Excellent bbq. Too top notch. Can’t recommend enough. If you can get up this way do it. Ribs are amazing.

I really really like this spot been there many times love the burritos good prices good food great service the owner is a stone cold fox and very sweet environment, location, service is top notch one of my favorite places to eat I haven't tried their ribs yet but from what I'm told and seen 👌 😀 👍 if you read this you better go or your missing out!

They have the best tri-tip sandwich and hamburger. I’ve been eating here for several years and have only had these two items since they are so good. I’m sure the other food is great too but I have yet to try it. The service is great also and it’s clean and fast.

I have lunch here a lot. Different size portions makes it easy if you're not too hungry. Mac n cheese is super creamy.

I love beef ribs and it is so hard to find beef ribs that are cooked and flavored the way I like them... most of the beef ribs out there are too sweet... or just too expensive.... I also love hot links... Ranch Hand BBQ is a great place to eat, the staff are super friendly, and they are rather quick with getting your orders out. If you're a meat lover, then give them a try... and be sure you remember to tip the staff - they are great people!!!

Friendly staff. Great BBQ sauce selection. (Sweet, Smokey Mesquite, and a Spicy) Mac n Cheese is creamier than Wood Ranch, which I preferred. Tri tip was cooked medium well and there was no option otherwise. But it was a good cut of meat. And we were there at 1pm on a Wednesday. (I imagine it's better during rush hour when they're making a lot more) I didn't try them, but my fiancee said the garlic rolls we're just rolls, under seasoned and nothing special. Wood Ranch rolls are superior. I tried the pulled pork as well and it was fantastic. Ill definitely be going here again instead of driving all the way out to Wood Ranch. I highly recommend.

This was one a few places open despite Covid-19 and I'm grateful. The BBQ is outstanding. Some of the best I've had. The brisket was super tender and juicy. I also had beef ribs which is extremely hard to find. They were big, meaty, amazing!!! Throw that extra spicy sauce on and your in heaven on earth!

I frequently visit this place for their amazing and affordable bbq. The staff is always very friendly, the tri-tip is always excellent, and I'm a big fan of their homemade spicy bbq sauce - it's damn spicy. My only negative would be their lack of microbrews. Would be awesome to have a few years or at least a bigger selection of bottles.

The tri-tip was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the hot links were absolutely delicious. The service is always friendly, fast, and on point, and I love that the food comes out quickly without sacrificing quality. The owner is constantly walking around checking on guests, making sure everything is top-notch. Every visit has been a great experience with great food. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent BBQ. The brisket sandwich was tender, the bread was fresh with a good chew. I especially liked the Roasted Garlic hot sauce on the table.

Comfortable atmosphere, friendly service. Going above and beyond with fulfilling customers needs. I had the try tip pizza and I'll tell you right now, that this is the best pizza I have ever eaten. My girlfriend had the chicken breast tri tip and she loved it beyond words.

Found this place on Google maps so coworker and I decided to try it, we both agreed "EXCELLENT " BBQ! I had beef ribs potatoe salad, green salad & a drink. He had brisket and hot link plate. All was good both of us including the service. My coworker did say his hot link was a little on the salty side. Overall a must try!!

The service was quick and kind. I ordered the half brisket sandwich with baked beans. The brisket was good however not as tender as I hoped. The baked beans were really good. The prices were great.

I enjoy the food here and the staff is so nice. BUT my order has been wrong the last few times I've ordered. This time I ordered tri-tip sandwich, I only received the meat. Last time they forgot to give my side dish, I can't remember the time before that. I've rarely ordered lately because of it. They are always extremely nice and offer a free side dish-next time. I'd rather have my order correct. This time I didn't call. Suggest eat-in or thoroughly check your order before you leave.

The food is great and I've been here a lot. I usually get a tri tip sandwich and onion rings. The BBQ sauces have great flavor. Was disappointed to overhear the owner yelling at a young employee for making a mistake (seemed like it maybe wasn't the first time but pull him aside and correct him elsewhere. Why embarrass him by yelling at him at the register?..) She seems unpleasant and I do not like being there when she's around.

Good food and service . Ordered the bbq chicken pizza, it was really really good. The Mac and cheese was just o.k. but the sweet potato fries and tri tip are really good as well.

Food is very good but customer service is lacking. Purchased two entres online for me and the Mrs. When picking up the order I was asked if I wanted any condiments, including BBQ sauce. I asked for 4 sauces and the manager(?) quickly grabbed my receipt to confirm I was eligible for 4 sauces. She said “yes, that’s your max” and then placed the sauces in the bag. Another worked was placing utensils in my bad when the manager noticed there was 1 sauce in it. She pulled it out and admonished the worked for the extra sauce. Seems a little petty when it probably costs 5 cents for the small container of sauce. Definitely an opportunity to improve customer service and managing employees in front of customers.

Had the pulled pork 1/2 sandwich. I'm a light eater, didn't think i could finish it all. It went down so easily and was so yummy. A pickle garnish would be nice. Will go again.

They get three stars because the pizza was tasty. But... 10% surcharge for what? The prices are already very high for an order at the counter restaurant. They charge a 10% with no explanation as to why. Most likely will never return, food is not worth that money. Nor the service. Response to owner. There is actually no indication that the 10% upcharge is for inflation. I am well aware of the cost of running a business at this trying time. But the sign taped to your counter only states a "10% charge" and the bill itself states "surcharge" nowhere states "due to inflation" or the cost of redoing menu prices. Furthermore, the 10% cost to our 8 person bill was far more than $1.40. regardless, I'm sorry to say we will not be returning to your restaurant. Thank you.

The food here was unfortunately just okay for my taste. While I appreciated the speedy service, the BBQ itself, particularly the meats, didn't stand out. It seems like a place where individual preferences will vary greatly, so if you're curious, it might be worth a first visit. However, it's not somewhere I'd personally return to.

As a fellow chef, I love trying new places. The meat was cooked to perfection but lacked in flavor. The only flavor you get is by adding a ton of sauce or seasoning at the table. Basic salt and pepper at least during the cooking process would do wonders. Everything about this place is on point except the base meat flavor.

It’s a nice restaurant. The bbq isn’t the best. However, I tried one of their pizzas and that was pretty good. Though it was good, there are far better places nearby to get a good pizza.

The quality of this place really went down hill. I remember this used to be the spot to go to for BBQ when my friend Chris worked here.

I never write reviews and I have no intention on coming off rudely - first time coming here and I ordered the Al La carte brisket and chicken breast. Basically what I got was shredded pot roast in a cup and two previously cooked chicken breast that were grilled probably the day before and reheated. It reminded me of food from a cafeteria. My wife got the same brisket order and it was also in a cup and shredded. Total was $50. The staff was super nice but my wife and I aren’t the type to complain and ask for a refund - we ended up getting pizza afterwards.

For that price, I could’ve strolled into Woodranch, eaten like royalty, and still had enough change left to buy gum. The brisket? A little chewy, kind of flavorless, like it had a long day and just gave up. The BBQ sauce tasted like it showed up late to the party and tried to cover for it with awkward small talk. The potato salad—normally one of my love languages—was so underwhelming I found myself daydreaming about the stuff from Sprouts. Yes, Sprouts would’ve been an upgrade. Let that sink in. The garlic rolls were… there. Just there. They existed. They had mass and took up space. That’s about all I can say. I left half my meal uneaten—not because I was full, but out of respect for my taste buds. RIP $28, you died in vain. Ultimately, what this business needs is a chef who loves their job.
