I've visited twice. The first time was for a breakfast package with enchiladas, which included bread, coffee, and juice. The enchiladas were delicious. The second time was for a milanesa torta to go and a café de olla. The torta was very large, very well prepared, and delicious! The waiter was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much :)

I ordered takeout, and it was excellent. Their specialty is tacos. The tortillas are a bit larger and thicker than standard, they're generously portioned, and they have a wide variety of salsas. They might take a little while, but it's worth the wait. Highly recommended.

The food is delicious. We came for Mother's Day. There was a menu of huitlacoche cream, lettuce salad, and Italian pasta. Some of us ordered shrimp and others chicken; everything was delicious. They're a little slow to prepare, but it's worth the wait. The server was new; you could tell he was in training, so that's probably also why he was late. I would definitely come back.

The place has a different concept than what we're used to in Teziutlán. The food is good, although the prices on the menu sometimes seem a bit off. It has a small parking lot and the atmosphere is pleasant. Recommended for the friendly service and the variety of food.

The food is very good, but the service is excruciatingly SLOW. It takes them forever to get an order of tacos. The first time I went, there were a lot of people, and I thought maybe that was why they were taking so long, but the second time it was exactly the same, and they weren't busy at all. I hope they improve that detail.

Tienen mal trato hacia el cliente. Tardaron en limpiarnos la mesa y después nos dieron el pedido para llevar, cuando en ningún momento dijimos que fuera para llevar.

They allowed a customer to carry their dog on the sauce table... 40 minutes later they still didn't have my order and served me a "complimentary" consommé which had an unpleasant smell 🤢... I had to leave immediately. You know who I am, I visited you just this past Sunday night for the football final game.

On October 25th at 9:00 PM, I only had two tables with diners and they were already served, I asked the taquero who would take my order, he was there for 10 minutes and they never took my order nor was the waiter there, nor did they tell me to wait or anything... What I saw was that since they were serving Iuamp diners, they didn't even serve you, I thanked the taquero and left because the waiter never appeared nor did they serve me.

I would definitely NEVER return! I ordered an alambre, and the presentation was appalling, with burnt onions and a few strands of Oaxaca cheese that were also burnt; the alambre barely filled half the board. The dishes are NOT what they advertise and show in these photos. We also ordered an "arrachera" burger, which only had a few strips of meat, and they were dry and dry, with no juice. It wasn't even a traditional burger patty, and the yellow cheese was unmelted and cold. We also ordered a melon agua fresca, which magically had a lot of guava seeds inside the glass (they didn't even bother to clean the blender jar from the previous agua fresca). 🤢 And to top it all off, they charged us 30.00 for an extra side dish, for serving us salsa and a few cucumbers that were sitting on a table nearby, because they don't bother to put a side of salsas on your table. I'm quite disappointed with La Ramona! Not recommended at all!
