Personally, I loved them. The dough is thin and golden without being dry or stiff, there is a good amount of cheese, and the price is reasonable. It is an excellent alternative because it has home delivery within Tepoztlán and it is quite fast. They are very friendly both at the branch and the delivery men. Highly recommended.

They need to upload more information about the menu to Google so you can order delivery. Sometimes they don't have individual pizzas, so you have to order a medium one, which is too much for one person. The service is a bit slow, and for eating there, the service is very basic. They don't serve you very well, they don't tell you what to drink or give suggestions, nothing. Wow, the pizzas are good. You have to be patient and not too hungry, given the time they take.

The tomato sauce is terrible. The cheese is low quality. They say they don't have all the sizes and force you to buy something bigger. The burger is okay, but the meat is frozen.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza, according to them it came with 8 slices. And they sent me a pepperoni pizza with 6 slices. I called to clarify this, and they only answered. I don't think I heard well. It was a really bad experience.
Terrible service, you call to place your pizza order and when they bring it, it's not the one you ordered. This has happened several times. They tell you they will change it if you wait 45 minutes and you wait and it doesn't arrive. You call and they don't answer because they're already closed. 😡😡😡😡 They send you the ones they want, not the one you ordered.
The customer service is terrible, as if they were doing you a huge favor by delighting you with their pizza, especially the lady at the counter. The ingredients are of average quality and the cheese is of terrible quality, very greasy. I do not recommend it.
