Vinimos a tomar un café. Estuvimos esperando sentados q nos atiendan.. vino una chica con anteojos y el uniforme manchado con legia. Nos atendió de mala gana. Le pedimos café y croasans. Trajo el café sin croasans y siguió atendiendo gente.esperamos 5 min y nada. Me acerco a decirle si podía cancelar el croasant que ya estaba terminando el café. su respuesta fue “ eran de regalo igual “ pagamos en barra y nos dieron el croasant “de regalo” 🎁 👏🏼😂

La de pagar en efectivo creo que alguna camarera no sabe cómo funciona…. Además, yo creo que por decencia básica de hostelero. Si una persona te paga en efectivo una cantidad determinada, tú la coges efectúas el pago y ya está; no te dedicas a coger el dinero que quieras y luego decirle al cliente que “no entiendo nada de porqué le das esto”…. En fin

Servicio muy mal!Camareras muy antipáticas y con muy pocas ganas de trabajar! Después de esperar media hora te acercas para pedir un café por ellas no vienen y con mala leche te contesta que tienes que esperar en la mesa,y después de otra media hora viene a atenderte con muy mala cara!No lo recomiendo en absoluto!

Camarera que pasa de los clientes … y cansada de siempre lo mismo 😡 cierran cuando quieren , a dos horas de cerrar te obligan a tomar solo cubatas ,cosa que me parece increíble que ni una triste infusión que es calentar agua , y se anuncian como cafetería ….. una pena ya que es un buen sitio para tomar algo! Perooo siempre que te dejen 😓, ya que cada fin de semana cierran a una hora distinta. Lo mismo un viernes cierran a las 2:30 de la noche que vas el sábado y a las 1:20 te dicen que ya están cerrando… 🤷🏻‍♀️ y pone que cierran a las 3 de la noche… depende de donde vengas mejor llamar 😅 o ir directo al sat.patrick’s que pone que cierra alas 4a.m y realmente cierra a esa hora! 🍹 o a tomar un buen café o infusión alas 12:00 de la noche si quieres en OSCAR’s Bar !

Todo perfecto sin nada excepcional, pero la atención deja mucho que desear y la encargada o dueña de lo.peor, la camarera intenta salvar la situación pero no puede hacer más, se puede comer en mejores condiciones en otros locales por ejemplo el Botanic.

La comida estaba rica y la camarera muy atenta,lo único malo fue la actitud de la encargada siempre con mala cara i muy mala actitud con los clientes.... Una pena

Que tarden 15 minutos en servir un café con leche cuando literalmente hay menos de 10 personas en el establecimiento, me parece muy heavy, no es la primera vez que ocurre, y la dinámica siempre es la misma.

Muy buenas, acabo de levantarme. Pocas mesas, y nada nada de atención. Nos hemos vuelto a ir, servicio nefasto. La camarera ni nos ha visto, han venido dos mesas más, y los atiende, y nosotros perdona??? He levantado la mano 3 veces, y nada de nada. El chico de la barra con el móvil todo el rato. Ya llevamos 3 veces así, ya no iremos más. Si los dueños quieren que su local tenga esta fama, pues mejor cerrarlo o contratar a gente más proactiva. Muchas gracias.

I'd give it a zero if I could. I've never felt so awful in a place. It took over 30 minutes to get a coffee, and when they finally brought it, the spoon was dirty and the coffee was stained with lipstick. I asked for a replacement, and they brought me another one and poured it so roughly that it spilled all over me. Never again! Horrible experience.

I can't give it 0 stars. The waitress was incredibly rude, pushy, and brazen... speaking in a condescending manner. You can't put more than two tables together, even if there are 12 of you. It took 20 minutes for patatas bravas with nothing else on the entire terrace. The sandwiches are just tiny rolls, like one or two mini rolls... they're practically empty, just cold cuts and little else. It's a disgrace to be in a shopping center.

iUnivers Parc Vallès is a disaster on weekends 😡. The waitress spends more time chatting with her colleague than serving customers 🗣️⏳, and you can easily wait 15 minutes. They only serve alcoholic drinks from 10 pm 🍹, and sometimes even cocktails aren't available ❌. Plus, they close whenever they feel like it 🕒. Either they replace the waitress, or this place is going to go under ⚠️👎.

Absolutely rubbish! I went to iUnivers Parc Vallès at 11:30 and, despite advertising a café, they told me they couldn't prepare anything hot. What's more, the waitress made me wait about 10 minutes before serving me, something that has happened before on weekends. Unprofessional service. Awful 👎 Oscar's bar is much better! ☕️

We've been coming to the Iunivers Heineken in Parc Vallès for years, a place that advertises itself as a café and offers hot drinks from morning until late. However, today at 11:30 a.m., the waitress told us they couldn't make coffee, tea, or herbal infusions, which contradicts their own menu and what we've always been served, including by her. Furthermore, the service was unprofessional: she saw us arrive, left us waiting while she talked to her colleague, and only served us when she felt like it. They've had problems with schedules and excuses before, but today was the last straw. For a place that presents itself as a café, the lack of attention and consistency leaves much to be desired.

I wish I could give it zero stars instead of one. Every time I go, the experience gets worse. If you want to go to a bar where the staff seem more interested in themselves than you, this is the place for you. The first thing you do when you arrive, sit down, and see them chatting on their phones, etc. Then they make up their own rules. Some days they show up whenever they feel like it and tell you they're about to close, even if it's not the time listed online. Other days they give you coffee or tea at 11:30 am, and other days they tell you they don't serve coffee or tea after 10 pm... These are their own rules, pulled out of thin air. If that's what you like, this is your bar. If not, I recommend you go to O's Bar or St. Patrick's, which is where I always end up after being kicked out or not getting what I order.

Terrible service, I'll never go back! The worst mixed drink I've ever had. I paid for it reluctantly; I should have even left without paying. We asked for a complaint form because of the poor service from the waitress who served us. She was very arrogant, even rude, and started off badly by rudely asking a guy at my table to move aside so she could serve the drinks. The thing is, she had no idea what was on the tray or who it was for, and without asking, she mixed up the alcoholic drinks of two of my friends. They didn't realize until they had already mixed them with Coke and Schweppes, because both drinks were clear. We politely explained the situation to the waitress, not demanding that they change the drinks, but at least hoping for an explanation and an attempt to resolve the issue. Quite the opposite: once again, the waitress, very haughty, blamed us for not knowing that gin is served in a balloon glass... we received the same explanation and the same haughty treatment from the bartender and the manager, who didn't intervene at any point to try to resolve anything. She completely ignored us and didn't speak to us until we approached her directly, asking for the manager (who turned out to be her). It all ended with me requesting a complaint form and leaving me with a very bad feeling. I certainly won't be spending my money there again. THIS HAPPENED ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST. Let's hope the owners do something about the staff from that night...

The waitress treated us terribly from the start. She was rude to us, served our drinks incorrectly, and when we pointed it out, to no one's surprise, she responded rudely again. We asked to speak to the manager, and instead of the manager (who was also in the establishment), he brought us another waiter. In the end, we were left with the incorrect drinks so we wouldn't have to pay for her mistake. To top it off, the complaint form never arrived.

I don't understand the concept of this business. Saturday, 10:30 p.m. I order a coffee and he tells me it can't be a cafe (but they have the coffee maker on). I ask for San Francisco and he tells me it's not a cocktail bar either!!! I didn't get a drink. Incredible, so I won't be back.

Tonight at 10:15 pm I ordered a coffee and the waitress told me it wasn't available. However, she then served it to someone else and only brought it when I asked her colleague again. I found this situation unprofessional and unfair.
