To my liking the California Roll I ordered was not tasty at all The Teriyaki Chicken tasted really good, but the chicken breast was cut in very large cubes. When the meats are cut in cubes looses his texture and flavor, the meat becames very dry and hard to chew. Rice, Salad and salad dressing were excellent. A new taste to my palate, but really, really good. The place is cute and very clean, ambiance is very comfortable and staff very nice, but not knowledgeable of the menu. Location is an upscale neighborhood,relatively near the Agua Caliente and Casino.

For many years, I had been a regular at Omi Sushi, in at least three of its locations. However, COVID hit, and things weren't so easy. Today, after several years of absence, I returned, savoring several of its dishes, especially the fresh tuna tataki. Unfortunately, my memories were very distant, as the service took, first, the 30 minutes they mentioned. And then, when they made a mistake and tried to give me baked tuna strips as tataki, it took another 15 minutes to prepare it properly. Both the chef and the manager apologized, which I accepted. I ordered seven dishes. When I got home, I realized they only delivered six. The tataki was made with recycled and smoked tuna, instead of fresh tuna. The chicken cuts were undercooked on the teppanyaki, and the yakimeshi rice had an unappetizing consistency. I called to get a deposit for the breaded mushrooms, and they told me the manager would be in touch with me within one to two hours to process the payment. It's very sad that the quality this restaurant represented has been ruined by such atrocious service. I'll have to find a place that truly lives up to the expectations Omi Sushi had created in me. Or at least try another one of their locations.

Orlando was an excellent waiter. The seafood was good quality. I must make a few observations: the avocado inside the sushi was brown and gave it an unpleasant taste. The samurai sushi, which includes fried lemon, had excessively thick and greasy slices—inedible. The other flamed sushi had wild rice grains that looked more like burnt stones. If they flamed it less, it would be very tasty and crispy, like puffed rice. And they didn't have wasabi. It was 3:30 in the afternoon, and they didn't have the means to send someone to buy some.

Before coming here, I read the reviews, and most indicated good service and/or personalized attention. Unfortunately, in my experience today, the cashier, who was in charge of taking the takeout order and processing the payment, had a very bad attitude, was rude, and unable to assist the customer. As for the place itself, it looks nice and spacious; the food was just okay. Regarding the prices, they are not in line with either the service or the quality of the food. If there were no other options nearby, I would choose this place.

El día de ayer 17/07/21 fuimos a comer y pésimo servicio ,no es el mismo personal de antes tardaron muchísimo tiempo y la comida fría, escuché que a otra mesa también no les dieron el platillo que habían pedido la mesea muy inexperta y de mala manera ví que tenían platillos en la mesa sin entregar. Siempre íba ahí pero no de dieron ganas de regresar ,sucio el lugar también .

Llegué a las 9:00 en punto (cierran a las 9:30) y me dijeron que cerraban la cocina a las 9, que solo barra fría. Entonces para que ofrecen a medias las cosas? Mejor cierren a las 9. Pésimo el servicio de esta empresa.

La verdad el servicio del mesero fue excelente, pero la higiene del sushero me dejó sorprendida, el señor que está en la barra de sushi toce y toce sobre la comida ¿que clase de cocinero hace eso? La comida no es de mi preferencia pero cada quien.

Me encanta la comida pero últimamente no dan una va tres veces que voy y no tienen personal que atienda , que falto la mesera que falto la cajera que metieron la orden al ultimo y se la dieron a otra persona que se equivocaron antes pedían disculpas ahora ya les vale lastima de restaurante tan bien ubicado y con tanta clientela y mira no les importa nada y luego porque quiebran los lugares , así ni cómo regresar puras escusas siempre salen con lo mismo .....lastima

Fue una gran decepcio, la muchacha no sabia el nombre del platillo salio primero el postre y el rollo que nos sirvieron con arroz quemado, se deshacia y supercaliente incomible no regreso y piensenlo dos veces si van a ir

Llegue 840 pm para cenar, el letrero exterior dice cierre los viernes 930 pm .... y al entrar me dicen los meseros que ya no hay servicio.... entonces cierran a las 840 pm o a las 930 pm como dice el letrero colgado en la puerta ????

When they opened we would go up to twice a week, we would order omi rice and they would serve it on a large plate and it cost I think 60 pesos, then they reduced the price of the plate and it became more expensive but we understood everything goes up we kept going but every day it was worse, more shabby and expensive but today was the last straw 😠 I felt like throwing away the plate full of cold, hard rice and a bed of microscopic surimi 4 pieces of Philadelphia and four of avocado 😡 and the dried fish that they used to make shiny by its absence and 140 pesos here are the photos I will never go back 😡😡

Terrible service. The waiter was inexperienced and didn't even know the basics of the menu. If he's new, don't leave him hanging around the floor. A very kind and knowledgeable person came over to take our order when they realized the waiter didn't know anything. Once that person left, they brought us a double dish and forgot one. On top of that, the place was filthy, the kitchen didn't seem very organized, and we had to ask the kitchen staff for the bill because this so-called waiter was clueless. The baby chair also had an incomplete safety harness.

I don't know if it changed owners or sushi chefs. It was pretty bad. They told me it had sushi with unpeeled, frozen shrimp tails. The service was slow. The rolls were very strange. The rice tasted like it came from Mi Sushi... It was like fast-food sushi. I don't think I'll be going back. It used to be one of my favorite places. A total disappointment.

Terrible kitchen service. The waiter was very friendly, but it took them 45 minutes to prepare a roll when there were only four of us in the place. Preparation, flavor, and presentation left much to be desired. Not recommended. I almost forgot, they opened at 1:00, and by 2:15, they were out of salmon.
