Excelente atención por parte del personal que labora en el establecimiento, bebidas y comida sabrosa, solo que si debería haber más variedad lo recomiendo sin duda para pasar una rica tarde

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, fuimos atendidos de manera rápida, el sazón de la comida es buena, el ambiente del lugar es agradable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, ya he ido a comer en distintas ocasiones.

Es la segunda vez que voy y vuelvo a rectificar lo que ya se, comida grasosa hecha con amor es igual a panza contenta 👌🏻 su menú es variado y me encanta este lugar, sin duda entre en mi tío aquí en Tijuana. 100% recomendado.

Uno de mis lugares favoritos, ya sea para comida o desayuno. Excelente ambiente, ideal para ir con amigos. Buenos cortes de carne, y súper recomendadas las hamburguesas. La atención es muy buena, siempre amables y atentos.

I have visited other TGI Friday's restaurants, mostly in the USA, and this one is by far the one with the best food and the best attention I have been. The ambience too, it's super comfy and chill, plus the whole place is impeccable clean, which is amazing. Definitely will consider returning whenever I am back in Tijuana next time.

Staff was friendly and helpful and there was not any wait to be aeated. Food tasted amazing. My wife choose a salad and I got a pasta dish. I would recommend this TGI Fridays to anyone.

I ordered the new York strip with steamed broccoli. It was delicious. My girlfriend ordered pasta and she loved it. The service was fast and friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The only complaint would be that a speaker was busted to the music was a little inaudible at times, but other than that it was a great experience. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual dining experience.

The food was awesome! Service? Terrible...we ordered appetizers so we ordered small meal. However, we were served our main course but the appetizers never came out. Needles to say, We left a little hungry... When we asked the waiter about the appetizers he simply said "it will a while if you still want them". The tip reflected the poor service...

Un excelente lugar, la comida muy rica además para quien le gusta la bebidas preparadas es un lugar donde no solo te sirven el típico vasito de bebida si no también un refill pequeño en la mesa pero que puedes rellenar tu vaso hasta unas 4 veces. El lugar por dentro tiene un buen ambiente y el mesero que nos atendió tiene una buena actitud, amabilidad y servicio. Todo eso te permite disfrutar aún más de la comida y la plática

Muy delicioso todo, riquísimo, pero en estos últimos meses o último año han subido demasiado los precios, y antes las salsas te las daban con la comida, ahora tienes que pedirlas y te cobran extra por cada una, eso se me hace pésimo:( Entiendo que suban el precio por la inflación, pero por qué quitar algo que antes un derecho por cada plato que pedías? Tanto les cuesta dejar la pequeña porción que te daban de salsa? Ahora no te dan ni la primera que viene por el plato, a fuerzas debes pedirla

Good service very attentive, the food was a little to lackluster the duel BBQ burger is not great the mix of chicken and beef makes the combination taste bad plus the lettuce and pickles plus onion at the bottom make the burger soggy, and if you are seated on the far left of the restaurant you have to pretty much circle around all the restaurant and the staff back are or get pretty pissed out if you mistakenly walk in the lemonade was good tho.

BECAUSE THIS IS MEXICO AND THERE IS NO REGULATIONS ON QUALITY STANDARDS THEY ARE USING SOME TYPE OF LOWGRADE INGREDIENTS FOR THEIR DISHES FROM THE WINGS TO THE RIBS, BLACK FREZEE MARKS ON THE WINGS BONES AND RIBS, THERE HAS TO BE SOME CHANGES TGI'S IS A GREAT AMERICAN RESTAURANT. But mexico is all about get the most money for the lowest quality posible.

NICE ATMOSPHERE. MOST WORKERS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH SO THEY HAD TO FIND ONE THAT DOES. ONLY ISSUE IS I USUALLY LEAVE TIPS BUT MY WAITRESS DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND SHE ADDED HER OWN TIP ON MY CARD. Lo único bueno fue que al.llegar, te abren la puerta. Te pasan a la mesa y a partir de ahí, la espera. Se acerca una mesera, me deja la carta, toma mi pedido de la bebida y no vuelve a aparecer. Llega otra mesera con la bebida, toma mi pedido de alimentos y hasta ahí, todo en orden (poca demora pero con cambio de mesera no solicitado). Llega con mis alimentos (con una salsa de alitas equivocada) pero no se vuelve a acercar para preguntar si requiero algo más. No supe si la limonada tenia refill, no me ofrecieron otra bebida, no se acercó la mesera a preguntar si todo estaba bien, no se acercó nadie de los meseros. Después de un rato de haber terminado, se acercó la mesera, retiró los platos excepto el vaso, no preguntó si quería otra bebida o postre. Después de otro rato, pedí la cuenta pero si no la hubiera pedido, jamás se acercan a la mesa. La musica y/o el futbul es lonpoco rescatable del lugar. La comida estuvo aceptable, las papas a la francesa tenían algún condimento con sabor diferente/raro. El sándwich si estuvo de buen sabor. Las alitas con la salsa equivocada, los apios cortados en trozos grandes. Por el servicio tardío y por haberme ignorado, creo que es un lugar que no recomiendo y mucho menos volvería.

Been going for years, never going back. Prices went up, food items shrink. On Father's Day we ordered a dessert that came with Whiskey Cream sauce. The sauce was old, curled and made us sick! The server noticed this, ignored it and just walked away. NEVER GOING BACK!
