It's a great place I give the food a 9 out of 10 The food is exquisite...the chicken is just like the secret Kentucky recipe...the banderilla was DELICIOUS and the breads are delicious, I LOVE IT I didn't like the soup because it's sweet A 6 out of 10 for service The girl was very attentive and I loved that they start preparing it as soon as you order What I HATED is that a girl charged me $11 for a popsicle when the freezer said $8.50 and then they charged me again for that same popsicle and it was $9 If you're going to eat there, be careful how much you're going to pay and don't get charged DOUBLE for the food Pay EVERYTHING at the end

The chicken is very tasty; the pieces are large and juicy. A thousand times better than KFC's chicken. They also offer decently flavored mashed potatoes, pineapple soup, and carrot salad. Their menu includes burgers, fries, octopus salad, and other delicious appetizers. The only thing I would change would be the decor.

Super bad service. Two angry customers left at 5:00 p.m. They cut off service because they said they were starting to clean up. They asked us to wait half an hour for the chicken to be cooked since they didn't have enough. The lady was cheeky and despotic, with no customer service attitude, offensive in her manner. It's a shame since the food is delicious.

The supposedly 100% "arrachera" skirt steak burger is the frozen kind sold in department stores, tasteless and flavorless. The chicken had no parentage, not because it was actually good, but quite the opposite; it was also extremely fatty, and what can I say about its "complements" of salad, mashed potatoes, and cold soup? It's better not to even mention them. The question is, would I eat at that establishment again? The answer is yes, as long as they open a new establishment with new staff and better ideas.
