Venimos a comer y todo estaba delicioso. Mi esposo se pidió un corte de carne y este estaba jugoso. En mi caso pedí el aguacate de cecina y wooow! Delicioso! Fuimos atendidos por Alexis y una atención muy amable de su parte, además de estar siempre al pendiente. La cocteleria es igual rica.

La experiencia fue a ncreible, la comida es deliciosa y la vista muy buena. La música es agradable y tiene un volumen que permite platicar. El mesero Alexis nos atendió muy bien. Recuerda mandamos vino, tabla de quesos y la cecina.

Muy buena atención de Fernando siempre estuvo atento, no se separó del área para ver si algo requeríamos..... Me sorprendió la calidad, sabor y rapidez de los alimentos.... Las bebidas ni se diga, super bien... Lo recomiendo y volveria a regresar.....

Muy buena experiencia en general. La comida estuvo muy rica y bien servida, las vistas son muy bonitas, estuvimos hasta la parte de más arriba y el ambiente es cómodo y tranquilo para pasar un buen rato. Quiero agradecer la buena atención de Alexis, estuvo siempre atento, amable y pendiente de los detalles, lo cual hace una gran diferencia.

Last Monday, December 1st, we went to eat there. The menu was good, but when we went to pay, they charged us and told us to send the receipt and our tax information to a WhatsApp number. I've been waiting ever since, I've sent them reminders via WhatsApp and they've remained silent. So, if you need to verify your food, don't go there.

Overall the service was very attentive, very nice. I would say it was the best thing. There’s a great view from the top floor on the terrace. There’s a variety of Mexican dishes and antojitos. Also for drinks. I guess depends on the day and time to know how busy can I get, when we arrived there was quite calm and chill.

Love the upstairs terraza. Great views of teposteco. Prices are decent. Had the sirloin burger was very good my partner had the tacos arrachera and was very good. Great ambience. It's on the to lunch or dine list when in Tepozlan. Highly recommended.

We showed up late and unlike some restaurants, the staff greeted us happily and took great care of us. Food is excellent, had the ribs and the sirloin steak and the molcajete. Mojito was average, beer was cold. Highly recommend.

Lugar agradable con buena vista, su comida es rica con buen sabor, recomiendo las tostadas de aguachil de cecina, son grandes y saben muy bien, la parrillada especial viene bien servida, es como para 4 personas, considerando no pedir entradas, su carne tiene buen sabor, su queso fundido con carne lo recomiendo comer enseguida que llegue para disfrutarlo. En cuanto a los precios, son un poco altos, pero se compensa con la proporción de la comida, la atención del personal es muy atenta y amable

Muy agradable lugar con bonitas vistas al Tepozteco, el ambiente y la decoración está excelente para una tarde con amigos o una cita. La comida no tiene nada de extraordinario, está normal, yo pedí pollo a la plancha y una sopa azteca. El servicio puede mejorar, a pesar de estar casi vacío a los meseros se les olvidaba nuestra orden, se tardaron mucho en traernos la cuenta y hubo cosas que nunca nos llevaron. Joel fue el más amable y servicial, incluso se disculpó por el servicio

El lugar está súper bonito pero la verdad la comida no me gustó y los precios se me hicieron un poco exagerados. 🍲 Comida: Pedimos chilaquiles con cecina, el aceite donde frieron los totopos ya estaba quemado pues se quedó ese sabor impregnado en las tortillas, la salsa estaba muy aguada y salada. Lo único rico fue la ensalada y la cecina. El café pues feo la verdad 😭 🌸🌸🌸 👨‍💼Servicio: La verdad gran servicio muy atentos. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 🪑Lugar: ¡Hermoso! Restaurante bonito en una terraza con buena vista. Música agradable y sin tener volumen alto. Platillos buen sin ser muy buenos. Precios un poco elevados desde la vez pasada k lo visite. Pero el lugar es bueno para visitar y tomar unos drinks con los amigos.

Went here for some drinks on a Thursday night. Was very quiet but still a nice, chill and relaxing experience. Lovely cat who hangs around as well. Staff were friendly and very clean toilets! Slightly overpriced for the drinks, with the Mojito Traditional being underwhelming. However it’s a lovely place.

Frappe mojitos were excellent, and it was a lovely terrace. The service, however, was really weird. The waiter seemed like he wasn't paying attention, as several times we have to repeat ourselves just to order something simple. The toilets also had no paper and needed to be cleaned

Rather disappointing experience, and overpriced for the quality. The guacamole was decent, but the tacos were just a thin piece of meat with some peppers, and the frozen margaritas were pretty much just dense ice and impossible to drink. The view from the terrace does not justify the price. I would not recommend this place.

Overpriced for what it is. The food doesn't live up to its appearance in pictures or on other tables before you order. The sirloin hamburger was just a thin ground beef patty with no flavor. The Alfredo spaghetti had ham, which wasn't mentioned on the menu, and the server argued with us that Alfredo pasta is supposed to have ham. Well, maybe Alfredo pasta includes ham in Tepoztlán, but in other parts of Mexico or the world, it doesn’t. We ended up ordering another Alfredo pasta without ham, but besides still having a piece of ham, it wasn't eaten because a bunch of flies were flying around it and got caught in it. I mentioned it to the server, but she didn’t seem to care. Of course, we were charged for both dishes. Overall, we were disappointed with this place and definitely won't be back. There are many other places in town that truly offer amazing food and even better prices."

A ñs many other reviews have mentioned, they tried to rip us off. When we arrived, we were told drinks were two for one. However, when we went to pay, the bill was at full price. It’s a shame because our server was great, but it wasn’t fun to end the night feeling scammed.

If I could give a no star to management I would! Service from other waiters was really good the young kids waiters treated us good, but the managers main ones try to scam us when they said the card wasn’t working we waited 30 minutes for him to go get another machine so he can swipe the card, before that he wanted us to transfer money to him! I said no because why would I have to transfer to the account! After 30 minutes my card went through with a different machine, he never once showed his face again for the inconvenience and sent his staff. Not even once he apologized. Please don’t go here! Take cash! What a bad experience in my first day of Mexico!
