Terrible service. You pay by card and they won't let you leave until the bank authorizes the purchase, even when your app shows it's in transit and you've already been charged. If you're going to eat there, opt to pay in cash to avoid problems, because they don't give you a receipt showing the charge hasn't gone through, even though it does appear on your app.
They charged us 4 extra jars that we did NOT consume and when speaking to the manager he behaved very arrogantly and hostile saying that we had to pay what the ticket said no matter what.
Terrible service, terrible food, terrible attitude. When the waitress served us, she didn't even give us a menu and showed it to us on her phone. The music was super loud at 1 p.m. We ordered fries and boneless fries, but they told us they didn't have boneless fries, so we just ordered fries with cheese. It took an hour, and the fries didn't arrive. We were about to cancel them when we saw a waiter coming in with a bag of frozen fries from Soriana. They told us they couldn't cancel because they were almost there. We told them that wasn't true because we had just seen they had just bought them. They told us they were going to charge us for them anyway and that they were going to give us the option to go. When they gave it to us, they gave us salchipapas, which we didn't order, and they charged us for something else. And when they gave it to us to go, they charged us for the disposable 🤡 SEPARATELY. We wanted to pay by card and were told they charged a 6% fee for using the terminal. ALL BAD! Terrible service, I won't go back and I don't recommend it!
Terrible service from the waiters. I asked to sit at the bar and they wouldn't let me because they had a mountain of drinks, and only one Heineken beer 🤦
