Es mi lugar favorito para comer sushi porque me encanta el green roll que tiene brócoli tempura! Los pokes tienen ingredients muy frescos y la porción del bowl es muy abundante, la salsa especial para el poke es simplemente deliciosa! Antes del COVID ofrecían un entremés de edamames y cebollitas preparadas, extraño eso! Ahora creo que solo dan las cebollitas con jalapeño. Aún así todo está riquísimo, soy clienta de años y me encanta ir seguido✨

Me encanta este lugar, una de las cosas que me encanta son los fideos y la sopa de miso, deliciosa la textura de los fideos empapada de rico caldo miso bien caliente. Aguas frescas para el buen calor. Menús entretenidos y ricos para los niños, en este caso era una hamburgesa de pollo con lechuga y dos tortas de arroz que simulaban los panes, acompañado con papas fritas y un tapete con juegos con una crayola. Fideos perdidos en orden aparte con una sopa miso, y los mezcle. Otros compañeros pidieron el ramen especial de ahí. Y un gohan. Agua fresca deliciosa. Precios rondan entre 80 a 120.

This place is OVER RATED considering the amount of people waiting outside to dine in 😨 I was under the impression that this must be Best. Such a disappointment the spring rolls loaded with cream cheese. The crispy chicken I have admitted was good but a bit spicy.The green hot roll was tasteless. The jamaica, fresa drink I love. Agua chile cardon was just ok. For the price I didn't think it was worth it. I had better sushi for less money

All the sushi plates look delicious, the one I ordered tasted great. Staff is nice and the server was the nicest! I will definitely come back and try different options. We had 2 tostadas and cheese appetizers And tried 3 different sushi’s! Also ordered 4 soft drinks! All for the low price of $60 plus tip of course.

The place is quiet and has the option to eat either indoors or outdoors, the food is really fresh and my recommendation would be to go for the poke. In my opinion they got the best poke in town. Prices are a tad higher than the regular sushi place but it is still totally worth it.

El té me sorprendió bastante por el precio bajo para el vaso en el que te lo sirven , pedí un sushi vegetariano 🌱 estaba delicioso 🤤 .

Recomendado 🤩👌🏼. Muy buen sabor de los rollos y también los platillos, recomiendo Orange chicken y Rorro roll 🥢😍. Buen servicio del mesero y buena ambientación del restaurante nomás que sí está algo lleno pero sí vale la pena. Sí volvería ☺️. El único detalle es que al baño le faltaba limpieza y solo era uno, por eso 4 ⭐️

Considero que deben de tener ya un poquito más de cuidado en el inmueble en las mesas los datos en los que se limpian para evitar que las mesas se queden un poco sucias ya que he ido en diferentes ocasiones y y lo que son los platillos a nivel de comida a veces cambian o varían los sabores entonces no sé si se puedan estandarizar mucho mejor pero muy buen lugar y si es recomendable espero darle las cinco estrellas en la próxima ocasión que vaya

He venido bastantes veces a ese Factory tanto a los que estan en Culiacan. Apesar que aqui se maneja un nivel mas “alto” o mejor categoria tambien se nota en sus platos, utensilios y cristaleria. El menu esta amplio y el personal es atento. Esta última vez que fui note que ahora todos los “servicios” del centro de meds los tienes que pedir, osea, si no pediste tu cenollita o chilitos o aderezos ellos no lo pondran en la mesa. Me dejo mucho que desear eston ya que me daba pena tambien estan que pidiendole cada cosa que se me antojaba agregarle a mi menjurge de platillo y notaba que no lo tenia ala mano. Me incomodo que haigan tomado esa ruta de servicios para la mesa

El servicio y la comida es buena pero hay mucho eco en el lugar si tú plan es hacer sobremesa no lo recomiendo por qué te empiezan a presionar

A nice and super busy Sushi Restaurant located inside Plaza Chapultepec, the service was great and the restaurant looks clean, the food is presented nicely but lacks flavor, some of the stuff we ordered today wasn't pleasant to the palate, we told the manager and he said he would bring it up to their chefs. Well, out of 8 different plates we tried, only one was tasty and worth recommending, all others were pretty bland, the spring rolls were fully loaded with Philadelphia cheese, we couldn't even taste the shrimp, we walked out very disappointed and really wouldn't come back. And for sure wouldn't recommend you to eat there. Thank you for reading my review.

The prices of the dishes were reasonable considering the generous portions that they had in the menu. The food quality was excellent, with a delicious variety that included vegetarian choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful, addressing any questions we had about the menu. Although there was a slight delay in serving due to the amount of people that were at the table, it didn't overshadow the positive experience. The restaurant's size was just right, creating a comfortable atmosphere, and despite the bustling crowd, cleanliness was well-maintained, except for a minor issue in the women's restroom. Overall, a delightful dining spot with great value.

The restaurant is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. The waiters and staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered Factory Sticks (shrimp) which were tasty especially served with a mayo based sauce and a sweet sauce. We also ordered the Oishi and Chon Rolls. They tasted good. However, they weren't outstanding as far as taste goes.

El precio está bien! Para la zona. ¿Regresaría? Como plan B o C.

Personal amable. Lugar limpio. En ocaciones muy lleno el lugar y es esperar mesa. La tostada de atún Toro muy recomendada. El té helado estaba bueno. El sushi le hace falta mejorar en sabor y en porción. Los precios si son algo elevados con las porciones del sushi. El menú es variado en cuanto alimentos, bebidas y postres.

From regular to worst. Waiting time on Sunday is crazy, even if they have seats available the hostest seemed to be not aware. I use to come here with my family several times on weekends and unfortunately I've seen how the quality of service and foods is decreasing. We wait for about 40 mins to get our meals. Definitely will think at least twice before return.

Se ve rico, pero no lo está. Es un lugar de comida sinaloense disfrazado de lugar de comida japonesa. Servicio muy lento, además un matamoscas hubiera estado bien porque en verdad, el lugar está lleno de moscas, lo raro es que es un lugar limpio, pero es tan incómodo estar comiendo con muchas moscas a tu alrededor.

overpriced, overrated and underwhelming. the place itself is very nice and the bench seats are amazingly comfortable, thats about it. the food is very sub-par, nothing to write about for the price honestly. it should not xost this much. the ramen is not even made fresh in house, you can clearly tell it's packed ramen noodles just thrown together with some light broth and some veggies and meat, very... industrial looking. good for a quick bite when everything else is closed but that's about it.

Y al llegar abrir una de las comidas, resulta que a mi sopa Kinoko SE LE SOLVIDO PONERLE TODOS LOS ingredientes Solo le pusieron brócoli. NO RECOMIENDO LA COMIDA PARA LLEVAR. A PARTE NUNCA CONTESTAN EL TELÉFONO PARA HACER PEDIDO Y RECOGER

Todos sus rollos son echos de tan mala calidad y con tan poquitos ingredientes?? O solo por que estaba la promoción al 2x1? El tamaño de los rollos está exageradamente pequeño y delgado, el sabor no es para nada bueno.

Nos atendieron lentamente, duraron 30 mins en darnos nuestra comida, las personas de aún lado los atendieron en 5 mins y la comida llegó en otros 5, la mesa siguiente pidió exacto lo mismo y llegó la comida en 15, mal carácter y pésimo ambiente de parte de los meseros

This place is horrible! I don’t ever write reviews that often, but for sure here sucks!!! Our food took 45 min to get to our table drinks 20min (I had to reminded them about us) I order a beer and a glass of wine his answer “They are opening the bottle” my wife was like “were at the store?” guy was unbelievably careless, Our drinks arrived my wife told me “My glass smells bad” I thought she was being dramatic, but she was right! The glass smelled like old food and instead of maybe I don’t know hurry ? It took them like 8 min to pour that wine into a clean one, at this point I was wondering if they even had clean glasses available. And the worst part was the food OMG !!! Horrible I saw someone posting a picture of their bad tostadas , I swear that was not fresh nasty, soup was just salty water with particles of vegetables and noddles, the bowl of what they called ribeye is not ribeye, rice was mushy and without flavor, and then surprise!! 70$ Dlls Worst food in TJ I have eaten in more humble places were food is infinitely better. Worst thing about this experience is that I woke up with a stomachache, I swear that’s why I’m writing this bad review and I’m glad up to some point that I’m not the only one other people are complaining about this I don’t know why management does not gives a damn they just feed people hoping only 3 out of 10 get sick. Hate this place !!!
