Everyone who works there provides great service, and I really hope they keep making those delicious pizzas. Their bread is soft, unlike the pizzas you find nowadays. I love it!

I understand they're short-staffed in the afternoons, but the service shouldn't be so slow, especially if I'm the only customer. The pizza tasted good, but it was very hard.
The truth is that the service was very bad. I approached to ask and the employees didn't even look at me or offer me anything.
It's really not worth it. The pizza is totally ugly, it has no flavor or anything. The staff is very friendly, but the pizzas aren't worth it. It's better to get a Little Caesars (they have more flavor than this one) and they're cheaper.
They NEVER send chimichurri sauce for home delivery; the driver says, "We ran out, we'll send double next time," but they NEVER do. When you call, they just say, "We're out of it," and hang up. TERRIBLE.
Terrible service, there's a girl who "unless you're white and have green eyes" won't serve you...HDPM...they should fire her or close the store...Terrible
Absolutely terrible!! They should close down. They used to be my favorites, but lately they've been awful. Today, September 15th, I ordered a pizza and it arrived two hours late. I even asked the delivery guy if it wasn't cold, to which he replied no, that's what the thermal bags were for. When we got to the apartment, we opened it and, oh surprise, dried-out tomato sauce, hard crust, hardly any cheese. A really bad pizza. Last time we ordered from them and I don't recommend them, much less that branch at Exhibimex San Antonio.
What a rip-off! 250 pesos for a small pizza! The slices looked like X-rays! Thin and tasteless, and they even sent it with toppings I didn't order! You and Papa John's are the worst!
The pizza is horrible, never eat there. Besides the high prices, the service is terrible, and the hygiene is appalling. There are cockroaches at the counter.
NEVER order pizzas from here. You call to check on your order after an hour and a half, and they say the delivery driver is on their way, but they never give a specific solution. My pizza never arrived.
Terrible, they never have change, and I can't believe they can't do anything about billing. That goes for everyone.
