This place is great, clean bathrooms, nice people. Food was some of the best whataburger in the state for sure. Went here twice and both times got free fries they added to my order lol! Go check them out!

My family and I visited this location a couple of weeks ago. There is a young lady who worked the drive through wearing a tag named Dessi Pooh and she was the sweetest! We grabbed dinner there our night arriving and had breakfast for our departure. Each time Destiny greeted us with a friendly voice and big smile. It’s not often we get to meet genuine souls in this world. I hope you all know she’s a great asset and made our visit efficient and memorable with her customer service skills. We hope to see her smiles again!

What A Sight When I Went, It Has Been Remodeled and Looks Absolutely Amazing. The Customer Service Was So Friendly And Courteous, There's 2 Windows Now, Our Hamburgers We're Delicious and Exactly as Ordered, There French Fries We're Fresh and Oh So Good. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We ordered 2 double cheese burgers, a chicken sandwich, onion rings and fried and also drinks. Everything was ON POINT!!!! I think this is one of the best burgers I've ever had and would like the opportunity to eat here again. Thank you!

The GM at that store was amazing! I have never seen a manager TALK to her team and strict but not telling and getting mad at dt times etc. Amazing communication between her and her workers! They were all amazing. My hubby and I are very very satisfied with our visit there!!

We stopped here on our way home. The service was great, the cashiers greeted us as we walked in and were very pleasant. There were numerous young people working here, and it reminded me of when I was in high school working at a local fast food place with all my friends. Their happiness and friendship while they worked caused the atmosphere to be a very enjoyable experience. The location was clean and our food was made hot and fresh. My advice to management is keep up the good work and keep hiring these young people. They made our experience wonderful.

We stopped in on Easter Sunday for lunch as we were traveling through. The employees were very friendly and even gave our son a prize egg for saying Happy Easter. The food was great too.

My family and I stopped here for breakfast. We’re in the area for work. This was our first experience with Whataburger. The food was amazing, but the employees were even better! Everyone made us feel welcomed and I highly recommend this location. I got a biscuit and gravy combo, and must say it’s the best I’ve had in a long time! My husband got the honey biscuit and that was just as yummy.

SUPER fast drive through! We had a pretty big order with a few customizations and the employee taking our purser didn’t miss a thing! Our order came out perfect, and the employee handling the window took extra care in checking we had everything. All workers seemed very friendly! Props to that team, wish we had them in our hometown!

At 9:00 Sunday, I was 6th in line at the drive thru. A young Whataburger team member came out, cleaned the drive thru stand and trash area at the backing the store. He stopped to greet a lady on a walker whom I’d observed struggle across the parking lot. He smiled, greeted her (as he did all us ‘waiters’) n escorted her in the entrance! Kudos to this employee n all (including Brit at the window) as they were having to bake fresh jalapeño biscuits). Y’all do great customer which we appreciate! Yummy food, too!

We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival, our orders were taken and our food was delivered to our table within a reasonable time. The dining area was clean and well stocked. Our food was as we ordered it and was good.

Decent Whataburger, food was good, A/C was lacking, service was very slow.

Decent food prices are average. The storefront was clean and organized. Bathrooms were in good shape. Friendly workers. Only issue I had was with parking lot. It had trash all over.

This is the best fast food hamburger in town. The double meat with cheese works very well for me and my son, while my wife likes her single Whataburger with all the veggies... And I have to admit that the lettuce tomato and onion work a lot better on a Whataburger than they do on most fast food burgers. I like the onion rings and fries too.

This particular day, I had used my rewards for breakfast, but needed help. It was simple but the cashier was very patient and friendly My only complaint was that the eggs seemed to be less than fresh, however, as I ate, I saw someone come in with fresh eggs. I know we can't be perfect but I enjoyed my meal.

This is a great location as far as I'm concerned, they got our order correct and the food was tasty and fresh. I think employee's really make or break the experience and as fast food restaurants go this particular Whataburger has some terrific workers. First off they are attentive and polite, they seem to genuinely care about their jobs and the customers and that im itself is becoming rare in this day and age. So cheers to the crew trainers, managers and the employees at the Texarkana, Texas hwy 82. You guys rock!

While our experience was good and there wasn't any issues with our meal, this happened. We are on our way home from Texas to Tennessee and stopped to eat at Whataburger. As we were getting ready to leave, my son went to throw some trash away and a young man was standing by the entrance. He asked my son if he had a few dollars to get something to eat. Well, we don't carry cash so I told my husband to go in and get him a meal. He went and spoke to the young man and told him to come in with him. He said he couldn't because management said he was "bothering" people. Y'all! It's over 100 degrees here. He legit just wanted something to eat. They wouldn't even let him come in with my husband. We got him a meal, took it out to him and asked if we could pray with him. He gladly said yes, he'd like that. After we prayed, he thanked us and said that once he's back on his feet, that he would pay it forward in the name of Jesus. His name is James. He is down on his luck and was just hungry. He is human. He has a heart and bleeds red just like the rest of us. I am very very disappointed in Whataburger Store #521 in Texarkana, TX. We bought him food. What was it going to hurt to allow him to eat in the air conditioning? There was no other customers inside! Its not like he would be "bothering" anyone. I am proud of my son though. Just like us, he recognizes that just because someone is down on their luck, doesn't make them less of a human or a child of God! Please y'all, spread the kindness and love any chance you can!

Honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich was good, burgers remind me a lot of Sonic which isn't a bad thing. Fries weren't bad but weren't anything special either. Service at this location was super friendly when I was there, multiple employees passed and cheerfully checked on us while we were there.

I went inside instead of going through the drive-thru which I normally don't do. Staff was friendly. The food was meh. Which it's always a hit or miss with any fast food. Overall the restaurant was clean including the restroom. I'll of course be back.

I LOVE whataburger! They have always been served hot & fresh! except the one on new Boston rd near Wake Village are not like that ( sob) It's just sloppy now. Disappointed in the employees there.

Whataburger has been around since the 1950s and is well known for their classic hamburgers. This is the first time that I dine at this location and my experience was bad because I received cold food and didn't have much flavor to it and to top that there was some Whataburger employees in the dining area acting a clown which put the atmosphere to zero

After waiting 15 minutes for our food. it was good. Could see our food sitting on the counter. After I went up to the counter to check on it, the cashier looked to see if she had put in our order in. It seemed like the drive-thru had priority over eat-in orders.

Whataburger used to be my favorite burger place. I ate there today and ordered the number 8, small with double meat. This is me personally, it seems that something in quality has changed. The burger does not have the same flavor. However the food was hot, and prepared perfectly. Whataburger streaming hot fries just can't be beat. I love them. I do like the remodel. It has a much better appeal than the old look. I would have given four except for employee attitudes. The very worst. For credit, the lady at the register was awesome. She appeared to enjoy her job very much, and was exuberant about service. A five. From that point on it was all down hill. The lady who brought out my food placed the tray in front of me, mumbled something and walked off. No napkin, no ketchup for my fries. I observed a young man giving condiments to a person nest me. When he walked past me, I called "sir" twice before he stopped. I asked for a napkin, then thanked him. His response was indifferent. To be fair, I think I still expect service from a bygone era, which we will see only occasionally.

We were here for dinner, arrived around 5 pm. The store was clean but really smokey. All of the staff we interacted with were very nice. Our receipt said our cashier was Dysheanna (I don't have the receipt, so if I misspelled it, I'm sorry). She was especially nice. Our food was prepared correctly and arrived hot and fresh, had approximately a 10 minute wait for 2 orders of chili cheese fries, a chili cheeseburger, and a double burger with cheese. While we were waiting, I ordered 3 pies on the app, and they were ready when our food arrived. The restrooms were also clean. If I stopped here, 5 star review. The issue was some of the staff when not in the front of the house. One woman in particular. She came in yelling at the other staff about how she's "afraid to go back here. Y'all got it so smokey, yall been hotboxing s h ! t back here or what?" Which led to my daughter asking what hotboxing was. Many staff, male and female voices, were yelling and cussing and complaining about the customers so loud everyone in the lobby could here. There needs to be some training on professionalism regarding mannerisms and tone/projection of voice.

Well first time here... Tables and floor are dirty... Tables need to be wiped down and floors need swept....friendly staff when ordering. Waited at least 20-30 min before we got our food....got the cranberry apple salad it was fresh and good, however they forgot to put the chicken on it.... The hamburger was on doughy side and they put too much onion on it.. the chicken bites were crispy but almost on the dry side... Probably won't come back to this location...

The burger that I had was just thrown on the bun with the meat hanging off the bun & a portion of the patty was missing. The smell from the restaurant was a whole lot better then the finished product. I definitely have no desire to return. I will cook my on burger at home.

Eventually, I gave up and drove out to the 24-hour McDonald's at exit 213 on I-30. Once I had my food, I came back to check on the line. The car behind me, who took my spot in line? On the rare occasion when I feel the need for fast food this is where I go semi-regularly. I will admit to being disappointed in the service and food I was served. There were at least six employees there and the wait to place my order was a little long. Once the food was served I was against disappointed by the quality of it. Overall it did not seem like it was made to order and the fries were covered in salt. Not just a little but a lot. There appeared to be no care in serving good food and no driving force to serve it in as short time. Sad considering there were only a few people in there at the time. It wasn't like they were inundated with orders. I'll try again one of these days but not soon. Showing a little care in the food being served and pride in their work would have helped tremendously.

We placed an order on the app and went to pick up through the drive thru. The order was incorrect. They gave us the wrong size drink and we were missing a breakfast platter from the order. The front person told us they couldn't take the drink back (even though they did not give us what we paid for), then told the kitchen we needed a breakfast platter. While we waited we got a refill on the wrong size drink and the cashier raised her voice to yell that we can't leave and come back for refills. We never left, y'all messed up our order. Your cashier should receive some support and training on how to make errors right.

This place used to be so good but I just went and had a horrible experience!! 1. The girl in the drive thru was practically screaming in the mic, she was nice but super loud. 2. I sat in line for about 20-25 minutes only to pull up to the window and see everyone goofing off in the back. 3. No one had no idea what they were doing or what was going on. 4. I received my order with no ketchup or napkins in the bag and the fries weren’t even salted at all and tasted like old oil. This used to be my favorite place but it’s not what it used to be. I don’t know if they are short staffed or just don’t care but it was RIDICULOUS and I have never sat in a drive thru so long!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because at least the people weren’t rude

Not bad on the food but make sure to take the time you need to read the screen. Attention to detail is one of the most important things to consider and pay attention to, not getting food correct because it's busy is one thing but failing to take the time and get the orders right takes away from business. I think y'all should retrain the staff in lunch rush to make sure they pay attention to the details.

imagine going through a drive-thru at 3:00 a.m., getting to the window and realizing you need sauce, which they charge for and and offering to pay for it, and then being told that you'd have to go back through the line to get the sauce. after you spent $31 on a meal for two people. good food, won't be back.

I would have been great meal. The lady that rang me up was moping and sweeping the floor and then she dropped fries in the fryer and still had on the same gloves 🧤 on . She didn't even wash her hands. First and only time I will stop there for a meal.

First make sure you check your receipt because they will add extra food on there that you did not order and when you bring it to their attention be for you leave the resturant the manager will claim that it will be uploaded onto your card instead of taking the extra order off then. Also instead of putting my order on one ticket they split it up into 2 tickets claiming they can't put 4 orders on 1 ticket claiming that there is a 2 person order limit. So I had to order my food than put both of my kids order on another ticket. So with all being said I am still waiting on my refund for the meal I didn't order or get but was charge for.

My friend slipped and fell on a floor with no wet floor sign. The girl mopping thought it was more important to chit chat than to do her job, she was not helped or anything. And then one of her little buddies walked out and started laughing about how someone slipped and fell. They both started laughing while we were sitting near and talking loudly. I made the mistake of trusting the maybe 18yo who gave me my food when she said everything is in the bag I didn't even check anything until I got home turns out they forgot my hashbrowns and sauces for my kid so I drove back up there to get what was missing and when I did eventually get what I bought it was loose in the bag with the sauces that I had to remind them a second time to put in there and I asked if there was anything I could get in return for my troubles and being on the road for over an hour right after work they gave me an old stale cookie as a way to say sorry and was unbelievably rude I will not be coming back myself but I will be telling all the people I could do without to head that way for every dinner if I could've given zero stars I sure as hell would've

Second time and the same nasty food . It's a shame because Waterburger is one of my all time favorites. It's this location . The lady who took my order even ask if I needed anything else and the only thing I ask for not done !

They finally got ice coffee and it was nasty. I went thru the drive thru order ice coffee and 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. I usually like the biscuits but it was salty and burnt and the ice coffee tasted like black coffee as if she never put the French vanilla cream asked for in the drink. And i asked for a large and this is what I got then asked the worker about the size and she said that it is a large. If I was going out of town to my appointment I would have given them their food and asked for my money back!! I will not go back.

Horrible service. Food given was not even close to what I ordered and onion rings were burnt and so hard we couldn't even eat them. When I called to complain the phone just rang and rang until it cut off without ever getting answered. Ordered the new bacon chicken sandwich.... Was given 1 double burger and 1 single burger....??
