The place is super nice. The bathrooms are very clean. The prices are a bit high, but I swear it's worth every peso. I tried the coffee, it was 8.5/10, the bread was 1000/1000, and the food was 9/10. One of the best places in Tepeji to get coffee.

I loved the concept. It was a surprise to find a very pretty cafe with a basic but delicious menu. The bread is made right there, and I'm in love with the cinnamon rolls.

The food is delicious; this place is definitely worth a visit. The only thing that needs improvement is the service; the staff seems a bit tired, but the food and the atmosphere are excellent. Highly recommended.

I really like the food at this place. The atmosphere is great. I had a Cochinita Pibil baguette sandwich, a sol salad and pesto salad. I loved my food. Unfortunately the drinks were not good at all, flat and without flavor. The ice tea I requested tasted like water, it needed more tea bags. I am a heavy coffee drinker and the flat white needed more shots of espresso. Also, if I am dinning in, please serve cold drinks in glass. Why serve the food and hot drinks in nice dishes and serve cold drinks in plastic! I know I am being harsh on the review but I really like this palace. I stop by in Tepeji often and I wish there were more places like this. I truly enjoy this establishment. I expect to visit this place often.

The bread is good, but nothing special. As for the drinks, I didn't like them at all. The coffee beans they use are good, but the preparation needs a lot of improvement. The service was terrible. It took them an hour to serve us, and only one girl was friendly. I think they really need to work on their customer service. I have no desire to return.

The guy who serves is very rude, somewhat despotic, besides not paying attention because he spends all his time playing games, the coffee is completely tasteless and he serves you in a horrible way.

Terrible. I didn't even get a seat because of the way the people there were (they didn't respond to greetings and made unpleasant gestures). You want to have a pleasant time from the start, and it wasn't possible because of them. I had heard good things about it, but they ruined it.

I went with my family and bought three of their baguettes. They had very little filling (lettuce, a small amount of tomato, a small amount of unmelted cheese, and Serrano ham because that was all they had). Their menu is very limited; they only have turkey ham, no leg ham or ham with other ingredients. Their sweet breads don't taste good, and overall they are expensive for what they offer.

The baguettes don't taste as good as they used to. The service from the person who brings you the food and the cashier is very rude, despotic, and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Without a doubt, things were better back when the owners started.
