Love love love this location. The service is great and I get my orders quickly. The OreoWow is my personal favorite! Highly reccomend trying Kung Fu Tea next time you’re craving boba.
Very helpful on informing us what teas and drinks are available.
I like the service the drinks were great.5 stars
My first time here and it was wonderful. While studying the menu I mentioned I had never been a customer before and didn't know much about specialty teas. The staff took extra time to explain all the items on the menu, how to customize my drink, and ask what specifically I was looking for. And my first tea was delicious. I will definitely come back. They even have an app where you can order ahead of time. Thank you King Fu Tea for a great first experience and for having such wonderful staff.
I LOVE the 242 Kung Fu Tea location. The entire staff is AMAZING! The drinks are super flavorful and I love the new Kiwi Punch! I go almost everyday for a new drink combo or even repeat orders, every time it is tasty af!
I ordered the strawberry yogurt lemonade with herbal jellies. They were out of Boba so I tried that (which I was told it's a weird flavor so be warned). The drink I got tasted like strawberry short cake, for all the lovers of strawberry short cake I would heavily suggest this to you. Absolutely amazing texture in the jellies and in the drink, amazing flavors and service. I would definitely come here again and suggest to my friends as well!
They are our local favorite for boba. Taro Milk tea made with oolong and honey water. With regular boba is a family favorite after owner recommended it to our son. But everything is good. Grandkids loved playing the games there.
Their bubble tea was so good! They were quick at making the drink and their popping bubbles were fresh and full of flavor. If you do not know what to get from there, get the mango slush with the mango popping bubbles. It is so good! I would definitely recommend this place.
This is the best boba you can get in the woodlands! the servers are great and the drinks are really good every time without fail. The customer service is also very good. Last time I visited, my friend dropped her keys in the garbage can and two employees helped her retrieve the keys by helping her dig though the trash can. 10/10 would recommend this place if you're looking for a very friendly, helpful customer experience when getting boba! Thanks a lot!
Great customer service! The girl that helped me took the time to recommend me a drink after I told her it was my first time. There was a really long line the time I went, but they still got me my drink in a timely manner. I love the pandan egg waffle, which was nice and crispy. Best boba place in the Woodlands!
We took my friend here, who's never tried boba before and she fell in love with it. Boba was amazing, and very friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommended!
Great Boba and the claw machine and games are an added bonus! Our go to is the Matcha double boba half sweet.
It is my first time in Texas and I had a terrible day. Thankfully, I visited this shop... "Rory" was absolutely sweet... The guy who was there (didn't ask his name, sorry!) was very nice too! He spoke Spanish to someone else, which I appreciated as well... Still, I do have to give a second shout-out to "Rory" because she really got my back with a few things since I was so lost! Thank you so so much! Also, the mango green tea was great, so the advice was on point! I hope she's getting some good tips, because she really did handle everything gracefully and quickly!
Boba and drinks were made to perfection. Had some issues with the app and the worker was super helpful. Made our day!
This place was awesome for me to knock out some studying. They offer board games for those who want to hang out with others. The vibes are chill and the tea selection is huge. I got the matcha milk. Loved the fact that they had options for lactose free. I will be back and will probably order the same thing.
Delicious variety of choices! Endless possibilities! Includes treats like bubble waffles & korean hot dogs. Call ahead & order for best results (create your own drink mix, like Taro Coconut). You can specify hot or cold, amount of ice, amount of sugar, toppings (Boba, popping pearls, jelly, pudding, red bean, oreo, & more), and size drinks (hot drinks only one size). They also have caffeine-free, milk-free, and lactose-free drinks. Fresh all natural lemonades! Ask about their seasonal or limited time only drinks, like purple yam! Download their app "Kung Fu Tea" (gain free drinks with orders, more items listed, but can't make combos) or Order on Postmates (some items not included, doesn't always work). Very friendly! Excellent location! I definitely recommend! (As of 3-2-2021 they're looking to hire someone, per sign on their door.)
Good drinks with friendly staffs, Highly Recomended! My favorite was Oolong Milk Tea, Kungfu Milk Tea, or passion fruit green tea, There BOBA is a must ( tasted so good and fresh) I tried the eggs waffle with milk cap ( sea salt cream) and it’s like a match made in heaven....
The staff is friendly and they will be more than happy to recommend you something from their menu according to your likings, depending on what you are looking for. I liked that they have affordable prices. The tables by the window are my favorite spots to seat because I could just sit there to read and enjoy my drink in a very calmed environment.
For a new place up in the woodlands, it is very good. The people who served me were very nice and professional. For boba that isn't usually my go to place, this location change my mind regarding Kung Fu tea. The drinks I tried were very tasty.

Good drinks and are always consistent in quality but the people behind the counter seem to be unhappy or unpleasant most of the time. For an encounter that may only last a couple minutes, even a fake smile can brighten someone else's day. Aside from that, the tables and restrooms are always clean when I've visited so I feel there are otherwise no issues. Perhaps the pay is very low or the conditions are bad? Are they shy?
Ordered some milk teas over the app and they were ready to go when I arrived 10min later! Hassle-free! The only reason I give 4 stars is because most other milk tea businesses come with boba. Kung Fu Tea offers boba for a slight up charge ($0.50) which isn't too bad, I just only had $4.00 for a drink. Quality was very good!
We had the general tos Chicken and it was very good. We also had hot and sour soup and it was close. I say that because there was a ingredient that was overpowering to the point he almost couldn't eat it.
My daughter wanted to get Bobba. She ordered Thai Tea. Unfortunately we didn’t get Thai Tea. They gave us something else. Couldn’t have been a mistake, since we were the only ones there. What we got was good, but not as good as Thai Tea
I really love Kung Fu Tea (honey boba is delicious) and was writing them a great review. I even tipped on both of my visits. I usually go to the location in Katy. Minus a star for serving the customer who came in after me first. My drink was waiting to be served and I just stood there and watched them not get it. How odd. This location has egg waffles which are pretty delicious. Not available at all locations. I just am not sure I will come back now. Will visit other locations. 5 stars on the food and drink. Clean new location. 3 stars on the service. 4 stars overall but probably lost me as a customer (which I realize is only 1 person.) Hope you have better luck.. 🙏🏼
Honey milk tea is good! Very sweet. At other places they ask you the level of sweetness you want. They didn't ask me here. Not sure they can adjust that.. The menu is too long. The service was cold. The interior is not inviting or cozy. This is more of a to-go kinda place. But the drink is good. Overpriced, but good.

This place is ok. The drinks are good but this is the second time I've ordered a taro "slush" and its pretty much the consistency of milk tea. Not much ice or thickness. I come here cause it's the closest place around me for tapioca but have been disappointed with the consistency of the drinks.
I’m huge on customer service. It just isn’t there. The cashier was bordering on rude and cancelled my transaction twice because she said I needed to select a tip. I love to tip above and beyond for great service, but I selected no tip for this reason alone! Their service was terrible. My kids love boba so we stayed. The tea was mediocre and quite pricey. We won’t be back
Went here for the first time today. Wasn't offered suggestions on what to order. So i asked for a peach mango tea and was told no they can't do it only exactly what's on the menu. I then asked can you do half peach and half mango tea and she said no again. So I ordered the mango green tea with mango jelly. I'm not sure if the tea is bad or over steeped but it had a very bitter aftertaste and has some white foam on top. Very odd. I wonder if it was soap residue as that's what it tasted like. I had to throw it away. 😞

Went to get tea with the strawberry shortcake novelty cup advertised on this pacific location & they did not have any of the strawberry shortcake items! Droce out the way to come. And was disappointed. Promotion already 2 weeks in! Felt like it was just lure
The drinks were good and my total was $12, which would be fine normally. Except when I paid the ladies at the register took awhile on the screen and refused to give me my receipt and I didn’t think anything of it at first because it’s just a receipt. Until I got home and I looked on my bank statement and they added $3 tip for themselves and charged me $15.12 instead of $12.12. Absolutely ridiculous and basically stealing! It’s a shame because I liked the drinks but them taking money was not cool.
If I could rate it lower than one star, I would. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Here's why: 1. The place is not inviting and lacks any atmosphere. 2. The staff seems disinterested and unmotivated. 3. The Taro Milk Tea I tried was awful—no trace of Taro flavor whatsoever. It was by far the worst Taro Milk Tea I've ever had. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.
I love Kung Fu Tea and have been to basically every location in Houston. This is by far the worst one. The staff is not friendly and always looks unmotivated and bothered. The asian guy never seems happy or pleased, which is weird since he looks like the Manager of the establishment. The bathrooms are not clean at all. The actual drinks are okay, there’s definitely better locations or even other boba stores around.
First of all the bathrooms are super nasty worse than a gas station no paper towel and all nasty overall, and some off the employees are so rude and helpless I ask and Asian / Chinese guy employee for help with the the app and he seem like he didnt want to help and was rude about it.. I usually come here often and I wanted to know how the app worked , I will find another place that appreciates my business. Shame on that employee.
I’m not one to ever knock down a business but the tea that is being served here isn’t even tea. I ordered a Thai tea this afternoon that I paid almost $7 for just for me to drink it and it tastes like a cappuccino with boba. I’ve had Thai teas on a weekly basis and whatever they are serving here is coffee. The employee on duty wasn’t exactly excited but it’s okay we all have our days but I expected the tea to be at least up to par or at least be tea. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
I came to get a mango flavor green tea with regular boba. I got it with mango fruit in it . I didn’t want that . Just regular mango flavor green tea with regular boba. When I told the cashier who made it he was quick to say “ yes I got regular boba like the label” . I pointed out the mangos in the drink but he still said that “ what I ordered” . I didn’t order any pieces of mango or fruit just regular boba. You can see fruit pieces in the photo.
It is rare that I will take the time to post a 1 star Review. I love Bubble Tea. I typically frequent the Valley Ranch Kung Fu Tea. However, I now reside in the The Woodlands, so I was super excited to be so close to this location. I have been to The Woodlands Kung Fu Tea six times, at different times of the day. Four of those times, they have been out of Boba. Two of those times, they have made my drink incorrectly. So, I don't know if they do not use the same recipe/process as the other locations, or if they just don't follow the procedures to ensure consistency. I have worked in the service industry at different stages in my life. I understand that people, especially hungry & thirsty people, can be quite difficult. When I see a facility with a high percentage of salty or unhappy employees, it makes me wonder what kind of energy exists from the top down. That energy of saltiness and unhappiness is finding it's way into my Bubble Tea. The product is not delicious. It is inconsistent with the original recipe. The service is unwelcoming, uninviting, unhappy. Something has to change. Kung Fu Tea is my favorite Bubble Tea place, but this location needs some assessment. My Tea of choice is the Cocoa Cream Wow with Milkcap, just in case they want to make things right. These drinks cost $7.60. It is unfortunate, because when made correctly, it really is delicious.
I had came here several times when pregnant and ordered the cocoa cream wow, it was my favorite due to the warm and cold mix. Every single time I had gone it was fine, when I asked for no ice they’d literally give one ice cube to help accommodate me since they can’t do “no ice” for a warm drink. Today? I was told by the employee NO we can’t do “NO BOBA”. No, we can’t do “ONE ICE CUBE”. When he gave us our drinks I saw both of ours had half the cup full of ice! The employee then grimaced, and admitted he did put a lot of ice. So i asked him to remove the ice. He said “well i already blended all the brown sugar in.. sooo” — which then he took the drinks back, dumped out the ice, and topped it off with a truck ton of milk. we paid $13 for two large drinks of JUST MILK. Worst experience. Drink was poorly made and they weren’t even warm like it’s supposed to be. Poor service explains why it’s empty and multiple friends of mine have complained about the same dude messing up everyone’s drinks. I don’t normally act this way, but if I wasn’t busy I would’ve asked for a refund or someone else to remake my drinks.
Roasted chestnut tea with boba is not great. It was waaayy overpriced for the quality of the boba. The employees are antisocial and they do not give their input when asking for help. They had some card games, but it was nothing special. May or may return. Honestly, definitely won't. 1 star.

To the only guy that is working there this afternoon. It wasn’t busy. Take the time to wipe down our drinks... It’s not rocket science. Unless you’re just lazy or hate being there on Saturdays. My wife’s drink wasn’t sealed all the way and leaked all over her arm. When that happened you looked at us like we were a nuisance and never said sorry. Would not recommend this location.
When we walked in, it was busy, which is completely understandable. However, the employee did not greet us or acknowledge our presence—not even with a “give me a moment.” Instead, he continued working without any communication and had us waiting for quite some time. I understand that it was busy, but a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. His attitude made it seem as though he did not want to attend to any additional customers.
We walked in and although it was busy, no one greeted us or acknowledged us. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a difference. Instead, we were left waiting without any communication. We decided to leave that place and went to ShareTea instead — losing them a sale of 12 boba drinks. Customer service matters.
