tho) but other than it it's fine. While the service is beyond exceptional. The food is meh and lacks taste. It serves its purpose when all the other places have lines and the local burger 🍔 king 🤴 is always packed full of no one. Points have disappeared on my account on the lack of patronage to this local burger king. But the staff is truly amazing and I thank you!

I can get over speaker mumbles and the occasional gross food (so hit or miss here)… but if Whopper Wednesday is no more, at least quit using Miracle Whip rather than mayo—like no one could taste cutting corners. Sometimes the food is great, then they slack and I wish I hadn’t gone at all. One more time of that disgusting mayo substitution, and I’ll stop encouraging others to give BK another shot, and stop going myself.

It's 8: 50 p.m., and I understand that you want to finish cleaning and close the ordering channel on time. But please note that your business schedule clearly States that 9: 00 is the time for you to close the dine in. Then please close it after nine.

I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches and two hash browns at this place with a coupon. The young Caucasian, skinny gentleman who served had the most nonchalant, worst attitude ever. Why I had to get an upper charge for a substitute for the two coffees with the mean. And the croissant sandwiches and hash browns left a nasty taste in my mouth. The cheese tasted bad. I wish I was not charged for the coffees I did not even drink and order. Lastly, another Caucasian worker here looked at my funny.I may not ever return to this place if a supervisor does not reply to me on this Google platform.

They can't get your order right and the manager speaks to you like you're lying when you ask for the items you paid for. Pick a different one. I always have issues when I try to give this one the benefit of the doubt.

I stopped by for Whopper Wednesday and let me just say the cook was not in the mood today. The bottom bun was hard around the edges, top bun dry, meat was warm just TERRIBLE.

Worst experience ever went through the drive through explain to them my order. It seems as if she had a problem or issue with the particulars of my order. She gave me a watered down milkshake with no chocolate as I asked and complained when I told her to replace it. Won't be coming back here zero stars

We politely asked if we could still eat inside and were told oh I’m getting off at 9 and there will only be 2 people here. Terrible staff and employees; rude and have no etiquette. Would not suggest this location for anyone at all! They need a new management. All except one man was polite and respectful. Someone needs to correct their employees.
