Me encanta ir a ese lugar, pero deberían de prohibirle la entrada a las de adobes, ranchito, tablón, aguilillas, cerrito, jardines de oriente y Juan Pablo, pero de ahí en adelante todo perfecto, a ver si en Cinepolis estrenan pelicula de la India María 🥰

Es un buen lugar, tienen buen café y buen ambiente, los productos son caros pero si valen la pena.

Un muy bonito lugar el mejor café, que puedes probar si eres amante del café, cuenta con estacionamiento, es pequeño no tiene mucho espacio así que aveces es bueno llegar y llevarte tu bebida, no recomiendo los pasteles.

Como el resto de las franquicias, sus productos de muy buena calidad, son atentos los empleados y muy agradables sus instalaciones

El mejor café de Tepatitlán junto a Cafetería el Tremendo, este lugar es más caro pero el servicio es muy bueno además tiene espacios para pasar un buen rato.

I have tried their products in other branches and I think they lack training in this one. The American coffee is too acidic, as if it were old, the prepared drinks taste like boiled milk with sugar, it doesn't matter if it's chai, latte, matcha or taro.

I love their coffee, but the service in the morning is terrible. They take too long, get distracted, and are slow. I've gone at night and there were other people and everything was fine. They need to be faster because it gets so crowded.

El cafe es muy bueno, lo malo es el servicio que dan y no acatan indicaciones del cliente, das instrucciones y hacen lo que quieren

El internet es muy inestable y se desconecta con frecuencia. Intenté trabajar desde ahí y fue imposible mantener una conexión estable. Fue una mala experiencia. Mucha mejor la otra franquicia de cafe y por el mismo precio.

No se si fue mal momento o mala suerte pero, llegamos a las 9:17 pm y desde la llegada la chica que nos atiende estaba de mal humor, lo primero que nos dijo fue “solo hay para llevar” siendo que aún faltaban 43 minutos para cerrar, las bebidas que nos sirvieron no tenían sabor, quizás por la prisa que tenían o el humor por un día complicado, me agrada más el servicio y el sabor en la “Flor de Cordova”.

Lugar agradable el cafe muy bueno el personal grosero y prepotente los sándwiches horribles e insipidos 😩🥵

The service in the afternoons leaves much to be desired: the manager treats customers poorly, the staff is rude, and they prepare drinks hastily and carelessly. There's a brunette with blond hair who is incredibly rude. I wish they'd replace the manager and the afternoon staff. In contrast, in the mornings, the service is excellent and the service is very friendly. Honestly, it's not a place worth the wait.

I visited this café intending to enjoy a vanilla frappe, but instead, I was handed a mocha frappe without prior notice or confirmation. The afternoon atmosphere is quite heavy; the staff serves reluctantly, constantly criticizes newcomers, and displays an unprofessional attitude toward customers. Regarding hygiene, I observed employees without hairnets, touching their faces or noses while working. They also use profanity and are distracted by recording live streams during work hours, in addition to looking unhappy, which negatively impacts the experience. It's worth noting that the morning atmosphere is very different: calmer and more pleasant. However, the overall afternoon experience leaves much to be desired, and it would be important to improve both hygiene and staff attitude.

I went for a coffee on Thursday afternoon, and it's very disappointing to see the arrogant and miserable way the cashier treats the employees. I came here with the intention of relaxing and left with a bitter taste in my mouth. How do they have this woman working there? What an image it gives the brand!!
