All the drinks are delicious, from the coffee and frappes to the chai and micheladas. I love the perfectly gratinéed molletes, and the wood-fired pizzas are also very tasty. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the smell from the bathroom wafts to the tables in the back, and on more than one occasion, it's quite unpleasant.

The pizzas are delicious, the service is very friendly, and they have good promotions. The only downside on promotion days is that the pizza doesn't arrive as hot, but that's understandable since they must have a lot of orders. It's something to consider when ordering on promotion days, but other than that, everything is great.

I see very good reviews about the customer service, is that true? Today I placed an order, and they said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. If I hadn't stood up, no one would have paid any attention. The order was ready, I think it had been waiting for about 10 minutes, but the staff was very distracted. Finally, a young woman started checking and asked for my name just because she saw me approach. Their prices are good and the place is very nice. 🤷‍♂️The menu is extensive.

-5 stars, they made me pay a bill that was not mine (it was not my fault but the fault of the employee who gave me some pizzas that belonged to other people), terrible service, I want a refund from Tower pizza😡😡

Very bad service. The service is very poor, and it takes 40 to 50 minutes to get your pizza, plus the staff is rude.

BAD EXPERIENCE: When I placed a delivery order over the phone, the person told me that my address "was really close" and that it would be better to go to the branch to pick up my order. When I got to the counter and tried to pay by card, their terminal failed twice and didn't show any charges. However, the amount was deducted from my account. Very poor customer service and terrible customer service.

The delivery service was terrible. The receptionist never notified us about the high volume of previous orders and that the delivery would take more than an hour. When we told the manager, he just said the order would take 20 minutes longer, without offering any further solution or apology. 🤷🏼‍♀️. Not recommended at all.

Waited 40 mins people walked in after me were served first & no English speaking staff pizza had very little tomato base & salad was mostly lettuce :( very poor
