Very clean, tidy and impeccable, delicious food.
I recommend the chicharrón gorditas in green sauce. The place is clean. The only two issues I found are that the employees make suggestive comments to the customers and are very noisy (the food has changed; I think they fired the girl who cooked exquisitely). There's no parking and it's very small.
A place to eat at the bar, where they serve you. Diner-style. Good food, good service, and affordable.

Berenice's lifelong service is always unbeatable, she is synonymous with kindness. HY the chubby and pinched ones are absolutely delicious. They give you accessories for a better culinary experience. The flavored waters are very rich.

For a tasty and inexpensive breakfast or lunch with good service, try the gorditas. The downside is that it gets quite crowded and the place is small, but it's worth the wait.

Time to go eat at Las Gorditas and the flavor doesn't change, very good for that. It's a shame that now you have to wait to eat there, because the space is limited for a few people.

It's a good budget-friendly option if you're looking for good flavor. The gorditas are a good size and the fillings are well-seasoned; the chicharrón was my favorite. They have a good variety of salsas and toppings that complement the gorditas perfectly. Just keep in mind that the service is just okay and the space is quite small, which can be uncomfortable if you're in a group. Therefore, I recommend going alone or, at most, as a couple. My recommendation would be to order takeout.
I've always liked them, but today someone else was preparing them reluctantly, and they were poorly served and had a different seasoning.
The chef... seemed to be in a bad mood today... otherwise everything was fine...

They're delicious, truly exquisitely seasoned. If it takes too long, you should go without a rush or order well in advance. Most of the time, the service is slow, there's a lack of space and cleanliness, and the service isn't the best, which is also why they get too crowded. It's rare when you spend less than half an hour and find few people, but the clientele they have means the food is delicious. I recommend ordering them to go!
I can't comment on the food because I never got my order. Honestly, it looked delicious, which is why I arrived, but after about half an hour of waiting, they served other customers before me, so I canceled my order. I had a bad experience; I hope others don't have the same experience.
Today I went to buy some food; the pork rind in green salsa was delicious, but the rest was just okay. The person preparing the food was in a bad mood, and another woman with dark skin was incredibly rude. I want to believe they're hard workers and, since they're paid daily, they're annoyed that sales are high, because we spent about 600 pesos. I hope the owner pays attention to this.
