Delicious food in a great spot, very nice atmosphere just by the lake. Service was good although very busy. Menus generous with true Italian cuisine. The white wine on glass I had to change as it tasted off, but I was offered a new glass for half the price, and that wine was.mich better. Staff service minded and very kind. Great place for family, friends or as a couple for a chilled and relaxed evening.

The food is very good and there are lots of items to choose from. Very nice service. The chefs are very knowledgeable about their dishes and can give good advice. The restaurant is by the lake and from the tables on the terrace you can see the lake and the mountains.

Scoperta questa pizzeria durante la visita ad amici che abitano in zona. Ambienti raffinati e con una vista invidiabile sul lago di Comabbio. Tantissima scelta di pizze a prezzi ragionevoli, impasto sottile e prodotto finale molto gustoso, digeribile e bello da vedere (ovale su piano in legno...). Unica nota negativa che ha un po' penalizzato la nostra permanenza, in una serata di caldo assurdo, aria condizionata spenta o al minimo, ho finito di cenare in bagno di sudore... 🙈🤷🏼

Un posto veramente incantevole, pizza un po’ diversa dalla tradizionale ma nel suo insieme buona. Ci tornerò sicuramente perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Avrei messo 5 stelle ma la carta dei dolci non l’ho trovata adatta alla location e al servizio. Un piccolo dettaglio negativo che comunque non penalizza il ristorante.

Hotel is at a good location close to the lake with nice views. The rooms are spacious and tidy and everything worked as expected. The staff is super friendly and many speaking English. Breakfast is good with lots of fruits. We didn't go the restaurant for dinner, but the terrace looks really neat. The hotel rents out various type of bicycles like race, MTB, trekking or e-bikes.

La location è carina e il posto sul lago, abbiamo preso la pizza ma sembra una piadina, servita su tagliere tipo pinsa. Dopo quasi 22 anni che abitiamo qui a circa 500 MT, è la prima volta che ci sia…

Abbiamo mangiato bene, i camerieri avevano fretta che dovevano andare via, però ci hanno fatto lo sconto di 4 euro

Pranzato all'aperto vista lago, bello! Servizio composto da ragazzi giovani inesperti migliorabile; Tipologia pizza proposta non è pizza ma nel complesso apprezzabile. Nel complesso bene.

The pizza dough is bland, thin but not crispy (a tigella-like consistency, stringy). The toppings are plentiful but of mediocre quality. The quality/price ratio is quite good. In summer, eating outside is impossible due to the mosquitoes that come in from the lake.

Huge portions, mediocre food.

Bella terrazza vista lago. La pizza : sembra uni'mpasto di piada, dovrebbero specificarlo . La forma a pala con ingredienti non male ma non aspettatevi la pizza tradizionale. Preso una porzione di cozze alla marinara sicuramente surgelate dalla consistenza stopposa.

È stata proprio una serata triste. Immaginate una serata uggiosa, a Varese. Nel locale tavoli con persone sole, probabilmente finite lì perché alloggiano nell’hotel di fronte. Una pizza normale, affettati normali Servizio normale. L’unica nota positiva, il sorriso Gentile della cameriera di origine turca. Uno dei tanti posti che speri di dimenticare presto.

Cena di san Valentino da dimenticare. Fin dall’inizio si è percepita una totale disorganizzazione del personale: i camerieri non sapevano quali portate fossero già state servite o quali mancassero al nostro tavolo, creando confusione e lunghi tempi di attesa tra una portata e l’altra. Come se non bastasse, durante il servizio il personale ha persino litigato in sala, davanti ai clienti, rendendo l’atmosfera ancora più spiacevole. La qualità del cibo non ha certo risollevato la situazione: piatti mediocri e un “tortino al cioccolato” che in realtà era un finto muffin secco e insapore. Una gestione così confusa e poco professionale rovina completamente l’esperienza. Serata da dimenticare.

We ordered pizza, a cheeseburger and a risotto. Sadly only the pizza was edible. The risotto had a piece of metal in it, and the cheeseburger cannot be described as a burger. It was two half buns with tomato slices, an ultraprocessed beef patty and a slice of cheese on top. No dressing, no taste. No condiments. We had to ask for ketchup just to add some flavour. Despite gently letting them know that I didn’t want to finish the risotto or have them make me a new one (lost my appetite and the trust in the kitchen), and my son gave up on eating the burger, we still paid full price. Staff was nice but did not offer any compensation as they only offered to make the dish again.

Shocking service. Waited over an hour for basic food. Avoid, if you value your time.

Terrible service. We waited one hour for 2 salads and gnocchi pomodori! When I asked for explanations at the time of the bill the waiter had the nerve to have an attitude saying that we all arrived at the same time!! As if it’s the customer’s fault. Only 2 waiters for the entire dinning room! Will not come back.

Greeted at the front door by what I assume was the pot wash whom barked orders at me to go around the back . The menu when sat down was seafood heavy and small. I personally went in there for a Pizza with the building sign claiming it was a Pizzeria, but no pizza's was being served. The view is great but let down by the service and availablity

We asked to eat outside and the waitress seemed to think this was an inconvenience. We were the first to arrive and the terrace was soon full. Unfortunately somehow our order was missed and everybody else was served first. We were ignored for nearly an hour with 2 small children. All staff were generally quite surly. Food arrived eventually and was quite good. 1 star given for the view....
