Stopped in for breakfast and then a late lunch. While I was in there I noticed a worker being very respectful as he walked by a table where 2 separate customers was talking he so politely apologized to them for walking between them. An act of kindness you don't see much of anymore! Hats off to that young man..

I don't even think it's on the menu, I'll have to check. But I wanted a buttered chicken biscuit. It want breakfast, but she could make me a butter chicken sandwich 🥪 on Texas toast. It was incredible. See photos.

A learning opportunity: My order via WB app took 15 minutes longer than the latest time estimate given. Employees were pleasant while I waited in the dining area that needed many tables cleaned. There was no sweet tea out front but the counter person gladly filled my cup from a different source. My burger was tasty but did not have bacon on it as it should have. Fries must have been bagged first because they were stone cold. Toast was on the burger that was supposed to have a bun and vice versa.

First time ever and was pretty excited about it. Shakes were good, burgers were tasty. Not disappointed at all except the price. WAY over priced!!

The employee was very nice however the last 2 times I have come here makes Whataburger look horrible, first time did not get the correct order not even close the 2nd time the meat on the double was like torn apart and both patties together I don't believe equaled 1. Then they charge me almost a dollar for a cup to get some water.

We did not get to eat here because there was a long line and only one person working a register which is ridiculous for the time of day that it was. We left.

Took 20 minutes for one breakfast item. Had one car in front of me but after they drove off it still took 12 minutes. I get things happen but what was annoying was a manage was talking to the cashier the whole time instead of helping make food

Ordered ahead scheduled food time pickup employees are to busy playing and talking to do their job some of us have places to be and don’t have time to wait 15 mins in a taquito to be made worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to

Terrible service. The lady in the drive through was rude. Argued over that I had said cut the lettuce, and that’s fine I could have accidentally said cut the lettuce on a burger but I asked to add it back and she proceeded to tell me I said to cut it. I said yes but I’d like to add it back. So she got an attitude and said repeat the order we are starting over. This wasn’t the only problem. I asked for a jr. Sweet and spicy with no mustard. I drive up to pay and received my recipe and it had added mustard. When the lady came back to the window I showed her so they could correct it hopefully before they made the burger. While I waited for my food she handed me our drinks and they were covered in soda. Didn’t even bother to wipe them. And after the first drink she quit reaching out to hand me the cups. I had to lean way over to reach as she gave no effort to reach out. They had already made the burger but she told them. They gave me my orders and I went home and ate and low and behold they didn’t fix the problem after being told I did not want mustard. They proceeded to cover it up with the sweet and spicy sauce. I do hope her night got better, I know it’s hard working in the food industry but if you are so unhappy please get another job. I did my best to be nice but this is the. Normal for Timpson whataburger. I’m just disappointed in the fact that after I asked for it to be fixed they just covered it up. No excuses for not fixing the problem after it was brought to your attention
