The place is quite nice and centrally located, and the prices are very cheap. It was almost empty when I arrived, and the drinks came out very quickly. The service is friendly. The flavors are good, and decent. One downside: They don't accept card payments. The man who serves is a bit sarcastic.

De los únicos lugares en Tepoztlán para comer algo tarde. Pedimos tortas que era casi la únicas que quedaban. El servicio es algo tardado. No estaban muy bien servidas las tortas, pero estaban sabrosas. Aunque no es de lujo, es un lugar adecuado.

The fruit was very scarce, the meat in the chilaquiles was very dry, and the service was okay. The place is centrally located and does the basics, but it could be better. The announcement that "if you're in a hurry, you've come to the wrong place" strikes me as in poor taste. Other places, when I'm in a hurry, offer me options...

I guess we speak different love languages! My language is a full cup of coffee rather than half a cup, and less cheesy synthesized saxophone music, and less (no!) honey all over my fruit salad.

The service is mediocre, and the place, with its "love" theme, feels anything but. I found a fly in my orange juice, asked for a replacement, and they didn't even apologize. The kitchen looks dirty. The food tastes okay. The prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants.

This Cafe is not a good recommendation. We ordered one Latte and got a Flat White Cafe, one of the dishes in the menu was not available and WIFI is not available in this Cafe.

NO VAYAN!!! Pedí un baguette de pechuga de pollo y la carne parecía mas bien muslo y mal cocido y lleno de pellejos, la verdad me dio mucho asco. Mi acompañante pidió arrachera y no tenía sabor. Además tardaron muchísimo en servir y el señor nos incomodó con sus preguntas y comentarios intrusivos, nos dio muy mala vibra. Nunca volvería y no lo recomiendo para nada.

En Café Amor el encargado no tenía amor, nos trapeaba los pies y limpiaba de mala gana, pésimo servicio. Además tardan mucho en servir los alimentos y quieren que pagues con cambio. Se disgustan si no traes cambio. De hecho hay letreros de que si traes prisa no llegaste al lugar correcto y ese tipo de cosas... no me sentí a gusto.

No me gustó. El precio excesivo para el platillo. Pedí chilaquiles y eran tostadas remojadas en salsa. Los huevos morita, eran un sólo huevo estrellado bañado en salsa. Sin pan, por cierto. No entiendo por qué tan concurrido.

Didn't eat, didn't drink, didn't get the chance. We arrived at 2pm and were told they were closing. My advice, update your Google Maps listing as it says open until 6pm. But the one star rating is more about the attitude when we did arrive. Disappointing for the Cafe of Love.

No one greeted us from the moment we walked in. The food is affordable, but the flavor is the same. My partner and I ordered enchiladas and chicken sopes, and they tasted bland and even plastic-like. I wouldn't eat there again.

Terrible! They took 40 minutes to serve us, and they were incredibly rude. I ordered sopes, and this is what they served me: they tasted like raw masa, had no beans, and were soggy. They have a sign that says the wait is worth it, but no, it's not.

Against. From the moment you walk in, there are prohibitions. NO this, NO that—these are common-sense things. I don't know what kind of people go there, but I don't think so many signs are necessary. I don't think there was a wall without one. On the other hand, it's one thing for the dishes to take time and for you to have to wait, but they also warn you not to bother going there if you're in a hurry.
